本发明为了解决现有太阳能集热器换热水箱的箱体的体积大,换热的时间长,加热的速度慢,而且浪费原材料,成本高,换热水箱内易结垢,影响换热水箱的吸热效率的问题,提供了一种速热式太阳能灶集热器,解决该问题的具体技术方案如下:本发明的速热式太阳能灶集热器,由集热真空管、集热真空管冷凝端、换热水箱、短管、排污除垢管、灶箱、阀门、热水输水管、回水管、灶具和硅胶保温圈组成,换热水箱的端面为倒U 形,排污除垢管由多个短管与换热水箱的底部连通,排污除垢管端口设有阀门,换热水箱的上端由热水输水管与灶具的底端连通,换热水箱的下端由回水管与灶箱的底端连通,灶箱的上端设有硅胶保温圈,集热真空管冷凝端插接在倒U 形换热水箱底部设有的圆柱形凹槽内。
本发明的速热式太阳能灶集热器,太阳能灶集热器换热水箱的腔体的体积小,加热的速度快,而且节省原材料,成本低,换热水箱结垢后易清理,换热水箱的吸热效率高的优点,是理想的节能环保产品。
