In order to solve the pollution problem of industrial oil fume, people adopt industrial oil fume purifying equipment to further purify oil fume gas.
However, when the oil mist or dust in the flue gas collected in the working process reaches the saturation degree, the electric field needs to be taken out from the industrial oil fume purifying equipment and soaked in a water tank or a water tank, and the anode cylinder is cleaned by a brush; or cleaning is performed by a spray rod installed beside the anode cylinder, but the cleaning efficiency is low and the cleaning is not clean.

When the honeycomb electric field is horizontally placed, oil smoke generally flows through the anode cylinder along the horizontal direction, oil mist or dust in the oil smoke is charged through the discharge effect of the cathode needle and is adsorbed on the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder, and more oil mist or dust can be concentrated at the bottom of the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder under the double effects of electric field force and gravity, so that a spray rod is arranged at the top of the outer wall surface of the anode cylinder, hot water or steam is sprayed downwards from top to bottom, and the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder can be cleaned more cleanly; when the honeycomb electric field is vertically placed, water and impurities flow downwards along the cylinder wall during cleaning, and the water and impurities cannot be accumulated on the cylinder wall, so that the purifying effect of the electric field can be recovered to the greatest extent.

The invention provides a honeycomb electric field with a cleaning function, which is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and more definite. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides a honeycomb electric field with cleaning function, which comprises a cathode frame 107 with a plurality of groups of cathode needles 105, and an anode barrel frame 106 with a plurality of groups of anode barrels 101; a plurality of groups of cathode needles 105 are respectively inserted into a plurality of groups of anode cylinders 101 correspondingly; the outer wall surface of the anode cylinder 101 is welded with a spray rod 103, and the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder 101 is uniformly provided with a plurality of spray holes 102 communicated with the inside of the spray rod 103; the spray bars 103 on each group of anode cylinders 101 are welded with the same water supply pipe 104, and the water supply pipes 104 are communicated with the spray bars 103. In the working process, the cathode needle 105 is continuously discharged, so that oil mist and dust in oil smoke are charged and adsorbed on the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder 101, the adsorption and purification efficiency of a honeycomb electric field is reduced along with the extension of working time, cleaning work is carried out when the anode cylinder needs to be cleaned, hot water or steam is conveyed to a water supply pipe and is sprayed out from a spray hole of the anode cylinder through a spray rod, the inner wall of the anode cylinder is effectively cleaned directly, and better cleaning effect can be obtained because the spraying direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the anode cylinder.

Specifically, when the honeycomb electric field is placed horizontally, the anode cartridge frame 106 includes a front fixing plate and a rear fixing plate; each group of anode barrels 101 is arranged side by side at a uniform interval, and both ends of the anode barrels 101 are respectively fixed to a front fixing plate and a rear fixing plate, between which a plurality of fixing rods (not shown in the figure) are further connected.

In addition, it is preferable that the sum of the heights of the spray bars 103 and the water supply pipes 104 is equal to the interval between each adjacent group of anode cylinders 101, both ends of the anode cylinders are supported by the front fixing plate and the rear fixing plate on one hand, and the front, middle and rear parts of the anode cylinders are stressed by the supporting action of the spray bars and the water supply pipes on the other hand, so that the pressure of the anode cylinders to the anode cylinder fixing frame is reduced.

When the honeycomb electric field is horizontally placed, oil smoke generally flows through the anode cylinder along the horizontal direction, oil mist or dust in the oil smoke is charged through the discharge effect of the cathode needle and is adsorbed on the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder, and more oil mist or dust can be concentrated at the bottom of the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder under the double effects of electric field force and gravity, so that a spray rod is arranged at the top of the outer wall surface of the anode cylinder, hot water or steam is sprayed downwards from top to bottom, and the inner wall surface of the anode cylinder can be cleaned more cleanly; when the honeycomb electric field is vertically placed, water and impurities flow downwards along the cylinder wall during cleaning, and the water and impurities cannot be accumulated on the cylinder wall, so that the purifying effect of the electric field can be recovered to the greatest extent.
