本发明公开了一种生石灰除尘装置，包括除尘罐，除尘罐的上端设有蒸汽出气管，除尘罐的下端设有锥形仓，锥形仓上方的除尘罐的侧壁穿装有进气管，进气管的下端面设有出气孔，锥形仓的下端设有出液管，出液管上设有阀门；除尘罐的顶部的中心设有气缸，气缸的伸缩杆连接有抖动杆，抖动杆的下端沿竖向穿装入除尘罐的内腔中；进气管的上方设有过滤网，过滤网的外侧固定在除尘罐的内壁，过滤网的内侧套装在抖动杆上，过滤网上方的除尘罐的侧壁穿装有输水管，输水管的下端面设有喷头。本发明设有输水管和雾化喷头，结构简单；通过气缸带动抖动杆移动，抖动杆带动过滤网抖动，可以快速、方便的将过滤网上附着的物质抖落，防止防尘装置堵塞。

本发明属于生石灰生产设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种生石灰除尘装置。
背景技术
生石灰的生产过程涉及到多种工序，在生石灰的生产过程中不可避免的会产生一些扬尘，飘扬到空中的生石灰粉会造成严重的空气污染，生石灰粉遇水变质，腐蚀性极强，现有技术中的除尘装置结构复杂、容易堵塞，不方便清理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生石灰除尘装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种生石灰除尘装置，包括除尘罐，除尘罐的上端设有蒸汽出气管，除尘罐的下端设有锥形仓，锥形仓上方的除尘罐的侧壁穿装有进气管，进气管的下端面设有出气孔，锥形仓的下端设有出液管，出液管上设有阀门；除尘罐的顶部的中心设有气缸，气缸的伸缩杆连接有抖动杆，抖动杆的下端沿竖向穿装入除尘罐的内腔中；进气管的上方设有过滤网，过滤网的外侧固定在除尘罐的内壁，过滤网的内侧套装在抖动杆上，过滤网上方的除尘罐的侧壁穿装有输水管，输水管的下端面设有喷头。

过滤网为上端大、下端小的倒锥形结构。
所述的过滤网沿抖动杆的轴向自下而上设有至少三层，上层的过滤网的孔径小于下层的过滤装置中的过滤网的孔径；每层过滤网的上方均设有输水管。

所述的过滤网为尼龙过滤网或棉麻过滤网。
本发明具有的优点是：
本发明的除尘装置设有输水管和雾化喷头，通过雾化喷头喷出的水雾可以将生石灰粉快速溶解，热蒸汽从上端的蒸汽出气管流出，混合液从下端的出液管流出，结构简单；设有气缸、抖动杆和过滤网，通过气缸带动抖动杆移动，抖动杆带动过滤网抖动，可以快速、方便的将过滤网上附着的物质抖落，防止防尘装置堵塞，不需要人工清理，降低维护成本。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，一种生石灰除尘装置，包括除尘罐1，除尘罐1的上端设有蒸汽出气管6，除尘罐1的下端设有锥形仓101，锥形仓101上方的除尘罐1的侧壁穿装有进气管2，进气管2沿除尘罐1的圆周方向均布，进气管2的下端面设有出气孔201，锥形仓101的下端设有出液管102，出液管102上设有阀门8。除尘罐1的顶部的中心设有气缸7，气缸7的伸缩杆连接有抖动杆5，抖动杆5的下端沿竖向穿装入除尘罐1的内腔中。进气管2的上方设有过滤网4，过滤网4的外侧固定在除尘罐1的内壁，过滤网4的内侧套装在抖动杆5上，过滤网4上方的除尘罐1的侧壁穿装有输水管3，输水管3沿除尘罐1的圆周方向均布，输水管3的下端面设有雾化喷头301。
过滤网4为上端大、下端小的倒锥形结构，方便抖落粘附的物质。过滤网4为尼龙过滤网，成本低廉、容易制作、韧性好。
过滤网4沿抖动杆5的轴向自下而上设有至少三层，上层的过滤网4的孔径小于下层的过滤装置中的过滤网4的孔径，每层过滤网4的上方均设有输水管3，多层过滤和雾化，提高除尘效果。

1.一种生石灰除尘装置，其特征在于：包括除尘罐，除尘罐的上端设有蒸汽出气管，除尘罐的下端设有锥形仓，锥形仓上方的除尘罐的侧壁穿装有进气管，进气管的下端面设有出气孔，锥形仓的下端设有出液管，出液管上设有阀门；除尘罐的顶部的中心设有气缸，气缸的伸缩杆连接有抖动杆，抖动杆的下端沿竖向穿装入除尘罐的内腔中；进气管的上方设有过滤网，过滤网的外侧固定在除尘罐的内壁，过滤网的内侧套装在抖动杆上，过滤网上方的除尘罐的侧壁穿装有输水管，输水管的下端面设有喷头。
