The structure comprises a molding part, a slide block core pulling part, a male die demolding part and a female die ejection part, wherein a female die insert 6 is connected with a female die fixing plate 5 by using a screw, a male die 9 is connected with a male die fixing plate 15 by using a screw, and a male die insert 8 is connected with a male die 9 by using a screw; the inclined guide post 7 is fixed in the female die fixing plate 5, and the inclined guide post limiting block 13 is fixed with the inclined guide post 7 by a screw; the core-pulling oil cylinder 12 is fixed with the sliding block 11 by a screw, a piston rod of the core-pulling oil cylinder is connected with the female die fixing plate 5, and the sliding block balance guide rod 10 is fixed on the sliding block 11 driven by the core-pulling oil cylinder 12 by a screw; the positioning key 14 is fixed with the male die fixing plate 15 by a screw and is locked with the slide block 11 during die assembly; the female die push plate 1 is connected with the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2 by a screw, the female die ejector rod 4 and the reset rod 16 are fixed on the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2, and a piston rod of the ejection cylinder 18 is fixed on the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2. The die is low in overall thickness, compact in space and high in production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a washing machine tub, that is, to a new structure for efficiently ejecting a washing machine tub mold.
Background
The height of the mold for manufacturing the washing machine barrel is higher, if the mold is designed conventionally, the thickness of the mold is very thick, the ejection distance is long, and the ejector rod is easy to break, so that waste is caused. Therefore, a new structure of the mold which is barely ejected needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a technical scheme, namely a structure for barely ejecting a washing machine barrel mold, which comprises a molding part, a slide block core pulling part, a male mold stripping part and a female mold ejecting part, wherein the molding part comprises a female mold insert 6, a male mold insert 8 and a male mold 9; the slide block core-pulling part comprises a slide block 11, a slide block balance guide rod 10, an inclined guide pillar 7, an inclined guide pillar limiting block 13 and a core-pulling oil cylinder 12; the male die demoulding part comprises a positioning key 14 and a male die fixing plate 15; the female die ejection part comprises a female die push plate 1, a female die ejector rod fixing plate 2, a female die foot 3, a female die ejector rod 4, a female die fixing plate 5, a reset rod 16, an ejection cylinder 18 and an ejection limit 19; the die is characterized in that a die insert 6 is connected with a die fixing plate 5 by a screw, a punch 9 is connected with a punch fixing plate 15 by a screw, and a punch insert 8 is connected with the punch 9 by a screw; the inclined guide post 7 is fixed in the female die fixing plate 5, and the inclined guide post limiting block 13 is fixed with the inclined guide post 7 by a screw; the core-pulling oil cylinder 12 is fixed with the sliding block 11 by a screw, a piston rod of the core-pulling oil cylinder is connected with the female die fixing plate 5, and the sliding block balance guide rod 10 is fixed on the sliding block 11 driven by the core-pulling oil cylinder 12 by a screw; the positioning key 14 is fixed with the male die fixing plate 15 by a screw and is locked with the slide block 11 during die assembly; the female die push plate 1 is connected with the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2 by a screw, the female die ejector rod 4 and the reset rod 16 are fixed on the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2, and a piston rod of the ejection cylinder 18 is fixed on the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2.
The barely-ejected die structure has the advantages of low thickness, simple structure and compact space.

As an embodiment, the technical scheme is as follows: the structure for barely ejecting the drum mold of the washing machine comprises a molding part, a slide block core pulling part, a male mold demolding part and a female mold ejecting part, wherein the molding part comprises a female mold insert 6, a male mold insert 8 and a male mold 9; the slide block core-pulling part comprises a slide block 11, a slide block balance guide rod 10, an inclined guide pillar 7, an inclined guide pillar limiting block 13 and a core-pulling oil cylinder 12; the male die demoulding part comprises a positioning key 14 and a male die fixing plate 15; the female die ejection part comprises a female die push plate 1, a female die ejector rod fixing plate 2, a female die foot 3, a female die ejector rod 4, a female die fixing plate 5, a reset rod 16, an ejection cylinder 18 and an ejection limit 19.
The female die insert 6 is connected with the female die fixing plate 5 by a screw, the male die 9 is connected with the male die fixing plate 15 by a screw, and the male die insert 8 is connected with the male die 9 by a screw; the inclined guide post 7 is fixed in the female die fixing plate 5, and the inclined guide post limiting block 13 is fixed with the inclined guide post 7 by a screw; the core-pulling oil cylinder 12 is fixed with the sliding block 11 by a screw, a piston rod of the core-pulling oil cylinder is connected with the female die fixing plate 5, and the sliding block balance guide rod 10 is fixed on the sliding block 11 driven by the core-pulling oil cylinder 12 by a screw; the positioning key 14 is fixed with the male die fixing plate 15 by a screw and is locked with the slide block 11 during die assembly; the female die push plate 1 is connected with the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2 by a screw, the female die ejector rod 4 and the reset rod 16 are fixed on the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2, and a piston rod of the ejection cylinder 18 is fixed on the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2.
The working principle is as follows: when the die is closed, the inclined plane of the sliding block 11 is locked with the inclined plane of the female die fixing plate 5 and the male die fixing plate 15; after injection molding is completed, the male die and the female die are separated, the sliding block 11 is kept motionless under the action of the positioning key 14, and the product is separated from the male die under the action of tightly holding the sliding block; the male die and the female die are continuously separated, the separation distance exceeds the height of the positioning key 14, the slide block 11 starts to loose core under the action of the core-pulling oil cylinder 12, the power of the oil cylinder is transmitted through the slide block balance guide rod 10, and the four slide blocks are enabled to synchronously move in a balanced manner; while the slide block is loose core, the female die ejection part ejects out the female die ejection system under the action of the ejection cylinder 18; the female die ejector rod fixing plate 2 touches the ejection limit 19, the female die ejection is finished, and the slide block 11 continues to loose core; the sliding block touches the inclined guide post limiting block 13, the core pulling of the sliding block 11 is finished, the mould opening of the male mould and the female mould is continued, the mould opening is finished, the part is taken out, the oil cylinder acts, the female mould is ejected and reset, the sliding block is reset, and the mould is closed; and entering the next injection molding cycle. The whole action is simple and reliable, the thickness is low, the space is compact, and the assembly is easy.
