技术领域
本发明涉及一种旅行或越野多用途车辆上的油门踏板,具体涉及一种连接到用于发动机转速控制器或油门的油门线缆的多用途车辆油门踏板。
背景技术
多用途车辆油门踏板可以通过油门线缆连接到发动机转速控制器或油门。油门线缆可以使用保持件、夹持件或紧固件连接到踏板。例如,美国专利3730318,4263998,4738155,4773278和4800773示出了穿过踏板面上的开口插入并通过定位在踏板面上或从踏板面突出的保持件、夹持件或紧固件来固定的油门线缆。在组装期间,穿过踏板面中的开口插入油门线缆并且将油门线缆连接到保持件、夹持件或紧固件是困难的,费时的且难以接近。连接油门线缆不仅是组装期间的问题,在长时间使用后维修多用途车时也是问题,因为可能需要调整油门线缆的长度或张力。需要一种快速且容易地组装(包括与油门线缆的连接)的多用途车辆油门踏板。需要一种简化油门线缆长度或张力的调节的多用途车辆油门踏板。需要低成本且不需要穿过踏板面上的开口插入油门线缆、并且不需要定位在踏板表面上或从踏板表面突出的保持件、夹持件或紧固件的多用途车辆油门踏板夹持件。
发明内容
一种多用途车辆油门踏板,包括在第一侧壁和第二侧壁之间横跨踏板的底面延伸的油门连杆。油门连杆可以无需工具而快速方便地与踏板连接或断开。油门线缆可以可调节地连接到油门连杆。油门线缆可以穿过油门线缆调节套筒插入,油门线缆调节套筒可以旋转以调节油门线缆的长度或张力。油门踏板可以是整体式U形塑胶体,其具有表面,没有任何开口、保持件、夹持件或紧固件在所述面上或从所述面突出。

具体实施方式
图1-4示出了旅行或越野多用途车辆上的多用途车辆油门踏板100的实施例。多用途车辆油门踏板100可以包括整体式大致U形塑胶体,该塑胶体包括宽度在大约1英寸到大约4英寸之间的踏板面102,具有一个或更多个支撑结构的底面104以及踏板面和底面之间的第一侧壁106和第二侧壁108。踏板面可以具有模制到第一端或下端中的凹槽110以提供防滑表面。多用途车辆油门踏板在踏板面上可以不具有任何开口,并且不需要将油门线缆通过踏板面中的开口穿线。它也没有任何定位在踏板面上或从踏板面突出的保持件、夹持件或紧固件。
在一个实施例中,多用途车辆油门踏板100可包括定位在油门踏板的底面104上并在第一和第二侧壁106,108之间横跨底面延伸的油门连杆112。油门连杆可以快速且容易地与油门踏板连接或断开,从而很容易访问油门线缆连接。可以手动完成将油门连杆初始装配到油门踏板以及将油门连杆与油门踏板连接或断开,而不需要任何工具或附加的紧固件。
在一个实施例中,油门连杆112可以是直径在约1/4英寸到约1/2英寸之间并且从第一端116到第二端118的长度约2英寸到约4英寸之间的线的形式。油门连杆112可以在没有工具或其他紧固件的情况下与油门踏板连接或断开。为了将油门连杆连接到踏板,第二端118可以插入到第二侧壁108中的第二开口134中,然后第一端116可以插入到第一侧壁106中的第一开口132中。油门连杆可以在油门踏板侧壁之间延伸,使得油门连杆可以在其纵向轴线上枢转,并且可以具有第一径向结构136和第二径向结构138,以防止油门连杆轴向滑动越过侧壁中的第一开口132和第二开口134。
在一个实施例中,油门线缆114可以可调节地连接到油门连杆112。油门线缆在使用期间可以保持连接到油门连杆,并且在油门线缆长度或张力被调节时保持连接。断开油门连杆与踏板的连接使油门线缆在油门连杆离开车辆地板并且不在踏板后面时更容易访问并且易于调节。调节油门线缆后,油门拉杆可以方便快捷地重新连接回油门踏板。
在一个实施例中,油门线缆114可以是连接在油门连杆112和发动机转速控制器或油门(未示出)之间的柔性鲍登(Bowden)线缆。在组装期间,通过将油门线缆插入油门线缆调节套筒124,油门线缆114可连接到油门连杆112,其中油门线缆端部上的端盖126可抵靠油门线缆调节套筒124的端部。油门线缆调节套筒124可螺纹拧入油门连杆112的开口130中。油门线缆114可从油门连杆穿过支架142中的狭槽158向前延伸,其中油门线缆可进入油门线缆壳体160。可选地,柔性防护罩(boot)125可覆盖油门线缆在油门连杆112和油门线缆壳体160之间的一部分。线缆壳体连接器162可将油门线缆壳体160连接到支架142。
在一个实施例中,油门线缆调节套筒124可以包括六角形端部127,该六角形端部127可以被夹住以旋转套筒并将其进一步移入或移出油门连杆的中间平坦部分122中的开口1130。这改变了油门线缆114的长度或张力。油门线缆的长度或张力的改变还可相对于支架142稍微改变油门踏板的最终或最大打开位置。油门线缆调节锁定螺母128可被螺纹连接到油门线缆调节套筒124,并且可以抵靠油门连杆112的中间平坦部分122以将油门线缆调节套筒锁定就位。当油门连杆与油门踏板断开时,可更好调节油门线缆的长度或张力,但也可以在油门连杆连接到油门踏板时进行调节。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,多用途车辆油门踏板100可以包括需要将油门连杆正确组装到油门踏板的结构,使得油门线缆调节锁定螺母128抵靠油门连杆112的中间平坦部分122。例如,由于第二径向结构138比第一径向结构136更大和/或比第一径向部件136从油门连杆延伸出更多,所以可能需要油门连杆的正确组装。另外,槽140在第二开口134的一侧上可提供间隙,而第一开口132可以不具有槽或间隙。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,多用途车辆油门踏板100可以可枢转地安装到油门踏板安装支架142,并且可以被偏置到非压下位置。为了将油门踏板可枢转地安装到支架,油门枢轴杆144可以定位在油门踏板的底面104上,并且可以在第一侧壁106和第二侧壁108之间横跨底面延伸。油门枢轴杆144可以延伸穿过第一侧壁106和第二侧壁108中的第一开口146和第二开口148以及穿过支架142中相应的第一开口150和第二开口152。为了将油门踏板偏压到非压下位置,螺旋弹簧154可以围绕油门枢轴杆144定位在支架中的第一和第二开口之间。螺旋弹簧154的第一端156可以接合支架142,并且第二端158可以接合油门踏板的底面104上的结构或凹部。底面104可以具有多个支撑结构,例如侧壁106和侧壁108之间的肋条164。另外,油门踏板的底面可以包括开关致动结构166以及槽172,当压下油门踏板时,开关致动部件166可以致动顶杆开关168。槽172接合第一径向结构136以帮助将油门线缆与踏板的中心对准并保持,并有助于防止油门连杆的轴向滑动。支架142还可以具有可调整的止动螺钉170,其为踏板提供完全压下的位置。

Claims (15)

2.根据权利要求1所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,其中,所述油门踏板为整体式U形塑胶体,所述整体式U形塑胶体具有表面,其中没有任何开口、保持件、夹持件或紧固件定位在所述表面上或从所述表面突出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,还包括:
油门线缆调节套筒,所述油门线缆调节套筒螺纹拧入油门连杆中的开口中;
所述油门线缆插入穿过所述油门线缆调节套筒并且具有抵靠所述油门线缆调节套筒的端盖;以及
所述油门线缆调节套筒可旋转以调节油门线缆长度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,还包括盘簧,所述盘簧接合所述油门踏板并将所述油门踏板偏压至非压下位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,其中,所述油门连杆包括第一径向结构和第二径向结构,所述第一径向结构和第二径向结构将所述油门连杆保持在所述第一侧壁和第二侧壁中的第一开口和第二开口中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,还包括模制到所述踏板的所述表面中的槽。
7.一种多用途车辆油门踏板,包括:
整体式模制塑胶体,所述模制塑胶体可枢转地安装到支架上,并且具有表面、底面以及在所述表面和所述底面之间的第一侧壁和第二侧壁;以及
油门线缆,所述油门线缆附接到位于塑胶体的所述底面上的油门连杆,所述油门连杆具有插入第一侧壁和第二侧壁中的第一开口和第二开口的第一端和第二端。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,其中,所述多用途车辆油门踏板还包括螺纹连接至所述油门连杆中的开口的油门线缆调节套筒,所述油门线缆插入穿过所述油门线缆调整套筒。
9.根据权利要求7所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,还包括在所述踏板的所述底面上的开关致动结构。
10.根据权利要求7所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,其中,所述油门连杆为线形式。
11.一种多用途车辆油门踏板,包括:
油门线缆,所述油门线缆可调节地连接到油门连杆,所述油门连杆被手动连接到模制的U形塑胶体的底面;
支架,所述模制的U形塑胶体可枢转地安装在所述支架上并且被弹簧偏置到非压下位置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,其中所述油门连杆具有插入所述油门踏板的第一侧壁和第二侧壁中的第一开口和第二开口中的第一端和第二端。
13.根据权利要求12所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,其中所述油门连杆具有邻近所述第一端的第一径向结构和邻近所述第二端的第二径向结构,所述第二径向结构较所述第一径向结构大。
14.根据权利要求13所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,还包括在所述第二开口的一侧上的槽,以防止所述第二径向结构从所述第二开口滑出。
15.根据权利要求11所述的多用途车辆油门踏板,其中,所述模制的U形塑胶体具有表面,其中没有任何保持件,夹持件或紧固件在所述表面上或从所述表面突出。
