Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,原料包括:热固性酚醛树脂、乙醇、活性炭、去离子水、表面活性剂、硅藻土、PVC树脂粉末;制备步骤包括首先制备具有吸附功能的基料,然后制备PVC薄膜,再将具有吸附功能的基料均匀涂于薄膜的上表面,经压板机压制成板。采用上述技术方案,本发明的本发明的具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,工艺步骤简单,方便生产,只需要简单的设备就能够制造出具有环保效果的PVC板,并且工艺过程中无需高温步骤,不会对活性炭造成损坏,确保活性炭物质的良好吸附效果。

一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,属于环保板材技术领域。
背景技术
家具使人们日常生活、从事生产实践和开展社会活动必不可少的一类器具。家具也跟随时代的脚步不断发展创新,到如今门类繁多,用料各异,品种齐全,用途不一,是家庭生活不可缺少的部分之一。因此,家具的材料选择至关重要,不仅关乎家具质量,而且还影响着室内环境。如果不采用环保材质,则有可能对室内环境的污染,而通常的做法是采用活性炭对室内有害气体进行吸附。而单独采用活性炭进行室内有害气体吸附的方式不仅增加了活性炭的使用成本,同时也比较不便。因此,有必要设计一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板,在使用这种PVC板制造家具后能够直接对室内有害气体进行吸附。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,原料按照质量份数比包括:
热固性酚醛树脂 15份;
乙醇 60份;
活性炭 35份;
去离子水 150份;
表面活性剂 15份;
硅藻土 2份;
PVC树脂粉末 200份;
所述具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将热固性酚醛树脂加入到乙醇当中,充分搅拌至热固性酚醛树脂全部溶解,得到酚醛树脂乙醇溶液;
2)将去离子水加热至50℃后,将活性炭以及步骤1中得到的酚醛树脂乙醇溶液加入其中,充分搅拌制得浆体;
3)将步骤2得到的浆体在150℃环境下负压干燥后,研磨成粉;
4)将步骤3得到的粉料与表面活性剂、硅藻土加入至搅拌釜充分混合、搅拌,再加热至150℃,保温时间为10~12小时,得到具有吸附功能的基料;
5)将PVC树脂粉末熔化并挤出厚度为0.5mm的厚膜,经过风冷后进行热水浴沸水加热,再经过定型筒横向吹胀形成厚度为0.25mm的薄膜;
6)将步骤4得到的具有吸附功能的基料均匀涂于步骤5得到的薄膜的上表面,涂完后保持于50℃进行烘干,烘干时间为30min,制得PVC树脂薄膜层;
7)将若干层PVC树脂薄膜层进行叠放后经压板机压制成板。
采用上述技术方案,本发明的具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,在PVC板内均匀设置有具有活性炭的吸附功能的基料,从而能够有效吸附室内甲醛、CO等有害气体,保证室内环境的良好。本发明的本发明的具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,工艺步骤简单,方便生产,只需要简单的设备就能够制造出具有环保效果的PVC板,并且工艺过程中无需高温步骤,不会对活性炭造成损坏,确保活性炭物质的良好吸附效果。

本实施例提供一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,原料按照质量份数比包括:
热固性酚醛树脂 15份;
乙醇 60份;
活性炭 35份;
去离子水 150份;
表面活性剂 15份;
硅藻土 2份;
PVC树脂粉末 200份;
所述具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将热固性酚醛树脂加入到乙醇当中,充分搅拌至热固性酚醛树脂全部溶解,得到酚醛树脂乙醇溶液;
2)将去离子水加热至50℃后,将活性炭以及步骤1中得到的酚醛树脂乙醇溶液加入其中,充分搅拌制得浆体;

Claims (1)

1.一种具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法,其特征在于,原料按照质量份数比包括:
热固性酚醛树脂 15份;
乙醇 60份;
活性炭 35份;
去离子水 150份;
表面活性剂 15份;
硅藻土 2份;
PVC树脂粉末 200份;
所述具有活性炭吸附功能的PVC板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将热固性酚醛树脂加入到乙醇当中,充分搅拌至热固性酚醛树脂全部溶解,得到酚醛树脂乙醇溶液;
2)将去离子水加热至50℃后,将活性炭以及步骤1中得到的酚醛树脂乙醇溶液加入其中,充分搅拌制得浆体;
3)将步骤2得到的浆体在150℃环境下负压干燥后,研磨成粉;
4)将步骤3得到的粉料与表面活性剂、硅藻土加入至搅拌釜充分混合、搅拌,再加热至150℃,保温时间为10~12小时,得到具有吸附功能的基料;
5)将PVC树脂粉末熔化并挤出厚度为0.5mm的厚膜,经过风冷后进行热水浴沸水加热,再经过定型筒横向吹胀形成厚度为0.25mm的薄膜;
