本发明公开了一种复合杉木板,包括杉木底板(1)和杉木盖板(2),杉木底板(1)和杉木盖板(2)之间依次设有第一胶水层、无纺布层(4)和第二胶水层;所述杉木底板(1)上表面的中部设有等腰梯形槽(6),等腰梯形槽(6)两端设有两个对称布置的直角梯形槽(7),所述杉木盖板(2)下表面的中部设有与等腰梯形槽(6)相对应的第一凸板(8),第一凸板(8)两端设有与直角梯形槽(7)相对应的第二凸板(9)。本发明具有能够提高杉木板强度的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杉木板,特别是一种复合杉木板。
背景技术
杉木被广泛应用在家具行业,但是现有的杉木板在使用过程中容易产生开裂,使用寿命较短,强度也不高。因此,现有的技术存在着强度不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种复合杉木板。本发明具有能够提高杉木板强度的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种复合杉木板,包括杉木底板和杉木盖板,杉木底板和杉木盖板之间依次设有第一胶水层、无纺布层和第二胶水层;所述杉木底板上表面的中部设有等腰梯形槽,等腰梯形槽两端设有两个对称布置的直角梯形槽,所述杉木盖板下表面的中部设有与等腰梯形槽相对应的第一凸板,第一凸板两端设有与直角梯形槽相对应的第二凸板。
前述的一种复合杉木板中,所述直角梯形槽底面的内侧端设有倾斜面,直角梯形槽底面的外侧端设有圆弧凹面;所述第二凸板的底部分别设有与倾斜面和圆弧凹面相对应的倾斜凸块和圆弧凸块。
前述的一种复合杉木板中,所述第二凸板内侧面的设有摩擦纹路。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置上下两层的杉木底板和杉木盖板,从而可以分解木板整体受到的力,通过在杉木底板和杉木盖板之间设置无纺布层,可以有效的起到的稳定杉木底板和杉木盖板的作用,防止发生变形;本发明通过杉木底板、杉木盖板和无纺布层之间的相互配合,可以有效的提高复合杉木板的整体强度,降低开裂现象的发生。通过在杉木底板上分别设置等腰梯形槽和直角梯形槽,在杉木盖板上设置相对应的第一凸板和第二凸板,既能够起到定位和限位的目的,方便安装,还能够改变无纺布的受力,提高无纺布的连接牢固性,进而提高复合杉木板的整体牢固性。另外,通过在直角梯形槽底面设置倾斜面和圆弧凹面,在第二凸板的底部设置相对应的倾斜凸块和圆弧凸块,既便于杉木盖板的安装,又能够将多余的胶水往内挤,防止胶水外溢,提高复合杉木板的干净程度。综上所述,本发明具有能够提高杉木板强度的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种复合杉木板,构成如图1至图3所示,包括杉木底板1和杉木盖板2,杉木底板1和杉木盖板2之间依次设有第一胶水层、无纺布层4和第二胶水层;所述杉木底板1上表面的中部设有等腰梯形槽6,等腰梯形槽6两端设有两个对称布置的直角梯形槽7,所述杉木盖板2下表面的中部设有与等腰梯形槽6相对应的第一凸板8,第一凸板8两端设有与直角梯形槽7相对应的第二凸板9。
所述直角梯形槽7底面的内侧端设有倾斜面10,直角梯形槽7底面的外侧端设有圆弧凹面11;所述第二凸板9的底部分别设有与倾斜面10和圆弧凹面11相对应的倾斜凸块3和圆弧凸块5。
所述第二凸板9内侧面的设有摩擦纹路。
所述直角梯形槽底面的内侧端指的是靠近等腰梯形槽的一侧。
所述第二凸板内侧面还设有多个横向布置的圆槽,圆槽内依次设有弹簧和摩擦块。
本发明的安装过程:在杉木底板的上表面涂覆一层胶水,形成第一胶水层,然后在无纺布上涂覆第二胶水层,无纺布放置在第一胶水层上,然后将杉木盖板放置在无纺布层上,通过挤压,使得第一凸块和第二凸板分别与等腰梯形槽和直角梯形槽相配合,挤压后,无纺布层分别与等腰梯形槽、直角梯形槽、第一凸块和第二凸板的表面相贴合。

1.一种复合杉木板,其特征在于:包括杉木底板(1)和杉木盖板(2),杉木底板(1)和杉木盖板(2)之间依次设有第一胶水层、无纺布层(4)和第二胶水层;所述杉木底板(1)上表面的中部设有等腰梯形槽(6),等腰梯形槽(6)两端设有两个对称布置的直角梯形槽(7),所述杉木盖板(2)下表面的中部设有与等腰梯形槽(6)相对应的第一凸板(8),第一凸板(8)两端设有与直角梯形槽(7)相对应的第二凸板(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合杉木板,其特征在于:所述直角梯形槽(7)底面的内侧端设有倾斜面(10),直角梯形槽(7)底面的外侧端设有圆弧凹面(11);所述第二凸板(9)的底部分别设有与倾斜面(10)和圆弧凹面(11)相对应的倾斜凸块(3)和圆弧凸块(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合杉木板,其特征在于:所述第二凸板(9)内侧面的设有摩擦纹路。
