本发明涉及无纺布的应用领域,尤其涉及一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,包括墙板本体及卡于墙板本体四周的卡框,在装配时,通过无纺布袋进行水泥砂浆的灌注,无需模具,同时预留连接孔,在外层砂浆板固化成型后直接通过连接孔将连接,便于施工,提高施工效率。

一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布的应用领域,尤其涉及一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板。
背景技术
目前市场上出现了多层板复合而成的墙体,其通过多种板的结构和功能层搭配,使得墙体具有优异性能。现有的复合墙板为具有较好的保温隔热效果,常复合保温板结构,为保证墙体强度,在复合墙板内符合强度较高的砂浆板结构;但是砂浆板自重较重,承重能力较差,不易运输,且运输中容易出现损坏。
另外,多层板之间的连接多通过连接件(如螺栓)进行锚固,需要进行钻孔僧操作,这样不便于装配,也会破坏砂浆板的自身结构,影响墙体强度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,包括墙板本体及卡于墙板本体四周的卡框,其中,
所述卡框具有方形卡槽,卡框在方形卡槽中部横向固定连接有多条支撑龙骨,相邻的支撑龙骨之间均卡有岩棉层;
所述墙板本体包括外层砂浆板,设于外层砂浆板内侧的结构板,设于结构板内侧的防潮膜及位于支撑龙骨内侧的内饰板;
所述外层砂浆板包括无纺布袋及填充于无纺布袋内的水泥砂浆,所述外层砂浆板在卡框的方形卡槽内侧设有连接孔。
所述无纺布袋为长方体袋体,长方体袋体的对侧分别开有灌注口,灌注口连接有用于灌注的灌注管,所述灌注管为尼龙材质。
所述无纺布袋在其边缘靠近卡框的方形卡槽内侧位置开有多个通孔,通孔具有内壁,且与无纺布袋的上下两侧缝合。
所述无纺布袋内置有钢筋网。
所述无纺布袋中部内侧环周均匀固定有插接座,所述插接座包括固定于无纺布袋内表面侧插接座本体及开于插接座本体中部的卡孔,所述钢筋网边缘的钢丝向外侧延伸并插于对应的卡孔内。
岩棉层的两侧分别通过粘贴于支撑龙骨的无纺布封堵。
所述内饰板为水泥板。
本发明的有益效果是:
在装配时,通过无纺布袋进行水泥砂浆的灌注,无需模具,同时预留连接孔,在外层砂浆板固化成型后直接通过连接孔将连接,便于施工,提高施工效率。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图及最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本发明包括墙板本体及卡于墙板本体四周的卡框1,其中,
所述卡框具有方形卡槽,卡框在方形卡槽中部横向固定连接有多条支撑龙骨2,相邻的支撑龙骨之间均卡有岩棉层3,优选的,岩棉层的两侧分别通过粘贴于支撑龙骨的无纺布封堵;岩棉层起到隔热保温的作用。
所述墙板本体包括外层砂浆板4,设于外层砂浆板内侧的结构板5,设于结构板内侧的防潮膜6及位于支撑龙骨内侧的内饰板7;
所述外层砂浆板包括无纺布袋8及填充于无纺布袋内的水泥砂浆,所述外层砂浆板在卡框的方形卡槽内侧设有连接孔。
所述无纺布袋为长方体袋体,长方体袋体的对侧分别开有灌注口,灌注口连接有用于灌注的灌注管10,所述灌注管为尼龙材质。
所述无纺布袋在其边缘靠近卡框的方形卡槽内侧位置开有多个通孔9,通孔具有内壁,且与无纺布袋的上下两侧缝合。
无纺布袋选用强度较好、干热收缩率小的聚酯无纺布缝制而成;灌注后形状尺寸稳定。灌注时袋内空气迅速排出,灌注后仅有少量清水渗出,其他成分不渗出。
进行墙体的装配时,可先将在支撑龙骨内侧粘贴无纺布,将岩棉分别填充于个支撑龙骨之间,而后将支撑龙骨外侧粘贴无纺布;将内饰板固定于支撑龙骨内侧,而后将防潮膜、结构板依次置于支撑龙骨外侧;内饰板、防潮膜、结构板及支撑龙骨在卡槽内侧均对应开孔;将无纺布袋一侧涂抹粘结剂与结构板粘结,并将通孔对准内饰板、防潮膜、结构板及支撑龙骨的对应开孔,在孔内穿入连接螺栓,连接螺栓的两端分别与卡框通过螺母固定;在无纺布袋内通过灌注口充入水泥砂浆,待水泥砂浆固化,即外层砂浆板;
优选的,所述无纺布袋内置有钢筋网11。
所述无纺布袋中部内侧环周均匀固定有插接座12,所述插接座包括固定于无纺布袋内表面侧插接座本体及开于插接座本体中部的卡孔,所述钢筋网边缘的钢丝向外侧延伸并插于对应的卡孔内。插接座可以与无纺布袋内表面粘结固定,不影响水泥砂浆的正常浇筑,并通过钢筋网增强了整体强度。
优选的,所述内饰板为水泥板。
在装配时,通过无纺布袋进行水泥砂浆的灌注,无需模具,同时预留连接孔,在外层砂浆板固化成型后直接通过连接孔将连接,便于施工,提高施工效率。

所述卡框具有方形卡槽,卡框在方形卡槽中部横向固定连接有多条支撑龙骨,相邻的支撑龙骨之间均卡有岩棉层;
所述墙板本体包括外层砂浆板,设于外层砂浆板内侧的结构板,设于结构板内侧的防潮膜及位于支撑龙骨内侧的内饰板;
所述外层砂浆板包括无纺布袋及填充于无纺布袋内的水泥砂浆,所述外层砂浆板在卡框的方形卡槽内侧设有连接孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,其特征在于,所述无纺布袋为长方体袋体,长方体袋体的对侧分别开有灌注口,灌注口连接有用于灌注的灌注管,所述灌注管为尼龙材质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,其特征在于,所述无纺布袋在其边缘靠近卡框的方形卡槽内侧位置开有多个通孔,通孔具有内壁,且与无纺布袋的上下两侧缝合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,其特征在于,所述无纺布袋内置有钢筋网。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,其特征在于,所述无纺布袋中部内侧环周均匀固定有插接座,所述插接座包括固定于无纺布袋内表面侧插接座本体及开于插接座本体中部的卡孔,所述钢筋网边缘的钢丝向外侧延伸并插于对应的卡孔内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,其特征在于,岩棉层的两侧分别通过粘贴于支撑龙骨的无纺布封堵。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种易于装配的无纺布复合式墙板,其特征在于,所述内饰板为水泥板。
