The mechanism comprises an output shaft body with a tool bit jack, wherein the front end of the output shaft body is provided with a tenon which is inserted with a sleeve, and the rear end of the output shaft body is provided with an expansion structure which is clamped; the method is characterized in that: the rear end of the jack is provided with an expanding section for arranging a buckle, the rear end of the buckle bulges and axially extends out at least one pair of elastic claws forwards, and the front parts of the two opposite claws respectively form inward clamping protrusions; the rear end of the buckle is abutted against a plug fixed on the jack expanding section to limit. Background
To the applicant's knowledge, the output shaft of a power tool such as a conventional power wrench can be provided with either only a wrench socket having a hexagonal counterbore (abbreviated as socket, see fig. 5) or only a screwdriver bit (abbreviated as bit, see fig. 6). When the device is applied to different occasions, a machine or a special adapter is required to be purchased, so that the device is uneconomical and inconvenient.
As can be seen from the search, US patent document No. US8366122B2 discloses a dual-purpose output shaft that can be used both as a socket and as a screw driver head. However, when the screwdriver head is installed and disassembled, the screwdriver head is not convenient enough because the screwdriver head is required to be operated by two hands, namely, the outer ring bushing is pushed to unlock by one hand and the screwdriver head is inserted or played by the other hand. In addition, in order to realize the dual-purpose function, the output shaft has to be lengthened to adapt to the movement of the outer ring bushing and the square tenon part is arranged, and the extra length weakens the strength of the output shaft; and the number of assembly parts of the output shaft is 8 and 9, which is not concise.
Disclosure of Invention
The primary object of the present invention is: aiming at the defects in the prior art, a multifunctional output mechanism of the electric tool, which can conveniently complete the installation or the disassembly of the tool head by single-hand operation, is provided.
A further object of the invention is: the multifunctional output mechanism of the electric tool can be conveniently assembled or disassembled by one hand.
In order to achieve the primary purpose, the multifunctional output mechanism of the electric tool of the invention has the following basic technical scheme: the tool comprises an output shaft body with a tool bit jack, wherein the front end of the output shaft body is provided with a tenon which is inserted with a sleeve, and the rear end of the output shaft body is provided with an expansion structure which is clamped; the rear end of the jack is provided with an expanding section for arranging the buckle, the rear end of the buckle bulges and axially extends out at least one pair of elastic claws, and the front parts of the two opposite claws respectively form inward clamping protrusions.
In addition, the applicant has mastered the specifications of the existing tool heads such as screw driver through extensive market research: most of the clamping handle limiting sections (namely, the distance from the rear end to the clamping concave) are short European and American systems (see fig. 1 a) and the clamping handle limiting sections are long Japanese systems (see fig. 1 b), and the other few clamping handle limiting sections are non-standard systems between the two. In order to achieve the above further object, the multifunctional output mechanism of the electric tool of the present invention is further improved as follows: the rear end of the buckle bulges and axially extends out at least four (two pairs of) elastic claws, the front parts of the two opposite claws respectively form inward clamping protrusions, and the at least four elastic claws are provided with clamping protrusions with at least two gears.
Therefore, as long as the clamping protrusions of the two gears are respectively corresponding to European and Japanese systems, most tool heads can be adaptively clamped, and a few non-standard tool heads can be clamped by means of friction force of four clamping jaws of the clamping protrusions of the at least two gears. When the tool head is inserted into the jack of the output shaft body, the handle part of the tool head is elastically clamped or clamped by the buckle in the jack, so that the tool head can be operated by one hand only, and the tool head is very easy to operate. When the tool is used, the tool head is only subjected to the action of axial pressure, so that the tool head cannot fall off after being inserted, and the tool is safe and reliable. When the tool head needs to be disassembled and replaced, the tool head can be pulled out only by overcoming the elastic clamping or clamping acting force by proper force application, and the tool head can be operated by only one hand, so that the tool head is quite convenient.
The invention is further perfected as follows:
the rear end of the buckle is abutted against a plug fixed on the jack expanding section to limit.
The buckle is formed by stamping an elastic metal plate, and the edge of the rear end face with six radiating ribs is bent forwards to form a bulging section.
The front ends of the expansion sections are contracted and then axially extend out of the elastic claws respectively, wherein the front parts of two opposite claws respectively form inward clamping protrusions of a first gear, and the front parts of the other four opposite claws respectively form inward clamping protrusions of a second gear.
The rear end of the expanding section of the tool head jack is provided with axially extending limit grooves uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the expanding section is provided with an everting limit clamp matched with the limit grooves.
The plug is provided with a rear-end outward-turned positioning edge.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The multifunctional output mechanism of the electric tool in this embodiment is shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, and only includes three parts, namely an output shaft body 1, a buckle 2 and a plug 3. The front end of the output shaft body 1 with the tool head jack 1-1 with the central hexagonal section is provided with a rectangular section tenon 1-2 which is inserted into a sleeve, and the rear end of the output shaft body is provided with a double-wing expansion structure 1-3 for clamping. The rear end of the jack 1-1 forms an expanding section 1-4 provided with a buckle 2, and six axially extending limit grooves 1-5 uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are formed at the rear end of the expanding section 1-4.
The buckle 2 is formed by stamping an elastic metal plate, and the edge of the rear end face 2-1 with six radiating ribs is bent forwards to form a bulge section 2-5, so that a more ideal elastic clamping effect can be generated. The front ends of the expansion sections 2-5 are contracted and then axially extend out of the elastic claws 2-4 respectively, wherein the front parts of two opposite claws respectively form a first gear inward clamping projection 2-2 matched with the limiting section of the clamping handle of the European and American batch head, and the front parts of the other four opposite claws respectively form a second gear inward clamping projection 2-3 matched with the limiting section of the clamping handle of the Japanese batch head. And the expansion section 2-5 is provided with an eversion limit clip 2-6 matched with the limit groove 1-5. After assembly, the rear end face 2-1 of the buckle 2 is abutted against the plug 3 fixed in the jack expanding section 1-4 in an interference press fit mode, and the limiting clamp 2-6 is clamped in the limiting groove 1-5, so that the axial direction is limited forwards and backwards, and even if the axial direction is acted by the acting force in the pulling-out direction, the assembly position of the buckle 2 is kept unchanged, and the buckle cannot move. The plug 3 has a rear-end everting locating edge.
When the multifunctional output mechanism of the electric tool of the embodiment is used, the sleeve can be sleeved on the tenon as shown in fig. 5, and the batch head can be inserted into the jack as shown in fig. 6. The most common European and American system or Japanese system batch heads are inserted and then are respectively clamped by the clamping convex of the corresponding gear into the clamping concave of the corresponding gear (see fig. 7 and 8), and a few non-standard batch heads are simultaneously clamped by friction force generated by six clamping convex positions of the front gear and the rear gear, so that the novel batch head can adapt to various existing batch heads, and can be inserted and removed by one hand, thereby being quite convenient.
As shown in fig. 9, after the embodiment is applied to the electric wrench, the sleeve and the screwdriver head can be adapted without an additional adapter, and the sleeve and the screwdriver head can be assembled and disassembled by one hand. Compared with the prior art, the axial dimension is short because the moving distance of the outer ring bushing is not needed to be considered, the strength of the output shaft is guaranteed, and the number of parts is greatly reduced.
In addition to the embodiments described above, other embodiments of the invention are possible. For example, the rear end of the catch may rest against a projection in the receptacle, etc. All technical schemes formed by equivalent substitution or equivalent transformation fall within the protection scope of the invention.
