技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型复合高分子材料。
背景技术
现代社会能源消耗日益增大,消耗了大量资源。随着人们逐渐认识到资源的有限性与能源消耗造成的环境危机,节能成为环境保护和节约资源重要内容之一,保温隔热技术被广泛应用到各领域中,如各种保温材料、反射隔热涂层等。然而,传统保温隔热材料是以降低导热系数和传导系数为主,纤维类保温材料在使用环境中要充分发挥对流传热与辐射传热的作用,必须使用厚重的覆层。目前,市场上的国产隔热涂料存在功能单一、效果有限及有效期短的问题,难以广泛应用,进口复合涂层材料效果好、用途广,但价格较高,增加了生产成本。因此,设计研发出一种节能环保、高强度、耐高温、保温隔温效果好的低成本环保型高分子复合涂层材料是亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种节能环保、高强度、耐高温、保温隔温效果好的环保型高分子复合涂层材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保型复合高分子材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:硅丙乳液200-250份,弹性乳液120-150份,增稠剂10-15份,润湿剂1-5份,润湿剂0.1-0.3份,分散剂0.3-0.5份,防霉剂0.1-0.2份,防腐剂0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.3-0.4份,成膜助剂1.0-2.0份,防冻剂0.2-0.5份,填料50-80份,混合溶剂20-50份,增韧剂5-10份,阻燃剂5-15份,颜料5-10份。
所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素或蒙脱石粘土增稠剂。
所述填料包括木质纤维(80-200目)、硅藻土(80-180目)、开孔膨胀珍珠岩、空心玻璃微珠中的一种或多种。
所述混合溶剂为如下重量组份:正丁醇5份,二甲苯6份,丙酮7份,混合均匀制成。
所述颜料为金红石型钛白粉,锐钛矿型钛白粉或立德粉中的任意一种或几种。
本发明的材料节能环保、高强度、耐高温、保温隔温效果好,在制作过程中不添加任何有害成分,实现了无毒无害、清洁环保的效果。
