Abstract
金属装饰层外墙防火保温一体板由下面层、防火保温层、金属饰面装饰层由下至上顺序组成。采用玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料中的一种作为下面层；防火保温层可选阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板、改性酚醛发泡板、阻燃聚氨酯发泡板中的一种。本实用新型克服了原有保温材料耐火性能差以及施工工艺繁琐复杂的不足，提供了一种金属装饰层外墙防火保温一体板，采用防火热固型材料发泡作为保温芯材，面层采用金属饰面层作为装饰面层，在满足设计师对外墙节能及装饰效果的同时，施工更为简单便捷，施工周期短，施工造价低，对基层的平整度要求低，施工后的外墙材料具有更优异的自洁和耐候性能。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有阻燃性和装饰性的外墙建筑防水保温板材。
二、背景技术
随着经济的发展，时代的进步，对建筑材料的要求也越来越高，原有的建材已不能满足时代发展的要求。主要表现为：其一，外墙保温材料目前国内主要以热塑性EPS、XPS保温材料为主，热塑性保温材料应用外墙保温最大隐患就是防火性能，尤其是我国墙体保温采用外墙外保温薄抹灰系统，一旦塑性体保温材料遇明火就会迅速燃烧并形成立体火灾，近年来国内多起重特大火灾都与这些材料的使用有关，给国家和人民的生命财产带来巨大损失；其二，现有的施工工艺需分道施工，工艺负责，施工难度大，工期长，外墙涂料自洁性差、墙体装饰砖脱落以及墙体面层开裂导致的渗漏水问题时有发生。
三、发明内容
本实用新型克服了原有保温材料耐火性能差的不足，采用防火热固型材料发泡作为保温芯材，面层复合金属饰面层，避免施工及使用中明火导致保温层迅速燃烧，一体板施工完毕后无需增加罩面层以及后装饰层，施工便捷，金属饰面层自洁性好，色彩丰富，为设计师提供了更为广阔的设计空间。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取如下技术方案：
1、金属装饰层外墙防火保温一体板，其特征在于：由下面层(1)、防火保温层(2)、金属饰面装饰层(3)由下至上顺序组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一体板，其特征在于：下面层(1)是玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料中的一种。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一体板，其特征在于：防火保温层(2)是阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板、改性酚醛发泡板、阻燃聚氨酯发泡板中的一种。
本实用新型的有益效果是，集保温、防火、装饰于一体，材料遇火不燃、无有毒气体产生，采用金属饰面层作为装饰面层，在满足设计师对外墙节能及装饰效果的同时，施工更为简单便捷，施工周期短，施工造价低，对基层的平整度要求低，施工后的外墙材料具有更优异的自洁和耐候性能。

五、具体实施方式
参照附图，具体实施方式为，下面层(1)采用玻纤布，防火保温层(2)采用改性酚醛发泡板，通过泡沫板材连续发泡生产线在改性酚醛发泡的同时，在压力输送机内将玻纤布、金属饰面装饰层分别复合在改性酚醛发泡板的下表面与上表面，制成的一体板可根据实际需要进行裁切，宽度可在300mm～1200mm选择，长度可在1200mm～8000mm选择，厚度可在20mm～120mm选择。
以上是本实用新型具有代表性的实施例，凡依本实用新型所作的改变，所产生的功能和作用未超出本实用新型技术方案的范围时，均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
综上所述，本实用新型实现保温、隔热、防火、装饰一体化施工，采用金属饰面层作为装饰面层，在满足设计师对外墙节能及装饰效果的同时，施工更为简单便捷，施工周期短，施工造价低，对基层的平整度要求低，施工后的外墙材料具有更优异的自洁和耐候性能，可广泛用于平、坡屋面、金属屋面、架空屋面、单层屋面的保温工程，外墙隔热保温装饰工程，既有建筑屋面、墙体防水保温改造工程，特别适用有保温、防水、防火严格要求的体育场馆、展览馆、冷库、粮仓、大型会议场馆等公共设施、场馆建设。

1.金属装饰层外墙防火保温一体板，其特征在于：由下面层(1)、防火保温层(2)、金属饰面装饰层(3)由下至上顺序组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体板，其特征在于：下面层(1)是玻纤布、聚酯无纺布、丙纶无纺布、涤纶无纺布、聚合物水泥涂料中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体板，其特征在于：防火保温层(2)是阻燃聚异氰尿酸酯发泡板、改性酚醛发泡板、阻燃聚氨酯发泡板中的一种。
