本发明公开了一种保温防水式望砖，包括砖体；砖体两端分别设置凸起和卡槽；凸起向上倾斜设置，卡槽开口向下设置，且凸起和卡槽配合连接；砖体连接状态下，砖体之间的缝隙内涂有防水胶；砖体中部为无机盐水泥层，无机盐水泥层上表面设置一层防水层；防水层上方设置无机保温砂浆层；无机盐水泥层下方设置泡沫保温板；本发明防水性能好，加工方便，生产成本低，具有保温隔热、防火防冻、耐老化的优异性能以及低廉的价格。

一种保温防水式望砖
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域，尤其涉及一种保温防水式望砖。
背景技术
望砖，一般用于中式古建别墅屋檐檐廊、连廊等建筑，传统望砖从原材料到成品，耗能高、成本高，并且望砖只起到一般砖块的作用，无法对建筑进行有效的保护。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题，本发明提出一种保温防水式望砖，防水性能好，加工方便，生产成本低，具有保温隔热、防火防冻、耐老化的优异性能以及低廉的价格。
本发明提出的一种保温防水式望砖，包括砖体；砖体两端分别设置凸起和卡槽；凸起向上倾斜设置，卡槽开口向下设置，且凸起和卡槽配合连接；
砖体连接状态下，砖体之间的缝隙内涂有防水胶；
砖体中部为无机盐水泥层，无机盐水泥层上表面设置一层防水层；防水层上方设置无机保温砂浆层；无机盐水泥层下方设置泡沫保温板。
优选的，砖体放置在茶壶档椽上，砖体上方铺设瓦片。
优选的，砖体厚度为1-2厘米。
本发明中，砖体之间通过凸起和卡槽相互配合连接；当砖体上方设备出现问题导致漏水时，由于凸起向上倾斜设置，使得水滴难以向下滴落，水滴会顺着凸起卡槽之间的缝隙沿屋檐的方向滑落，避免雨水渗透、滴落于屋内；同时，为了加强防水性能，砖体连接状态下，砖体之间的缝隙内涂有防水胶，进一步提高防水性能；
本实施例中，砖体采用无机盐水泥层作为主要材料，无机盐水泥生产快、耗损低、尺寸稳定，加工方便且生产成本低，比较适合大多数企业使用；其中，砖体设置有无机保温砂浆层，无机保温砂浆具有节能利废、保温隔热、防火防冻、耐老化的优异性能，以及低廉的价格等特点，有着广泛的市场需求；泡沫保温板进一步起到保温隔热的作用。

参照图1-2，本发明提出的一种保温防水式望砖，包括砖体1；砖体1两端分别设置凸起2和卡槽3；凸起2向上倾斜设置，卡槽3开口向下设置，且凸起2和卡槽3配合连接；
砖体1连接状态下，砖体1之间的缝隙内涂有防水胶；
砖体1中部为无机盐水泥层13，无机盐水泥层13上表面设置一层防水层12；防水层12上方设置无机保温砂浆层11；无机盐水泥层13下方设置泡沫保温板14。
本实施例工作过程中，砖体1之间通过凸起2和卡槽3相互配合连接；当砖体1上方设备出现问题导致漏水时，由于凸起2向上倾斜设置，使得水滴难以向下滴落，水滴会顺着凸起2和卡槽3之间的缝隙沿屋檐的方向滑落，避免雨水渗透、滴落于屋内；同时，为了加强防水性能，砖体1连接状态下，砖体1之间的缝隙内涂有防水胶，进一步提高防水性能；

砖体(1)连接状态下，砖体(1)之间的缝隙内涂有防水胶；
砖体(1)中部为无机盐水泥层(13)，无机盐水泥层(13)上表面设置一层防水层(12)；防水层(12)上方设置无机保温砂浆层(11)；无机盐水泥层(13)下方设置泡沫保温板(14)。
