Abstract

本发明属于陶瓷3D打印技术领域,涉及基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料及其专用粘结剂的制备方法。包括如下步骤:将废弃陶瓷球磨粉碎并过筛,得到粉末状的废瓷颗粒;将甲基纤维素、甘油、硼酸、去离子水按比例混合,并进行干混、湿混捏合,得到膏体状的水溶性粘结剂混合物;将水溶性粘结剂混合物加入到废瓷颗粒和土中,混匀捏合,然后加入到真空练泥机中练泥,得到混合料;将混合料进行陈腐,得到高浓度陶瓷浆料。本发明使得废旧陶瓷料得以废物利用,减轻了环境污染,此方法可降低陶瓷3D打印的成本。此方法工艺较为简单易于实现;并且制得的浆料的流变性较好,固相含量较高,可用于制备多种形状的陶瓷产品,具有很高的实际应用价值。

Description

基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料及其专用粘结剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷3D打印技术领域,涉及基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料及其专用粘结剂的制备方法。
背景技术
我国是陶瓷生产大国,陶瓷工业属于高耗能、高污染的行业,其发展往往伴随着能源、环境、资源的负担加剧,原料过度开采已经对生态环境造成了严重破坏。同时,全国每年生产陶瓷约产生废弃物1000万吨,其中以固体废弃物为主。目前主要的处理方式是填埋处理,而陶瓷经过高温烧结后难以降解,对其进行填埋处理势必造成环境的严重负担。
目前陶瓷废弃物回收再利用现状不容乐观。由于日用陶瓷废弃物种类复杂、分布散乱,相应分类回收标准缺失,多被作为不可回收垃圾填埋,难以得到集中回收利用;生产厂区陶瓷废弃物多回收后制成瓷砖等建筑材料实现再次利用,受处理技术和运营成本的限制,再利用产物的经济效益较低,导致废瓷回收率较低。
随着3D打印技术的兴起,将陶瓷材料与3D打印技术结合的陶瓷3D打印技术为传统陶瓷行业注入了一股新的活力。陶瓷3D打印技术可以简化陶瓷制作工艺,降低制作成本,创造出自由度高、造型复杂、满足个性化需求的陶瓷制品,为陶瓷废弃物的回收利用和陶瓷行业的绿色发展提供新的方向。
发明内容
本发明针对传统陶瓷3D打印技术存在的问题,提出一种新型的基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料及其专用粘结剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是采用下述的技术方案实现的:
一种3D打印浆料专用粘结剂,其特征在于,所述粘结剂以甲基纤维素作为粘合剂,甘油作为增塑剂,硼酸作为表面活性剂,去离子水作为溶剂,所述粘合剂、增塑剂、硼酸和水的质量份数分别为5-20份、0.01-5份、0.01-8份、70-90份。
一种基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将废弃陶瓷球磨粉碎并过筛,得到粉末状的废瓷颗粒;
(2)将甲基纤维素、甘油、硼酸、去离子水按比例混合,并进行干混、湿混捏合,得到水溶性粘结剂混合物;
(3)将水溶性粘结剂混合物加入到废瓷颗粒和石英粉中,混匀捏合,然后加入到真空练泥机中练泥,得到混合料;
(4)将混合料进行陈腐,得到高浓度陶瓷浆料;
通过挤出式3D打印机螺旋式挤出头连续挤出高浓度陶瓷浆料,得到3D打印陶瓷坯体。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中废瓷颗粒直径大小为70-90微米。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)中废瓷颗粒和石英粉的质量比例10:0.5-2,石英粉作为烧结助剂,捏合时间为1-2h,练泥时间为1-2h。
作为优选,所述步骤(4)中陈腐时间为20-28h。
本发明制备方法的具体制备过程如附图1所示。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于:
本发明提出一种基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料及其专用粘结剂制备方法,使得废弃陶瓷料得以废物利用,减轻了环境污染,此方法可降低陶瓷3D打印的成本。此方法工艺较为简单,对于废弃陶瓷的回收处理要求不高,3D打印设备简单且易于实现;并且制得的浆料的流变性较好,固相含量较高,可用于制备多种形状的陶瓷产品,具有很高的实际应用价值。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开说明书的具体实施例的限制。
实施例1,本实施例提供基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料制备方法的具体步骤,本实施例的原料组成为:作为粘合剂的粘度为800 甲基纤维18%,作为增塑剂的甘油1%,作为表面活性剂的硼酸0.6%,作为溶剂的水80.4%,以及质量分数约90%的废瓷粉体(废瓷颗粒和石英粉混合物),处理工序如下:
(1)废弃陶瓷进行球磨粉碎处理3h,过180目筛,得到颗粒直径为80-100μm的粉末状废瓷颗粒;
(2)进行粉末和液态助剂的配比,形成水溶性粘结剂体系。体系中以甲基纤维素作为粘合剂,以甘油作为增塑剂,以硼酸作为表面活性剂,以去离子水作为溶剂。上述原料质量分数如下:作为增塑剂的甘油1%,作为表面活性剂的硼酸0.6%,作为溶剂的水80.4%按照上述配比进行干混和湿混捏合后形成浆料状的粘结剂体系;
(3)向质量分数为90%的废瓷粉(废瓷颗粒和石英粉的混合物)中加入上述粘结剂体系,废瓷粉体积百分数占总混合物的50%,混匀捏合2h后,将混合料送入练泥1h,排除混合料中的空气,使其组织更均匀,增加混合料的可塑性和致密度;
(4)将混合料陈腐24h,使得混合料成为成分更加均匀的陶瓷浆料;
将过程上述制成的浆料放在挤出式3D打印机的送料管中,在气泵和电机的带动下,按照已建成的三维模型,通过螺旋式挤出头连续挤出,可以得到3D打印陶瓷坯体,该坯体能够较好地成型。
实施例2,本实施例提供基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料制备方法的具体步骤,本实施例的原料组成为:作为粘结剂的粘度为1800 的甲基纤维8%,作为增塑剂的甘油1%,作为表面活性剂的硼酸0.6%,作为溶剂的水90.4%,以及质量分数约90%的废瓷粉体(废瓷颗粒和石英粉混合物),处理工序如下:
(1)废弃陶瓷进行球磨粉碎处理2h,过180目筛,得到颗粒直径为80-100μm的粉末状废瓷颗粒;
(2)进行粉末和液态助剂的配比,形成水溶性粘结剂体系。体系中以甲基纤维素作为粘合剂,以甘油作为增塑剂,以硼酸作为表面活性剂,以去离子水作为溶剂。上述原料质量分数如下:甲基纤维10%,甘油1%,硼酸0.6%,去离子水90.4%,按照上述配比进行干混和湿混捏合后形成浆料状的粘结剂体系;
(3)向质量分数为90%的废瓷粉(废瓷颗粒和石英粉的混合物)中加入上述粘结剂体系,废瓷粉体积百分数占总混合物的50%,混匀捏合1.5h后,将混合料送入练泥1.5h,排除混合料中的空气,使其组织更均匀,增加混合料的可塑性和致密度;
(4)将混合料陈腐20h,使得混合料成为成分更加均匀的陶瓷浆料;
将过程上述制成的浆料放在挤出式3D打印机的送料管中,在气泵和电机的带动下,按照已建成的三维模型,通过螺旋式挤出头连续挤出,可以得到3D打印陶瓷坯体,该坯体能够较好地成型。
针对实施例1和实施例2中的内容,设计对比例,其中对比例1中的操作步骤除了表1所示组分含量外,其余操作与实施例1完全相同;同样对比例2中的操作步骤除了表1所示组分含量外,其余操作与实施例2完全相同;将实施例1和实施例2所得结果汇总,并与对比例中所得结果进行比较,如下表1所示。

根据实验结果可知,采用实施例1和实施例2中的配比得到的陶瓷浆料具有较好的挤出效果。当废瓷粉的加入比例即固相含量由50%增加到55%时,陶瓷浆料的粘度增大,流变性能降低,可塑性能降低,不易挤出成型;甲基纤维素作为粘合剂,其加入量和粘度也对陶瓷浆料的流变性能造成了较大的影响,当甲基纤维素的质量分数为5-15%,粘度为500-1200时,浆料的粘度适中,当甲基纤维素的质量分数增加到15-20%,粘度为1500-2000时时,浆料的粘度过大,不易挤出和成型。

Claims (5)

1.一种3D打印浆料专用粘结剂,其特征在于,所述粘结剂以甲基纤维素作为粘合剂,甘油作为增塑剂,硼酸作为表面活性剂,去离子水作为溶剂,所述粘合剂、增塑剂、硼酸和水的质量份数分别为5-20份、0.01-5份、0.01-8份、70-90份,
所述粘结剂中甲基纤维素的质量分数为5-15%,甲基纤维素的粘度为500-1200 mPa·s。
2.一种基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将废弃陶瓷球磨粉碎并过筛,得到粉末状的废瓷颗粒;
(2)将权利要求1中所述粘结剂的各组分混合,并进行干混、湿混捏合,得到水溶性粘结剂混合物;
(3)将水溶性粘结剂混合物加入到废瓷颗粒和石英粉中,混匀捏合,然后加入到真空练泥机中练泥,得到混合料,废瓷颗粒和石英粉混合物占总混合料体积的50%;
(4)将混合料进行陈腐,得到高浓度陶瓷浆料。
3.根据权利要求2所述基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中废瓷颗粒直径大小为70-90微米。
4.根据权利要求2所述基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中废瓷颗粒和石英粉的质量比例10:0.5-2,捏合时间为1-2h,练泥时间为1-2h。
5.根据权利要求2所述基于废瓷回收利用的3D打印浆料制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中陈腐时间为20-28h。
