The folding scooter is characterized by comprising a front pedal, a rear pedal hinged with the rear end of the front pedal and a vertical rod hinged with the front end of the front pedal, wherein the rear pedal is hinged with the rear end of the front pedal through a first folding structure, and the lower end of the vertical rod is hinged with the front end of the front pedal through a second folding structure; the rear pedal swings around the first folding structure to be in the same horizontal unfolding state with the front pedal or swings to the lower end part of the front pedal, and the upright rod swings around the second folding structure to be in the unfolding state with the front pedal or swings to be overlapped with the upper end part of the front pedal; the upper end of the vertical rod is provided with a first telescopic rod, a first hollowed-out area penetrating through the length direction of the vertical rod is formed in the vertical rod, the lower end part of the first telescopic rod is embedded in the first hollowed-out area, and the first telescopic rod stretches into the first hollowed-out area along the length direction of the vertical rod or is far away from the vertical rod to be in an extension state;
the side edge of the front pedal is hinged with a supporting frame for supporting, and the supporting frame swings to downward extending arrangement or swings to bending arrangement;

The folding scooter of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein an upper end portion of the front pedal and an upper end portion of the rear pedal are fixed by a fastening structure, the fastening structure includes a card movably connected to the upper end portion of the front pedal and a clamping groove formed in the upper end portion of the rear pedal, a hook is formed at an end of the card facing the rear pedal, the card swings to be in a superposed state with the front pedal, and the hook is embedded in the clamping groove to achieve unfolding-shaped fixation.

The folding scooter of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the upper end of the first telescopic rod is further provided with a second telescopic rod, the first telescopic rod is formed with a second hollowed-out area penetrating through the length direction of the first telescopic rod, the lower end of the second telescopic rod is embedded in the second hollowed-out area, and the second telescopic rod extends into the second hollowed-out area along the length direction of the first telescopic rod or is in an extension state away from the first telescopic rod.
