The invention discloses a circulating type feed particle crushing device which comprises a crushing box body, wherein a feed inlet is formed in the top wall of the crushing box body, two first transmission shafts and two second transmission shafts are further arranged in the crushing box body, the two second transmission shafts are respectively positioned on two sides of the two first transmission shafts, a worm section is arranged at the lower end of a conveying auger, two sides of the worm section are meshed with two worm gears respectively arranged on the two first transmission shafts, incomplete gears are arranged on the two first transmission shafts, transmission gears are arranged on the two second transmission shafts, the two incomplete gears are correspondingly meshed with the two transmission gears respectively, knocking rods are further arranged on the two second transmission shafts, the lower side ends of the knocking rods are connected with the bottom wall of the crushing box body through reset springs, and knocking blocks are further arranged at the outer ends of the knocking rods. The invention has simple structure, convenient operation, better effect and stronger practicability, avoids the blockage of the screening net, and can circularly crush simultaneously.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: feed particles enter the crushing box body 1 through the feed inlet 2, are crushed under the action of the two pairs of crushing rollers 3 and then are scattered on the screening device 4, the completely crushed feed particles fall on the bottom of the crushing box body 1 through the screening device 4, the incompletely crushed feed particles enter the circulating conveying cylinder 5 through the backflow through holes 6 under the guiding action of the screening net 12 and are lifted to the upper side of the crushing rollers 3 for re-crushing under the conveying action of the conveying auger 9, so that the circular crushing is realized, the crushing effect is good, the conveying auger 9 rotates and simultaneously drives the two first transmission shafts 13 to rotate through the meshing of the worm section 16 and the two worm wheels 15, the two first transmission shafts 13 drive the two second transmission shafts 14 to rotate upwards through the intermittent meshing of the two incomplete gears 17 and the two transmission gears 18 respectively, the second transmission shafts 14 rotate upwards and are matched with the return spring 21 so that the knocking block 20 at the top end of the knocking rod 19 knocks on the screening net 12 in a reciprocating manner, thereby avoiding the feed particles from being blocked in the meshes of the screening net 12 and causing blockage.
