Abstract

本发明公开一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,包括有由外到里依次叠设的外层、中间层和里层;外层为经编鞋材,中间层为TPU薄膜;里层为三明治网布。本发明鞋材由外层、中间层和里层组成,并且配合外层为经编鞋材,中间层为TPU薄膜,里层为三明治网布,摒弃了现在传统鞋材功能的单一性,赋予了鞋材更多的功能性,使鞋材具有更好的防水透湿的性能,同时湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶增加鞋材的耐久性,节约成本,减少对环境的污染。

一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材领域技术,尤其是指一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对鞋子的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高,并不仅仅局限于裹脚行走的层面,而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展。
市场主流鞋子功能单一,防水性与透湿性不能兼顾。一些防水透湿鞋材在制作时选用水性或油性树脂来贴合鞋材都存在一些问题,如水性树脂以水为溶剂,在贴合时需要更多的热量蒸发多余的水分,增加生产成本,且遇水容易老化裂解;用油性树脂贴合鞋材对环境破坏严重,而且一段时间后容易脆裂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,其具有较好的防水性能和透湿性能,提高鞋子在非常规气候下的舒适性;选用湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶,熔点低、韧性高,不会受环境温度变化而产生蠕变和发脆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,包括有由外到里依次叠设的外层、中间层和里层;外层为经编鞋材,中间层为TPU薄膜;里层为三明治网布。
优选的,所述外层为经过无氟防泼水处理的经编鞋材。
优选的,所述中间层为具有防水透湿性能的TPU薄膜。
优选的,所述里层为立体结构并具有良好透湿性的三明治网布。
优选的,所述外层、中间层和里层贴合时所用胶为热熔胶。
优选的,所述热熔胶为湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
本发明鞋材由外层、中间层和里层组成,并且配合外层为经编鞋材,中间层为TPU薄膜,里层为三明治网布,摒弃了现在传统鞋材功能的单一性,赋予了鞋材更多的功能性,使鞋材具有更好的防水透湿的性能,同时湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶增加鞋材的耐久性,节约成本,减少对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有由外到里依次叠设的外层10、中间层20和里层30。
该外层10为经编鞋材,中间层20为TPU薄膜;里层30为三明治网布,在本实施例中,所述外层10为经过无氟防泼水处理的经编鞋材,所述中间层20为具有防水透湿性能的TPU薄膜,所述里层30为立体结构并具有良好透湿性的三明治网布。以及,所述外层10、中间层20和里层30贴合时所用胶为热熔胶,并且,所述热熔胶为湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶。
该外层10采用的处理剂为无氟处理剂,外层10具有一定的拒水能力,但是鞋材本身有许多的孔洞,拒水能力并不理想。
该中间层20为TPU薄膜,TPU薄膜是无孔亲水膜,水珠、雨滴40等无法通过,TPU薄膜含有亲水基团可使水蒸汽50通过薄膜,形成防水透湿膜层。
该里层30为三明治网布,三明治网布为夹层结构,上下面为涤纶面料,中间夹层为交叉状的涤纶丝,形成了立体的透气层,这样的结构具有优良的透气性。
如图4所示,所述外层10经编鞋材与中间层20TPU薄膜通过湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶点贴贴合在一起,形成双层复合织物;如图5所示再将里层30与外层10和里层20的贴合物通过湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶点贴贴合形成三层复合防水透湿鞋材。
实施例一:如图4和图5所示,本实施例采用单层防泼水鞋材与TPU薄膜复合,再与单层网布复合形成复合式防水透湿鞋材。
步骤一,如图4所示,选取单层防泼水鞋材布厚度0.67mm,TPU中透膜厚度0.12mm,采用湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶A09,贴合方式采用点贴,优选贴合温度为105℃,贴合加工主速度3m/min,优选的,涂布率100%,超喂-5.5%,滑条超喂7%,涂布间隙-0.2左/右mm,贴合间隙0.47左/右mm,花滚压力4kg/sq.cm,贴压为2kg/sq.cm,TPU薄膜张力5kg,张力调节气压为0.5kg/sq.cm,滑条比例为4.5;单层防泼水鞋材张力气压1.5kg,张力调节气压为2.5kg/sq.cm,滑条比例4.8,收卷张力5kg,获得单层防泼水鞋材与TPU薄膜双层复合织物。
步骤二,如图5所示,取步骤一制备的贴合复合织物0.68mm,与单层网布0.67mm进行贴合,采用湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶A09,贴合方式采用点贴,优选贴合温度为105℃,贴合加工主速度3m/min,优选的,涂布率100%,超喂-5.5%,滑条超喂9%,涂布间隙0.48左/右mm,贴合间隙0.87左/右mm,花滚压力4kg/sq.cm,贴压为2.5kg/sq.cm,步骤一复合织物张力2kg,张力调节气压为1.5kg/sq.cm,滑条比例为4;单层网布张力0.2kg,张力调节气压为3.5kg/sq.cm,滑条比例3.5,收卷张力8kg,获得性能良好的三层复合式防水透湿鞋材。
实施例二:本实施例采用单层防泼水鞋材与TPU薄膜复合,再与三明治网布复合形成复合式防水透湿鞋材。
步骤一,如图4所示,选取单层防泼水鞋材布厚度0.67mm,TPU中透膜厚度0.12mm,采用湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶A09,贴合方式采用点贴,优选贴合温度为105℃,贴合加工主速度3m/min,优选的,涂布率100%,超喂-5.5%,滑条超喂7%,涂布间隙-0.2左/右mm,贴合间隙0.47左/右mm,花滚压力4kg/sq.cm,贴压为2kg/sq.cm,TPU薄膜张力5kg,张力调节气压为0.5kg/sq.cm,滑条比例为4.5;单层防泼水鞋材张力气压1.5kg,张力调节气压为2.5kg/sq.cm,滑条比例4.8,收卷张力5kg,获得单层防泼水鞋材与TPU薄膜双层复合织物。
步骤二,如图5所示,取步骤一制备的贴合复合织物0.68mm,与三明治网布2.65mm进行贴合,采用湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶A09,贴合方式采用点贴,优选贴合温度为105℃,贴合加工主速度3m/min,优选的,涂布率100%,超喂0%,滑条超喂7%,涂布间隙0.48左/右mm,贴合间隙2左/右mm,花滚压力4kg/sq.cm,贴压为2.5kg/sq.cm,步骤一复合织物张力2kg,张力调节气压为1.5kg/sq.cm,滑条比例为4;三明治网布张力0.1kg,张力调节气压为1kg/sq.cm,滑条比例3.5,收卷张力8kg,获得性能良好的三层复合式防水透湿鞋材。
本发明的设计重点是:本发明鞋材由外层、中间层和里层组成,并且配合外层为经编鞋材,中间层为TPU薄膜,里层为三明治网布,摒弃了现在传统鞋材功能的单一性,赋予了鞋材更多的功能性,使鞋材具有更好的防水透湿的性能,同时湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶增加鞋材的耐久性,节约成本,减少对环境的污染。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,其特征在于:所述外层为经过无氟防泼水处理的经编鞋材。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,其特征在于:所述中间层为具有防水透湿性能的TPU薄膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,其特征在于:所述里层为立体结构并具有良好透湿性的三明治网布。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,其特征在于:所述外层、中间层和里层贴合时所用胶为热熔胶。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种以经编织物复合防水透湿鞋材,其特征在于:所述热熔胶为湿气反应式聚氨酯热熔胶。
