本发明公开了一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:硅藻土60‑70%、纳米粉体15‑20%、粘土母粒4‑8%、碳酸钙4‑7%、海藻胶2‑6%、植物纤维2‑6%和去离子水余量。本发明的有益效果是:硅藻泥纳米复合材料中不添加有毒物质,不会对人体造成伤害,同时还具有环保的功效,添加的纳米粉体和粘土母粒,能有效的提高了硅藻泥净化、分解有害气体的功能,净化了空气,降低了产品整体成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料,尤其涉及一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料。
背景技术
硅藻泥以硅藻土为主要原材料,添加多种助剂的粉末装饰涂料,粉体包装,并非液态桶装。由于具有良好的和易性和可塑性,施工、涂抹上墙、制作图案等都可随意造型,像泥一样,并且加了硅藻土,施工工人习惯就叫硅藻泥,久而久之,形成现在大家认知的“硅藻泥”。但是现有的制造硅藻泥的过程中添加了大量的添加剂,使得硅藻泥的纯度不纯,容易产生有害物质。因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案来满足需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料,该复合材料中不添加有毒物质,不会对人体造成伤害,同时还具有环保的功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:
硅藻土 60-70%;
纳米粉体 15-20%;
粘土母粒 4-8%;
碳酸钙 4-7%;
海藻胶 2-6%;
植物纤维2-6%;
去离子水余量。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述纳米粉体由纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银组成,所述纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银之间的重量百分比为 1:1:1。
本发明的有益效果是:硅藻泥纳米复合材料中不添加有毒物质,不会对人体造成伤害, 同时还具有环保的功效,添加的纳米粉体和粘土母粒,能有效的提高了硅藻泥净化、分解有害气体的功能,净化了空气,降低了产品整体成本。

实施例1
一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:硅藻土60%、纳米粉体15%、粘土母粒 4%、碳酸钙7%、海藻胶6%、植物纤维6%和去离子水余量,纳米粉体由纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银组成,纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银之间的重量百分比为 1:1:1。
实施例2
一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:硅藻土70%、纳米粉体15%、粘土母粒4%、碳酸钙 4%、海藻胶2%、植物纤维2%和去离子水余量,纳米粉体由纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银组成,纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银之间的重量百分比为 1:1:1。
实施例3
一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:硅藻土65%、纳米粉体20%、粘土母粒5%、碳酸钙4%、海藻胶3%、植物纤维2%和去离子水余量,纳米粉体由纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银组成,纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银之间的重量百分比为 1:1:1。

1.一种新型纳米级硅藻泥复合材料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料及其配比制成:
硅藻土 60-70%;
纳米粉体 15-20%;
粘土母粒 4-8%;
碳酸钙 4-7%;
海藻胶 2-6%;
植物纤维2-6%;
去离子水余量。
