Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的优选地用于截闭引导介质的管路的滑阀。
背景技术
这种类型的滑阀尤其用于打开或关闭用于输送介质的管路,例如在带有未处理的废水或泥浆的污水处理设备中,在带有颗粒、化学液体等的化学工业中,在带有饮用水、粮食或冲洗液或类似者的食品工业中。
在根据印刷文献EP-A-2 216 572的这种滑阀的情况中,设置两件式的壳体和用于打开或关闭通孔的相对于两件式的壳体可调整的滑动板。在这种阀的情况中,在壳体中在通孔之上含有纵向密封部,纵向密封部横向于滑动板的移动方向取向并且在上侧形成在壳体和滑动板之间的柔性密封部。
附加地,为在滑动板和壳体之间的侧向的或下部的密封部设置密封绳或类似者以及端密封部,其共同地在关闭状态中在滑动板和壳体之间在周围形成密封部。由此,在关闭阀的情况中得到持久且可靠的密封。但是,在高的介质压力的情况中,在各个密封部之间可产生泄漏。

根据本发明的滑阀设置成,密封组件一件式地由部分地包围通孔的轮廓以及与其相连接的横向的纵向密封部构成。
利用密封组件的该构造方案实现,以紧凑的结构方式制造滑阀。
此外,在输送例如油砂时,由于产生的磨损和变厚的材料的粘住,对阀提出了高的要求。利用根据本发明的由相应的塑料制成的一件式的密封组件,在这方面也实现了对于持久的使用寿命而言的最优前提。
利用密封组件的该一件式的构造方案,通过以下方式得到另一显著的优点,即,其首先作为单件被插入一壳体部分中,并且之后可相应地装上另一壳体部分,从而由此实现简单的装配。
在从属权利要求中定义在本发明的范围中的滑阀的其它有利的细节。

具体实施方式
图1示出了滑阀10,其基本上由带有两个壳体部分12,13的壳体11和滑动板15组成。横向的通孔14设置在壳体11中,通孔14通过向下调整的滑动板15封闭。在该通孔14处联接有未详细示出的管路,其有利地度量为带有与壳体11的钻孔16相同的内直径,由此不会由于凸肩部产生死区。
该滑阀10例如设计成用于截闭用于引导油砂的管路。但是,滑阀10在输送其它介质的情况中显然也可用作截闭部。

这些彼此间隔开地伸延的纵向密封部21,22分别可被引入在相应的壳体部分12,13中横向于滑动板15的调整方向A延伸的纵向槽17,18中并且以可在横向上可调整地支承在该纵向槽中。

13.根据权利要求11或12所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述密封组件由塑料制成。
14.根据权利要求11或12所述的密封组件,其特征在于,在所述轮廓(23,53,58)中嵌入至少一个加强元件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述加强元件(24)在边腿(23'')处在所述轮廓(23)中近似在中心伸延,而其在弧形的部分(23')中在所述轮廓(23)的外部区域中伸延。
16.根据权利要求11或12所述的密封组件,其特征在于,在所述纵向密封部(21,22)和/或在所述轮廓(23)的边腿(23")中分别外侧地集成有加强板(26,26')。
17.根据权利要求13所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述塑料为聚氨酯。
18.根据权利要求14所述的密封组件,其特征在于,所述加强元件为在整个长度上集成的加强元件(24,54,59)。
