Background
The household service refers to socializing, occupational and marketing of part of family affairs and belongs to the category of livelihood. The system is born by social professional institutions, community institutions, non-profit organizations, home service companies and professional home service personnel, helps the interaction between families and the society, constructs family specifications, and improves the quality of family life, thereby promoting the development of the whole society.
In the household service process, the cleaning of the screen window is a difficult matter, and generally, a plurality of people are used for cleaning, namely, a large area of the screen window is cleaned in a short time by investing a large number of cleaning personnel.
The clearance mode of screen window among the prior art is mostly down through fine hair and the dust brush on the brush silk with the screen window, then utilizes the rag to clean the screen window totally. The following defects exist in the cleaning mode: 1. the cleaning of the fluff and the dust is incomplete only through the brush wires, the fluff is easy to remain on the screen window, and the fluff is easy to wind on the brush bristles, so that the brush bristles are difficult to clean; 2. the screen window is soft in texture, so that the screen window is easy to deform when cleaned, and the quality of the screen window is affected; 3. the device can only clean one part of the screen window at a time, and the device needs to be moved to the part when other parts of the screen window need to be cleaned, so that the operation process is troublesome; 4. the device can only process one side of the screen window, and when the other side of the screen window faces the outdoor condition, the device can not easily clean the other side of the screen window.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a screen window cleaning device, which can simultaneously clean two sides of a screen window and solve the problem of incomplete screen window cleaning in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a screen window cleaning device comprises a support frame, wherein the support frame is connected with a driving mechanism, first rotating shafts are arranged on two sides of the support frame, one end of each first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the support frame, the other end of each first rotating shaft is detachably connected with the support frame, an adsorption roller is arranged on each first rotating shaft, a first electrostatic plate and a second electrostatic plate are arranged on each adsorption roller, the first electrostatic plates and the second electrostatic plates are buckled on the surface of each adsorption roller, an ash storage box is arranged on one side of each adsorption roller, a switch is arranged on the inner wall of each ash storage box, the first electrostatic plates and the second electrostatic plates are electrically connected with the switch, and a contact for triggering the switch is arranged on each first electrostatic plate; the second rotating shaft is arranged below the first rotating shaft, one end of the second rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the supporting frame, the other end of the second rotating shaft is detachably connected with the supporting frame, the cleaning roller is arranged on the second rotating shaft, the roller surface of the cleaning roller is divided into a first area and a second area by taking the axis of the roller surface as central symmetry, a plurality of first spray heads are arranged on the first area, bristles are arranged on the second area, and the first spray heads are communicated with a water pump.
The principle of the scheme is as follows:
the support frame is used for connecting and supporting the adsorption roller and the cleaning roller so as to ensure the stable installation of the adsorption roller and the cleaning roller. The driving mechanism is used for driving the support frame to move in the vertical direction, so that the heights of the adsorption roller and the cleaning roller are adjusted to adapt to cleaning of screen windows with different heights. The adsorption roller is used for adsorbing fluff and dust on the screen window, primary cleaning is carried out on the screen window, and the cleaning roller is used for cleaning stains and residual dust on the screen window, so that secondary cleaning of the screen window is realized.
During the actual application, with the screen window card between two absorption rollers and cleaning roller, the drive support frame removes, absorption roller and cleaning roller can roll on the screen window, first electrostatic board and second electrostatic board on it can be in turn when the absorption roller rolls and the screen window contact and adsorb fine hair and dust on the screen window, contact on it can intermittent type trigger switch when first electrostatic board rotates, the switch is used for controlling first electrostatic board and second electrostatic board to switch on, the outage, fine hair and dust on it can drop to storing up the ash bin and collect when first electrostatic board and second electrostatic board outage, from this the realization is to the first clearance of screen window.
The water pump is arranged in pumping water to first shower nozzle, and the first shower nozzle in first district can intermittent type give the screen window water spray when the cleaning roller rotates to moist spot and dust on the screen window, the brush hair in second district can wipe moist spot and dust, realizes the secondary clearance to the screen window from this.
The beneficial effect of this scheme does:
1. utilize fine hair and dust on the absorption roller absorption screen window to wash the screen window through the cleaning roller, realized the secondary cleaning of screen window, it is more thorough to wash, and the cleaning performance is good.
2. All set up absorption roller and cleaning roller in support frame both sides, can clear up the two sides of screen window simultaneously, saved the process of reinstallation device when clearing up the screen window another side, improved cleaning efficiency.
3. Utilize absorption roller and cleaning roller to press from both sides tight screen window, absorption roller and cleaning roller can support the screen window at rolling in-process, prevent that the screen window from taking place deformation at the in-process of clearance, have guaranteed the quality of screen window.
4. Utilize first electrostatic board and second electrostatic board to adsorb fine hair and unnecessary dust, can prevent that fine hair from spilling over aloft, avoid causing secondary pollution to the room, improved staff's operational environment, can also avoid fine hair winding on the brush hair simultaneously, reduced the work load of follow-up clearance brush hair.
5. Utilize the water pump to spray to the screen window in with first shower nozzle on, carry out moist to the dust on the screen window, can prevent that the dust from flying upward, improved staff's operational environment.
Further, an air pump is arranged in the ash storage box, and a protective cover is sleeved on the air pump. The air pump can adsorb fine hair and dust on first electrostatic board and the second electrostatic board down for fine hair and dust drop to the speed that stores up in the ash box, and the air pump can be kept apart to the protection casing, prevents that fine hair from leading to the air pump to damage in getting into the air pump.
Furthermore, a plurality of second spray heads are arranged at the top of the ash storage box and communicated with the water pump. Through the water pump with the water pump to the second shower nozzle in, the second shower nozzle sprays water in toward the ash storage box, can prevent that dust and fine hair in the ash storage box from spilling over and being adsorbed to first electrostatic plate and second electrostatic plate once more.
Further, a cleaning box is arranged on one side of the cleaning roller, and a water absorbing piece is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning box and can be in contact with the bristles. The cleaning box is used for containing water to clean the bristles, so that secondary pollution to the screen window caused by the bristles adhered with dust is avoided. The water absorbing piece can absorb excessive water on the bristles after the bristles are cleaned, and excessive water on the cleaning roller is prevented from dripping onto the floor of a room when the screen window is cleaned.
Further, cleaning roller and adsorption roller respectively with first pivot and second pivot sliding connection, first pivot and second pivot all are provided with locking mechanism. Through making the adsorption roller and wasing to mix and slide in first pivot and second pivot to fixed adsorption roller of locking mechanism and cleaning roller can realize the washing of the different positions of screen window.
Furthermore, locking mechanism is including seting up the jack in first pivot and second pivot, all slides on adsorption roller and the cleaning roller and is provided with the bolt that can insert the jack. Can realize the fixed of adsorption roller and cleaning roller, easy operation through inserting the bolt in the jack.

As shown in fig. 1, the screen window cleaning device of the present invention includes a supporting frame 15, the supporting frame 15 is connected to a driving mechanism 16, and the driving mechanism 16 is a cylinder. First pivot 19 is all installed to support frame 15 both sides, and 19 one end of first pivot and support frame 15 fixed connection, the other end pass through the hasp can dismantle with support frame 15 and be connected. The adsorption roller 1 is slidably mounted on the first rotating shaft 19, the first electrostatic plate 12 and the second electrostatic plate 11 are mounted on the adsorption roller 1, and the first electrostatic plate 12 and the second electrostatic plate 11 are buckled on the roller surface of the adsorption roller 1. An ash storage box 2 is installed on the outer side of the adsorption roller 1, a switch 22 is installed on the inner wall of the ash storage box 2, the first electrostatic plate 12 and the second electrostatic plate 11 are both electrically connected with the switch 22, and a contact 13 used for triggering the switch 22 is installed on the first electrostatic plate 12. An air pump 24 is arranged in the ash storage box 2, and a protective cover 23 is sleeved on the air pump 24 to protect the air pump 24. A plurality of second spray heads 21 are installed at the top of the ash storage box 2, and the second spray heads 21 are communicated with a water pump.
Second pivot 35 is installed to first pivot 19 below, and second pivot 35 one end and support frame 15 fixed connection, the other end can be dismantled with support frame 15 and be connected through the hasp. The cleaning roller 31 is arranged on the second rotating shaft 35 in a sliding mode, the roller surface of the cleaning roller 31 is symmetrically divided into a first area and a second area by taking the axis of the cleaning roller as a center, a plurality of first spray heads 33 are arranged on the first area, and the first spray heads 33 are communicated with the water pump. The second region has a plurality of bristles 34 mounted thereon. The cleaning tank 3 is arranged below the cleaning roller 31, the cleaning tank 3 is used for containing water to clean the brush bristles 34 on the cleaning roller 31, and the cleaning roller 31 can be submerged in the water. The side wall of the cleaning box 3 is provided with a water absorbing piece 32, the water absorbing piece 32 adopts sponge, and the water absorbing piece 32 can be contacted with the brush hair 34.
The first rotating shaft 19 and the second rotating shaft 35 are both provided with a locking mechanism, as shown in fig. 2, the locking mechanism comprises jacks 18 arranged on the first rotating shaft 19 and the second rotating shaft 35, and the adsorption roller 1 and the cleaning roller 31 are both provided with bolts 17 capable of being inserted into the jacks 18 in a sliding manner.
In the use of the present invention, the washing tank 3 is filled with water so that the brush staples 34 on the washing roller 31 can be submerged in the water. The water pump is arranged in the externally-arranged water tank, the lock catch is opened, one end of the first rotating shaft 19 and one end of the second rotating shaft 35 are separated from the support frame 15, the screen window 14 is inserted between the two first rotating shafts 19, and then the lock catch is fastened, so that the screen window 14 is clamped by the adsorption roller 1 and the cleaning roller 31 on two sides. The adsorption roller 1 and the cleaning roller 31 are arranged at the bottom of the screen window 14, and then the support frame 15 is driven to move upwards by the driving mechanism 16, and because the adsorption roller 1 and the cleaning roller 31 are both abutted against the screen window 14, the adsorption roller 1 and the cleaning roller 31 can roll on the surface of the screen window 14 when the support frame 15 moves downwards.
When the adsorption roller 1 rolls, the first electrostatic plate 12 and the second electrostatic plate 11 thereon can intermittently contact with the screen 14, so as to adsorb fluff and excessive dust on the screen 14. When the contact 13 on the first electrostatic plate 12 rotates to contact with the switch 22, the switch 22 is opened, and at this time, the first electrostatic plate 12 rotates to the inside of the dust storage box 2, that is, in the state in fig. 1, the switch 22 controls the first electrostatic plate 12 to be powered off, the second electrostatic plate 11 to be powered on, and the second electrostatic plate 11 adsorbs fluff and dust on the screen window 14. The fluff and dust adsorbed on the first electrostatic plate 12 lose the adsorption force of the first electrostatic plate 12 and are adsorbed into the ash storage box 2 under the action of the air suction pump 24, the water pump can pump the water into the second spray head 21, and the water sprayed in the second spray head 21 can impact the fluff and dust floating in the ash storage box 2 to the bottom of the ash storage box 2 so as to prevent the fluff and dust from adhering to the first electrostatic plate 12 again. Repeating the above steps, the primary cleaning of the screen 14 is realized.
When the cleaning roller 31 rotates to the first nozzle 33 on the cleaning roller to contact with the screen window 14, the water pump pumps the water in the water tank to the first nozzle 33, and the first nozzle 33 sprays water onto the screen window 14 to wet dust on the screen window 14. When the bristles 34 on the cleaning roller 31 rotate to contact with the screen 14, the bristles 34 can wipe wet dust on the screen 14, so that secondary cleaning of the screen 14 is realized. When the brush bristles 34 rotated by the cleaning roller 31 are immersed in the water in the cleaning box 3, the brush bristles 34 are driven by the cleaning roller 31 to rotate in the water, so that the brush bristles 34 are cleaned, and the secondary pollution of the brush bristles 34 to the screen window 14 is prevented. When the brush bristles 34 are in contact with the water absorbing piece 32 on the side wall of the cleaning box 3, the water absorbing piece 32 can absorb excessive water on the brush bristles 34, and the excessive water on the brush bristles 34 is prevented from dropping into a room.
When other parts of the screen window 14 need to be cleaned, the bolts 17 on the adsorption roller 1 and the cleaning roller 31 are upwards slid to be taken out of the insertion holes 18 on the first rotating shaft 19 and the second rotating shaft 35, then the adsorption roller 1 and the cleaning roller 31 are moved to proper positions, the bolts 17 are downwards slid to be inserted into the insertion holes 18 to fix the adsorption strand and the cleaning roller 31, and then the driving mechanism 16 is started to drive the supporting frame 15 to move, so that the screen window 14 can be cleaned again.
