本发明公开了一种可预防肺栓塞的脚踏器,它包括底座和放置于底座上的底板,所述底板呈矩形状,所述底板长边一端的两侧固定有支承座,两支承座之间水平设有心轴,所述心轴与脚踏板的一端形成铰接,所述脚踏板中间位置的两侧与连杆的一端铰接,所述连杆的另一端与曲柄一端铰接,所述曲柄的另一端与转轴连接,所述转轴水平设置且两端放置于支架的轴承内,所述转轴安装有阻力轮。本发明即可以家用,又可以放置在办公室里,一边工作一边实施下肢保健运动,并且可用磁控阻力轮调节运动强度,达到锻炼膝关节、踝关节及预防肺栓塞的目的。

一种可预防肺栓塞的脚踏器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可预防肺栓塞的脚踏器,属于保健器材技术领域。
背景技术
肺栓塞是内源性或外源性栓子(以血栓最常见)堵塞肺动脉或其分支引起的肺循环和呼吸功能障碍。肺栓塞曾被认为是少见病,但近年来的研究发现,在威胁人类生命的疾病中,肺栓塞已经成为继肿瘤和心血管疾病之后,位居第三位的致死性病变。肺栓塞是一种常见急症,有人称之为“沉默的杀手”,它可以在很短的时间内夺去患者的生命。长期静坐的IT行业的工作者,以及较长时间乘飞机、车船旅行时,如果不注意多活动肢体,下肢肌肉不能规律收缩,就会导致静脉血液回流减慢,从而容易引发下肢静脉血栓形成,甚至引发肺栓塞。目前市场上还没有一种有效预防肺栓塞的保健器材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以调控运动强度的预防肺栓塞的脚踏器。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种可预防肺栓塞的脚踏器,包括底座和放置于底座上的底板,所述底板呈矩形状,所述底板长边一端的两侧固定有支承座,两支承座之间水平设有心轴,所述心轴与脚踏板的一端形成铰接,所述脚踏板中间位置的两侧与连杆的一端铰接,所述连杆的另一端与曲柄一端铰接,所述曲柄的另一端与转轴连接,所述转轴水平设置且两端放置于支架的轴承内,所述转轴安装有阻力轮。
进一步的,所述阻力轮为磁控阻力轮。
本发明有益效果是:本发明即可以家用,又可以放置在办公室里,一边工作一边实施下肢保健运动,并且可用磁控阻力轮调节运动强度,达到锻炼膝关节、踝关节及预防肺栓塞的目的。磁控阻力轮采用现有技术的磁控阻力原理,能够通过磁控方式进行阻力的调节。这种调节方式可以避免摩擦调阻所带来的损耗,提高磁控阻力轮的使用寿命,同时可以使阻力更加均匀。本发明结构简单、使用方便,便于推广。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种可预防肺栓塞的脚踏器,包括底座9和放置于底座9上的底板8,所述底板8呈矩形状,所述底板8长边一端的两侧固定有支承座7,两支承座7之间水平设有心轴6,所述心轴6与脚踏板5的一端形成铰接,所述脚踏板5中间位置的两侧与连杆4的一端铰接,所述连杆4的另一端与曲柄1一端铰接,所述曲柄1的另一端与转轴3连接,所述转轴3水平设置且两端放置于支架10的轴承内;所述转轴3安装有阻力轮2,从而带动阻力轮2的转动。
脚踏板5处于最高位置时,其上平面与阻力轮2的外围距离应大于100mm,以便放入双脚。
所述阻力轮为磁控阻力轮。磁控阻力轮是指产生阻力的金属飞轮外围(或内围)有磁铁挨近,通过人力旋钮拉线方式,调节磁铁与金属飞轮的远近,控制阻力大小来实现不同运动强度的要求。通过这种调节方式,避免摩擦调阻所带来的损耗,提高磁控阻力轮的使用寿命,同时可以使阻力更加均匀。磁控阻力轮可向专业生产厂家定制。
使用时,脚踩住脚踏板5一端,用力踩下脚踏板5,则脚踏板5绕轴摆动,并通过连杆4带动曲柄1旋转,曲柄1驱使阻力轮2转动。可根据个人身体状况,调节阻力大小和锻炼时间。
当脚踩压和抬起时,手放在小腿肚子上会感觉到肌肉一紧一松,这和我们走路一样有挤压辅助的作用。对于久坐的办公室人员,一天做十分钟就能够有效预防肺栓塞的发生,达到增强体质的功效。

1.一种可预防肺栓塞的脚踏器,包括底座和放置于底座上的底板,其特征在于:所述底板呈矩形状,所述底板长边一端的两侧固定有支承座,两支承座之间水平设有心轴,所述心轴与脚踏板的一端形成铰接,所述脚踏板中间位置的两侧与连杆的一端铰接,所述连杆的另一端与曲柄一端铰接,所述曲柄的另一端与转轴连接,所述转轴水平设置且两端放置于支架的轴承内,所述转轴安装有阻力轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可预防肺栓塞的脚踏器,其特征在于:所述阻力轮为磁控阻力轮。
