本发明公开了一种浓缩低泡高效洗衣液,它涉及化工技术领域,它包含AEO7非离子表面活性剂、乙醇乙二醇甘油助剂、单乙醇胺三乙醇胺氢氧化钠(32%)水溶液、两性表面活性剂、酶制剂、抗再沉淀、改型聚硅氧烷、柔软剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、香精,这样的组方的洗衣液效果最佳,泡沫低,易漂洗,去污力强,对各种污渍都有很好地去污效果,洗衣液基本是中性的,对皮肤无刺激,柔顺效果明显,护色效果明显,甩干与拧干的衣服褶皱不明显。衣物干后柔软、洁净,颜色鲜亮,达到低泡、浓缩、高效、全效、环保的效果。

本发明涉及一种浓缩低泡高效洗衣液,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
随着世界经济的一体化和贸易全球化的发展,文化背景、技术水平和环保法规逐渐成为洗涤用品全球化发展的三大驱动力,全球的洗涤用品将趋向多样化,但节能、节水、高效、温和、使用方便以及符合安全与环保要求的产品将是当前及未来洗涤产品发展的主流方向[1]。由于洗衣液克服了洗衣粉的一些缺点,发展很快。而浓缩洗衣液在节能、高效方面更显优势,因而各厂家也纷纷推出浓缩型洗衣液。市面上的大部分浓缩型产品的活性物含量大约在30%~40%,消费者使用的时候只需添加普通洗衣液用量的1/3到1/2,但是部分消费者在使用的过程中仍摆脱不了平常的使用习惯,导致了洗涤剂的浪费。本研究是以高效节能为目标,消费者在使用前,先把超浓缩洗衣液稀释4倍~5倍,再按普通洗衣液的使用量进行洗涤,这样更节能和节水,并大大减少了生产、运输以及包装成本。本发明以AEO7非离子表面活性剂为基础原料研制了低泡高效的浓缩洗衣液。对其泡沫、去污力、溶液稳定性和水溶分散性进行了考察,发现其去污能力高于其他阴离子表面活性剂,净洗效果更为出众。新配方总活性物达到70%,产品的稳定性好,综合效果优良。

针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种浓缩低泡高效洗衣液。
本发明的一种浓缩低泡高效洗衣液,它包含AEO7非离子表面活性剂、乙醇乙二醇甘油助剂、单乙醇胺三乙醇胺氢氧化钠(32%)水溶液、两性表面活性剂、酶制剂、抗再沉淀、改型聚硅氧烷、柔软剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、香精。
作为优选,所述AEO7非离子表面活性剂25-30%、乙醇乙二醇甘油助剂0.5-2%、单乙醇胺三乙醇胺氢氧化钠(32%)水溶液5-8%。
作为优选,所述酶制剂0.5-1%、抗再沉淀1-2%、改型聚硅氧烷0.5-1%、柔软剂0.5-1%、增稠剂2-4%、防腐剂0.5-0.3%、香精0.3-0.6%。
本发明的有益效果:它能克服现有技术的弊端,泡沫低,易漂洗,去污力强,对各种污渍都有很好地去污效果,洗衣液基本是中性的,对皮肤无刺激,柔顺效果明显,护色效果明显,甩干与拧干的衣服褶皱不明显。衣物干后柔软、洁净,颜色鲜亮,达到低泡、浓缩、高效、全效、环保的效果。
具体实施方式:
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:在加热的条件下,将表面活性剂完全溶解在水中,将酶制剂预分散在溶剂里,并搅拌均匀后添加到表面活性剂的水溶液中,在搅拌的条件下依次加入其他成分,最终搅拌均匀,产品的最终外观为淡黄色,黏度为700-800里泊的清澈透明液体,PH值7-7.5。
