Abstract
The invention relates to a coke oven nose bridge brick temperature measuring device with aiming and imaging functions and a using method thereof, wherein the device comprises a handheld display instrument, an electronic imaging instrument, an infrared thermometer and an adjusting and locking mechanism; the handheld display instrument is connected with a signal output end of the electronic imaging instrument through a cable, the electronic imaging instrument and the infrared thermometer are coaxially arranged, the infrared thermometer is connected with a small furnace cover at the top of the coke oven vertical flame path through an adjusting and locking mechanism, and a cross collimator is arranged in the infrared thermometer; the adjusting and locking mechanism consists of a shell, an elastic element, a centripetal universal ball bearing outer ring I, a centripetal universal ball bearing inner ring, a centripetal universal ball bearing outer ring II, protective glass and a purging connecting seat. Besides the functions of aiming and adjusting, the device provided by the invention realizes split operation of observation and aiming by arranging the electronic imager and the handheld display, and is more convenient to operate; the adjusting and locking mechanism has the functions of self locking, locking force adjustment, dust prevention and water prevention.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coke oven combustion chamber flame path temperature measurement, in particular to a coke oven nose bridge brick temperature measuring device with aiming and imaging functions and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, the coal coking industry commonly uses portable infrared thermometer, and artifical inspection coke oven combustion chamber flame path bottom's air duct mouth and triangle district nose bridge brick's temperature have among the practical application that measured temperature is inaccurate, use inconvenient, complex operation, waste time and energy scheduling shortcoming. In recent years, an infrared online thermometer is widely used, and the infrared online thermometer is installed on a small furnace cover of a vertical flame path of a coke oven, but cannot ensure that each instrument is aligned to a nose bridge brick, so that the accurate control of the temperature in the flame path of a combustion chamber of the coke oven is affected.
The Chinese patent with the application number of 201410062939.0 discloses a sighting and positioning installation device of an infrared temperature measuring optical probe on a small furnace cover, namely a sighting and positioning device is arranged on a thermometer, but the sighting and positioning device mainly has the following problems:
1) The human eye is adopted to aim, the locking mode is manually adjusted, when the locking is carried out, the human eye cannot leave the aiming small hole, otherwise, aiming-locking operation deviation exists, the deviation can be reduced through repeated adjustment, the operation is complex, and the time and the labor are wasted;
2) The centripetal ball joint in the locking mechanism works in high temperature and vibration environment for a long time and is easy to loosen, and aiming deviation is generated;
3) The top of the adjusting mechanism is provided with a gap, so that coal dust is easy to enter and accumulate, and the centripetal ball joint cannot rotate and loses the adjusting function;
4) Also because the top of adjustment mechanism has the gap, when working in open air environment, the rainwater can get into adjustment mechanism's inside through the gap, pollutes the protection window, influences the accuracy of thermometer measurement temperature.

The invention provides a coke oven nose bridge brick temperature measuring device with aiming and imaging functions and a using method thereof, wherein the coke oven nose bridge brick temperature measuring device has the aiming and adjusting functions, and the split operation of observation and aiming is realized by arranging an electronic imager and a handheld display, so that the operation is more convenient; the adjusting and locking mechanism has the functions of self locking, locking force adjustment, dust prevention and water prevention.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the temperature measuring device with the aiming and imaging functions for the bridge brick of the coke oven comprises a handheld display instrument, an electronic imaging instrument, an infrared temperature measuring instrument and an adjusting and locking mechanism; the handheld display instrument is connected with a signal output end of the electronic imaging instrument through a cable, the electronic imaging instrument is coaxially arranged with the infrared thermometer, an imaging end of the electronic imaging instrument is fixedly connected with the infrared thermometer, the infrared thermometer is connected with a small furnace cover at the top of the vertical flame path of the coke oven through an adjusting and locking mechanism, and a cross sight is arranged in the infrared thermometer; the adjusting and locking mechanism consists of a shell, an elastic element, an outer ring I of the centripetal universal ball bearing, an inner ring of the centripetal universal ball bearing, an outer ring II of the centripetal universal ball bearing, protective glass and a purging connecting seat, wherein one end of the purging connecting seat is connected with the small furnace cover, the other end of the purging connecting seat is connected with the inner ring of the centripetal universal ball bearing, the protective glass is arranged on the cross section of the joint close to the inner ring of the centripetal universal ball bearing, and a nitrogen purging hole is arranged on one side of the purging connecting seat and is connected with an external compressed nitrogen conveying pipeline; the inner ring of the centripetal universal ball bearing arranged in the shell is provided with a spherical outer surface, the outer ring I of the centripetal universal ball bearing and the outer ring II of the centripetal universal ball bearing are provided with inner surfaces matched with the spherical outer surface, and the inner ring of the centripetal universal ball bearing is clamped up and down; the outer ring I of the centripetal universal ball bearing can move along the axial direction of the centripetal universal ball bearing, and an elastic element is arranged between the outer end surface of the outer ring I of the centripetal universal ball bearing and the shell; the outer ring II of the centripetal universal ball bearing is connected with the shell through threads; the top of the shell is provided with a thermometer interface which is in sealing connection with the infrared thermometer.
The electronic imager consists of a shell, and a detector, an optical lens and a window which are arranged in the shell, wherein the window, the optical lens and the detector are sequentially arranged at an imaging end of the electronic imager from front to back, and a signal output interface of the detector is connected with the handheld display through a cable.
The using method of the coke oven nose bridge brick temperature measuring device with the aiming and imaging functions comprises the following steps:
1) The handheld display instrument, the electronic imaging instrument and the infrared thermometer are connected with the small furnace cover through the adjusting and locking mechanism, the outer ring II of the centripetal universal ball bearing is enabled to move inwards or outwards through the rotating shell, the clamping force between the outer rings I and II of the centripetal universal ball bearing and the inner ring of the centripetal universal ball bearing is adjusted through changing the pressing force of the elastic element, and the self-locking of the temperature measuring device of the bridge brick of the coke oven and the small furnace cover at any relative position is realized;
2) When the infrared thermometer is used, the nose bridge brick is aimed through the cross sighting device, and the electronic imager images the cross of the cross sighting device and the nose bridge brick and then displays the images on the handheld display; an operator observes through a handheld display instrument and rotates the infrared thermometer to enable the cross center of the cross sighting device to be aligned with the nose bridge brick so as to realize accurate sighting; the temperature measurement can be carried out after aiming;
3) The shell of the adjusting and locking mechanism is in sealing connection with the infrared thermometer, the opening end of the shell is flushed down, rainwater is prevented from entering the pollution protection glass, and meanwhile coal dust is prevented from entering the protection glass; the adjusting and locking mechanism can be purged and ash cleaned at any time through the nitrogen purging pipe connected with the purging connecting seat.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) The purging connecting seat is connected with an inner ring of a centripetal universal ball bearing in the adjusting and locking mechanism, the infrared thermometer is in sealing connection with a shell of the adjusting and locking mechanism, and the opening end of the shell is downward, so that the problems that the inside of the adjusting and locking mechanism cannot rotate due to accumulated coal dust and the adjusting function is lost are solved, and the problems that rainwater enters the inside of the adjusting and locking mechanism through a gap and the protection glass is polluted are solved;
2) An elastic element is adopted in the adjusting and locking mechanism to realize the adjustment of the clamping force (namely self-locking force) of the infrared thermometer, and the clamping force is insensitive to temperature change, so that the stability of aiming operation in high temperature and vibration environments can be ensured;
3) The electronic imager is used for replacing a sighting rod adopted in the conventional technology, and the display after imaging is realized through the handheld display instrument, so that the problem that eyes cannot leave a sighting device when an operator aims through eyes is solved, and the operation is simpler and more convenient, and time and labor are saved.

as shown in FIG. 1, the temperature measuring device with aiming and imaging functions for the bridge brick of the coke oven comprises a handheld display instrument 1, an electronic imager 3, an infrared thermometer 4 and an adjusting and locking mechanism 5; the handheld display instrument 1 is connected with a signal output end of the electronic imaging instrument 3 through a cable 2, the electronic imaging instrument 3 is coaxially arranged with the infrared thermometer 4, an imaging end of the electronic imaging instrument 3 is fixedly connected with the infrared thermometer 4, the infrared thermometer 4 is connected with a small furnace cover 6 at the top of a coke oven fire standing channel through an adjusting and locking mechanism 5, and a cross sight is arranged in the infrared thermometer 4; as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting and locking mechanism 5 is composed of a shell 51, an elastic element 52, a centripetal universal ball bearing outer ring i 53, a centripetal universal ball bearing inner ring 54, a centripetal universal ball bearing outer ring ii 55, a protection glass 56 and a purging connecting seat 57, wherein one end of the purging connecting seat 57 is connected with the small furnace cover 6, the other end of the purging connecting seat is connected with the centripetal universal ball bearing inner ring 54, the protection glass 56 is arranged on the cross section of the joint close to the centripetal universal ball bearing inner ring 54, and a nitrogen purging hole 58 is arranged on one side of the purging connecting seat 57 and is connected with an external compressed nitrogen conveying pipeline; the inner ring 54 of the centripetal and universal ball bearing arranged in the shell 51 is provided with a spherical outer surface, the outer ring I53 of the centripetal and universal ball bearing and the outer ring II 55 of the centripetal and universal ball bearing are provided with inner surfaces matched with the spherical outer surface, and the inner ring 54 of the centripetal and universal ball bearing is clamped up and down; the outer ring I53 of the centripetal universal ball bearing can move along the axial direction of the centripetal universal ball bearing, and an elastic element 52 is arranged between the outer end surface of the outer ring I53 of the centripetal universal ball bearing and the shell 51; the outer ring II 55 of the centripetal universal ball bearing is connected with the shell 51 through threads; the top of the shell 51 is provided with a thermometer interface and is in sealing connection with the infrared thermometer 4.

The using method of the coke oven nose bridge brick temperature measuring device with the aiming and imaging functions comprises the following steps:
1) The handheld display instrument 1, the electronic imaging instrument 3 and the infrared thermometer 4 are connected with the small furnace cover 6 through the adjusting and locking mechanism 5, the outer ring II 55 of the centripetal universal ball bearing is moved inwards or outwards through the rotating shell 51, the clamping force between the outer rings I53 and II 55 of the centripetal universal ball bearing and the inner ring 54 of the centripetal universal ball bearing is adjusted through changing the pressing force of the elastic element 52, and the self-locking of the temperature measuring device of the bridge brick of the nose of the coke furnace and the small furnace cover 6 at any relative position is realized;
2) When the infrared thermometer is used, the infrared thermometer 4 aims the nose bridge brick through the cross sighting device, and the electronic imager 3 images the cross of the cross sighting device and the nose bridge brick and then displays the images on the handheld display instrument 1; an operator observes through the handheld display instrument 1 and rotates the infrared thermometer 4 to enable the cross center of the cross sighting device to be aligned with the nose bridge brick so as to realize accurate sighting; the temperature measurement can be carried out after aiming;
