技术领域
本发明属于装修材料技术领域,具体涉及一种墙纸。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们在买新房后都要对房屋进行装修,装修时所用的木材、石材、涂料、油漆及粘胶等材料都不同程度地含有对人体有害的化学物质,装修材料中释放出来的甲醛、苯等有机物对人体危害极大,容易诱发白血病、哮喘等疾病,因而房屋装修后的室内空气污染成为人们关注的话题,房屋装修完成后都要想尽一切办法来克服装修污染,如喷洒有害物清除剂,但现有此类产品只能针对造成室内污染的个别污染源进行治理,比如说甲醛清除剂只能对甲醛有一定的分解作用,而对苯系物污染、TVOC等一点作用也没有,更不用说杀菌了,或在室内放置能吸收有害气体的植物,打开所有门窗通风,并将装修好的房屋空置一段时间后再入住,这些方法都只能起到减轻装修污染的作用,收效甚微。而且目前还没有能清除环境污染的墙纸。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供了一种墙纸,该墙纸贴在室内墙上能自动净化室内空气,清除效率高,功效时间长;另,该墙纸还具有加热升温功能,天冷的时候,能够提高室内的低气温,提高了人们在室内的舒适度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种墙纸,所述墙纸包括若干沿墙纸的长度方向间隔设置的加热区和净化区,将墙纸的宽度方向定义为横向且长度方向定义为纵向,所述加热区和净化区皆为横向设置,所述加热区和所述净化区一体连接;
所述加热区包括图案纸层、电热丝层、防霉抗菌层和加热区底纸层,所述图案纸层位于所述电热丝层的外侧,所述电热丝层位于所述防霉抗菌层的外侧,所述防霉抗菌层位于所述加热区底纸层的外侧,所述图案纸层、所述电热丝层、所述防霉抗菌层和所述加热区底纸层之间分别为胶粘接;电热丝在墙纸的左右端之间来回折返且沿纵向延伸;
所述净化区包括纳米光触媒层、光源、导电硅胶层、散热膜层和净化区底纸层,所述纳米光触媒层位于所述光源层的外侧,所述光源位于所述导电硅胶层的外侧,所述导电硅胶层位于所述散热膜层的外侧,所述散热膜层位于所述净化区底纸层的外侧,所述纳米光触媒层、所述光源、所述导电硅胶层、所述散热膜层和所述净化区底纸层之间分别为胶粘接;所述导电硅胶层的外侧表面等间距设有若干内凹的锥形孔,所有所述锥形孔位于同一直线,所述光源与所述锥形孔一一对应且设于所述锥形孔内;所述纳米光触媒层的纵向截面为弧形;
还设有外置控制器,所有所述电热丝和所有所述光源电连接。

进一步地说,所述光源为波长为360-380nm的紫外光。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、本发明的墙纸包括若干沿墙纸的长度方向间隔设置的加热区和净化区,加热区和净化区皆为横向设置,加热区设有电热丝,天冷的时候,能够提高室内的低气温,提高了人们在室内的舒适度,电热丝在墙纸的左右端之间来回折返,此种设计,墙纸使用前,卷成一卷时,不会损坏电热丝,从而影响墙纸的使用,设计合理;净化区设有光源、纳米光触媒层和空气质量传感器,当空气质量传感器检测到室内空气质量低于设定值时,自动启动光源,使室内空气得到净化,清除效率高,功效时间长;
二、本发明的净化区是采用纳米光触媒在紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能:能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理;同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气等功能,净化效果好,功效时间长;光源采用波长360-380nm的紫外光,对人体无害,安全性佳。

所述纳米光触媒层为塑料丝网光触媒层。
所述净化区的纵向长度为所述加热区的纵向长度的1/5-1/4。
设有空气质量传感器,所述空气质量传感器设于墙纸的一侧,所述空气质量传感器与所述外置控制器电连接。
所述光源为波长为360-380nm的紫外光。
本发明的工作原理和工作过程如下:本发明的墙纸包括若干沿墙纸的长度方向间隔设置的加热区和净化区,加热区和净化区皆为横向设置,加热区设有电热丝,天冷的时候,能够提高室内的低气温,提高了人们在室内的舒适度,电热丝在墙纸的左右端之间来回折返,此种设计,墙纸使用前,卷成一卷时,不会损坏电热丝,从而影响墙纸的使用,设计合理;净化区设有光源、纳米光触媒层和空气质量传感器,当空气质量传感器检测到室内空气质量低于设定值时,自动启动光源,使室内空气得到净化,清除效率高,功效时间长。

Claims (7)
1.一种墙纸,其特征在于:所述墙纸包括若干沿墙纸的长度方向间隔设置的加热区(1)和净化区(2),将墙纸的宽度方向定义为横向且长度方向定义为纵向,所述加热区和净化区皆为横向设置,所述加热区和所述净化区一体连接;
所述加热区(1)包括图案纸层(11)、电热丝层(12)、防霉抗菌层(13)和加热区底纸层(14),所述图案纸层位于所述电热丝层的外侧,所述电热丝层位于所述防霉抗菌层的外侧,所述防霉抗菌层位于所述加热区底纸层的外侧,所述图案纸层、所述电热丝层、所述防霉抗菌层和所述加热区底纸层之间分别为胶粘接;电热丝(121)在墙纸的左右端之间来回折返且沿纵向延伸;
所述净化区(2)包括纳米光触媒层(21)、光源(22)、导电硅胶层(23)、散热膜层(24)和净化区底纸层(25),所述纳米光触媒层位于所述光源层的外侧,所述光源位于所述导电硅胶层的外侧,所述导电硅胶层位于所述散热膜层的外侧,所述散热膜层位于所述净化区底纸层的外侧,所述纳米光触媒层、所述光源、所述导电硅胶层、所述散热膜层和所述净化区底纸层之间分别为胶粘接;所述导电硅胶层的外侧表面等间距设有若干内凹的锥形孔(231),所有所述锥形孔位于同一直线,所述光源与所述锥形孔一一对应且设于所述锥形孔内;所述纳米光触媒层的纵向截面为弧形;
还设有外置控制器,所有所述电热丝和所有所述光源电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墙纸,其特征在于:所述防霉抗菌层由防霉抗菌剂喷涂在纤维材料上制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的墙纸,其特征在于:所述纳米光触媒层为网格状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的墙纸,其特征在于:所述纳米光触媒层为塑料丝网光触媒层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的墙纸,其特征在于:所述净化区的纵向长度为所述加热区的纵向长度的1/5-1/4。
6.根据权利要求1所述的墙纸,其特征在于:设有空气质量传感器,所述空气质量传感器设于墙纸的一侧,所述空气质量传感器与所述外置控制器电连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的墙纸,其特征在于:所述光源为波长为360-380nm的紫外光。
