Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-electromagnetic-pulse-resistance cable, in particular to a high-electromagnetic-pulse-resistance flexible aluminum alloy cable and a cable manufacturing method.
Background
The precision detecting instrument has very high requirement on the protection level of related facilities due to the fact that the high-precision detecting effect is achieved, the cable plays a role in signal and power transmission, the shielding effect is particularly important, and for the detecting instrument which is frequently moved or temporarily arranged, the cable needs to meet the requirements of electromagnetic interference resistance, flexibility and light weight.
The conventional cable adopts a copper conductor and copper wire shielding or a copper wire and alloy belt shielding mode, the cable is poor in bending performance and heavy, particularly in occasions where the cable needs to be frequently folded and unfolded, the operation is difficult, and the cable is easy to damage due to drag and drop of a sheath in severe environments such as sand and stone, and the service life of the cable is influenced. This problem is urgently needed to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a high electromagnetic pulse resistance aluminum alloy flexible cable which integrates high electromagnetic pulse resistance, low self weight, soft electric energy and signal transmission.
In order to achieve one of the above purposes, the invention provides a preparation method of an aluminum alloy wire, wherein the aluminum alloy ingot comprises the following elements, by mass, 0.41-0.54% of Si, 0.14-0.21% of Fe, less than or equal to 0.04% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.03% of Mn, 0.41-0.53% of Mg, less than or equal to 0.09% of Zn, less than or equal to 0.03% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.02% of single impurity, less than or equal to 0.09% of total impurity, and the balance of Al; and electrically melting the aluminum alloy ingot, extruding and forming a single aluminum alloy wire with the diameter of 0.5mm to 1.0mm, and then carrying out T6 heat treatment.
The aluminum alloy wire provided by the invention comprises the elements of, by mass, 0.41-0.54% of Si, 0.14-0.21% of Fe, less than or equal to 0.04% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.03% of Mn, 0.41-0.53% of Mg, less than or equal to 0.09% of Zn, less than or equal to 0.03% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.02% of single impurity, less than or equal to 0.09% of total impurity, and the balance of Al.
In order to achieve one of the above objects, the present invention provides a flexible aluminum alloy cable with high electromagnetic pulse resistance, comprising:
the cable comprises a cable conductor, a foamed thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer, a semi-conductive cloth tape wrapping shielding layer, a conductive cloth tape, a nickel-plated copper wire braided shielding layer, a foamed thermoplastic elastomer sheath and a stainless steel tape interlocking armor layer;
wherein,
the cable conductor is formed by stranding a plurality of alloy wires;
the foamed thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer is extruded on the outer side of the cable conductor;
a semi-conductive cloth tape wrapping shielding layer is wrapped on the outer side of the foamed thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer;
the semi-conductive cloth belt is twisted with the drainage wire by wrapping the shielding layer;
the semi-conductive cloth belt is longitudinally wrapped with a layer of conductive cloth belt on the outer sides of the shielding layer and the drainage wire, and the inner surface of the conductive cloth belt is connected with the plurality of drainage wires;
the outer side of the conductive cloth belt is provided with a nickel-plated copper wire braided shielding layer;
a foaming thermoplastic elastomer sheath is extruded on the outer side of the nickel-plated copper wire braided shielding layer;
and a stainless steel band interlocking armor layer is extruded on the outer side of the foaming thermoplastic elastomer sheath.
Preferably, the alloy wire is an aluminum alloy wire.
Preferably, the aluminum alloy wire is a special aluminum alloy wire.
Preferably, the diameter of a single aluminum alloy wire is 0.5mm to 1.0 mm.
Preferably, the cable conductor is formed by twisting a plurality of strands of aluminum alloy wires, and the twisting pitch is 8 to 15 times.
Preferably, the foamed thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer and/or the foamed thermoplastic elastomer sheath has a cell size of 100 to 150 micrometers.
Preferably, the nickel-plated copper wire braided shield layer is braided by a plurality of criss-cross nickel-plated copper wires.
Preferably, the nickel-plated copper wire braided shield layer can be repeatedly stacked in multiple layers.
Preferably, one side of the nickel-plated copper wire braided shielding layer is also provided with one or more copper wire braided layers, and the other side of the nickel-plated copper wire braided shielding layer is also provided with one or more high-magnetic-permeability nickel-iron alloy soft magnetic material strips.

step A, stranding a plurality of aluminum alloy wires to manufacture a cable conductor;
step B, extruding and wrapping a layer of foamed thermoplastic elastomer on the outer surface of the cable conductor to form a foamed thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer;
step C, wrapping a layer of semi-conductive belt outside the foamed thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer;
d, twisting a plurality of drainage wires together to form a drainage wire body;
e, twisting the plurality of cable conductors obtained in the step C and the plurality of drainage wire bodies obtained in the step D together to form a packaging body;
step F, longitudinally wrapping a layer of conductive cloth belt on the outer side of the packaging body obtained in the step E, and ensuring that the lead body is connected with the conductive cloth belt;
step G, weaving a layer of nickel-plated copper wire on the outer side of the conductive cloth belt to form a nickel-plated copper wire woven shielding layer;
step H, extruding and wrapping a thin layer of foamed thermoplastic elastomer on the outer side of the nickel-plated copper wire braided shielding layer to form a foamed thermoplastic elastomer sheath;
and step I, arranging a stainless steel strip interlocking armor layer on the outer side of the foamed thermoplastic elastomer sheath.
Preferably, step a is specifically step a1, step a 1: seven aluminum alloy wires are stranded to manufacture a cable conductor;
step C is specifically step C1, step C1: the semi-conductive belt is a semi-conductive nylon belt, and the thickness of the semi-conductive nylon belt is 0.12 mm;
step D is specifically step D1, step D1: twisting seven strands of drainage wires together to form a drainage wire body;
step E is specifically step E1, step E1: and D, twisting the seven cable conductors obtained in the step C and the six drainage wire bodies obtained in the step D together to form a packaging body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention adopts multi-strand special aluminum alloy wire twisting as the cable conductor, ensures that the cable has lighter weight and better bending property under the same conductive capability, and overcomes the defects of poor tensile property, poor strength and poor bending fatigue property of the aluminum conductor or the common aluminum alloy conductor.
2. The insulation and the sheath of the cable adopt the foaming thermoplastic elastomer, so that the insulation of the cable is ensured to have better insulation performance, the insulation and the sheath are ensured to have good physical and mechanical properties, and meanwhile, the foaming structure is adopted to further reduce the weight of the cable.
3. The cable insulation is wrapped by the semi-conductive cloth belt, so that an insulation external electric field is uniform and is connected with the conductive cloth belt, the electric field between each phase is balanced by the synergistic effect of the semi-conductive cloth belt and the conductive cloth belt, the mutual inductance effect is reduced, the internal noise is reduced, and the external interference is shielded.
4. As an embodiment of the present invention, one side of the braided shielding layer 60 of nickel-plated copper wire is further provided with one or more copper wire braided layers, and the other side is further provided with one or more soft magnetic material strips of high magnetic permeability nickel-iron alloy.
Referring to fig. 2, to achieve one of the above objects, the present invention provides a cable manufacturing method, including the steps of:
step A91, stranding a plurality of aluminum alloy wires to manufacture a cable conductor 10;
step B92, extruding a layer of foaming thermoplastic elastomer on the outer surface of the cable conductor 10 to form a foaming thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer 20;
step C93, wrapping a layer of semi-conductive belt outside the foamed thermoplastic elastomer insulating layer 20;
d94, twisting the plurality of drainage wires 40 together to form a drainage wire body;
step E95, twisting the cable conductors 10 obtained in the step C93 and the drainage wires obtained in the step D94 together to form a package;
step F96, longitudinally wrapping a layer of conductive cloth belt 50 on the outer side of the packaging body obtained in the step E95, and ensuring that the lead body is connected with the conductive cloth belt 50;
step G97, weaving a layer of nickel-plated copper wire on the outer side of the conductive cloth belt 50 to form a nickel-plated copper wire woven shielding layer 60;
step H98, extruding a thin layer of foamed thermoplastic elastomer on the outer side of the nickel-plated copper wire braided shielding layer 60 to form a foamed thermoplastic elastomer sheath 70;
step I99, a stainless steel tape interlocking armor 80 is provided on the outside of the foamed thermoplastic elastomer sheath 70.

Electrically melting the aluminum alloy ingot, extruding and forming a single aluminum alloy wire with the diameter of 0.5mm to 1.0mm, and then carrying out T6 heat treatment;
step A2: the preparation method of the aluminum alloy corrosion-resistant coating is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step A21: preparing a cobalt-containing aqueous solution by uniformly mixing 0.01-0.2 mol/L cobalt oxalate, 0.02-2.5 mol/L ammonium nitrate, 0.02-2.5 mol/L potassium nitrite, 0.02-2.0 mol/L formic acid and 0.2-1.0 mol/L water-soluble oxidant by taking deionized water as a solvent, then irradiating the mixture for 30 minutes by adopting ultraviolet rays and then irradiating the mixture for 5 minutes by adopting 5W intensity laser;
step A22, forming a cobalt protective layer; immersing an aluminum alloy wire in a cobalt-containing aqueous solution, heating to 51-64 ℃, and reacting for 5-24 minutes to perform chemical reaction on the surface of the aluminum alloy to form a cobalt protective layer with the thickness of 105-390 nm, so that the surface of the aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance;
step A23, spraying a polymer protective layer, adding polyaniline of 100-200g/L and 2-mercapto-5-amino-10.002-0.005 mol/L into a mixed solution of N-methylpyrrolidone and chloroform, stirring and mixing to prepare a spraying liquid, and spraying the spraying liquid onto the surface of the cobalt protective layer of the aluminum alloy obtained in the step A22 to form the polymer protective layer, so as to obtain an aluminum alloy product with the corrosion-resistant coating;
and B, wherein the polyaniline in the step A23 is polyaniline obtained by oxidizing bromine water and removing water through vacuum freeze drying.
In the above embodiment, the corrosion resistance of the cable conductor 10 is enhanced and the service life of the cable is enhanced by modifying step a 91. The manufacturing method is simple, convenient and reliable, and has low cost and good effect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention adopts multi-strand special aluminum alloy wire stranding as the cable conductor 10, ensures that the cable has lighter weight and better bending property under the same conductive capability, and overcomes the defects of poor tensile property, poor strength and poor bending fatigue property of an aluminum conductor or a common aluminum alloy conductor.
2. The insulation and the sheath of the cable adopt the foaming thermoplastic elastomer, so that the insulation and the sheath have good physical and mechanical properties, and the weight of the cable is reduced.
3. The cable insulation is wrapped by the semi-conductive cloth belt 50, so that an insulated external electric field is uniform.
4. According to the invention, the semi-conductive cloth belt 50, the conductive cloth belt 50 and the nickel-plated copper wire are adopted to weave the synergistic effect, so that the electric field among all phases is balanced, the mutual inductance effect is reduced, the internal noise is reduced, and the external interference is completely shielded.
5. The outermost layer of the cable is protected by the stainless steel interlocking armor layer, so that the cable has a good protection effect on the premise of good flexibility and has a certain shielding effect.
The invention provides a flexible aluminum alloy cable with high electromagnetic pulse resistance, which is suitable for connecting precision equipment such as a detecting instrument and the like with electric power and a control system under strong electromagnetic interference of frequent drag and drop movement in severe environments such as sand and stones and the like, and integrates high electromagnetic pulse resistance, low self weight and flexible electric energy and signal transmission. The cable has strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, stable power transmission performance, small signal interference during signal transmission and capability of effectively avoiding signal stealing. The invention has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, excellent performance, simple manufacturing process, novel design, strong practicability, good stability, high reliability, convenient use and easy popularization and application.

Claims (2)
1. An aluminum alloy wire is characterized in that the aluminum alloy ingot comprises, by mass, 0.41-0.54% of Si, 0.14-0.21% of Fe, not more than 0.04% of Cu, not more than 0.03% of Mn, 0.41-0.53% of Mg, not more than 0.09% of Zn, not more than 0.03% of Cr, not more than 0.02% of single impurity, not more than 0.09% of total impurity, and the balance of Al.
2. A method for producing an aluminum alloy wire as set forth in claim 1, wherein the aluminum alloy ingot has elements of, in mass percent, 0.41 to 0.54% of Si, 0.14 to 0.21% of Fe, 0.04% or less of Cu, 0.03% or less of Mn, 0.41 to 0.53% of Mg, 0.09% or less of Zn, 0.03% or less of Cr, 0.02% or less of a single impurity, 0.09% or less of total impurities, and the balance of Al; and electrically melting the aluminum alloy ingot, extruding and forming a single aluminum alloy wire with the diameter of 0.5mm to 1.0mm, and then carrying out T6 heat treatment.
