Description

Self-cleaning control method for air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly provides a self-cleaning control method for an air conditioner.
Background
The air conditioner is a device capable of refrigerating/heating the indoor, and as time goes on, the dust deposition on the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner increases gradually, and after the dust deposition accumulates to a certain degree, a large amount of bacteria can be bred, and especially when the indoor air flows through the indoor unit, a large amount of dust and bacteria can be carried, so that the air conditioner needs to be cleaned in time.
In the prior art, the cleaning mode of the air conditioner comprises manual cleaning and self-cleaning of the air conditioner, time and labor are wasted by adopting the manual cleaning, all parts of the air conditioner need to be disassembled and cleaned, and all the parts need to be reassembled after the cleaning is finished. Therefore, many air conditioners have adopted a self-cleaning mode, for example, patent publication No. CN107525209A discloses a self-cleaning control method for an air conditioner, which specifically includes detecting a current operation mode of the air conditioner, and if the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a non-cooling mode, adjusting the air conditioner to a cooling mode; detecting the rotating speed of a motor of an indoor unit fan of the air conditioner and a first current value of the motor under the rotating speed; and comparing the first current value of the motor at the rotating speed with a first preset current value at the rotating speed, and if the first current value is less than or equal to the first preset current value, starting a self-cleaning mode of the air conditioner and executing self-cleaning treatment of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit. That is, the above patent uses the fan current of the indoor unit to determine whether to perform self-cleaning of the indoor unit, however, in the process of cooling operation of the air conditioner, condensation may occur in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the fan current of the indoor unit may be affected after condensation occurs in the indoor unit, that is, the fan current of the indoor unit may be reduced due to condensation of the air conditioner or dust deposition of the air conditioner if it cannot be determined by only a single condition of the fan current of the indoor unit that the current of the indoor unit is reduced to the end, and if the fan current of the indoor unit is reduced due to condensation of the indoor unit, the air conditioner may still perform self-cleaning on the indoor unit without dust deposition of the indoor unit, which may cause waste of energy. Therefore, the air conditioner is easy to frequently execute the self-cleaning mode due to misjudgment by judging the single condition of the fan current of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new self-cleaning control method for an air conditioner to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the conventional air conditioner is easy to frequently execute a self-cleaning mode due to misjudgment by judging a single condition of a fan current of an indoor unit, the present invention provides a self-cleaning control method for an air conditioner, the air conditioner comprises an indoor unit, the self-cleaning control method comprises: when the air conditioner operates in a refrigerating mode, acquiring the temperature of a coil pipe of an indoor unit and the dew point temperature of air; acquiring a plurality of fan current values of an indoor unit within preset time; calculating the average value of a plurality of fan current values of the indoor unit; comparing the coil temperature of the indoor unit with the dew point temperature of air; and judging whether to execute a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit or not according to the comparison result and the average value.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value includes: if the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit is lower than the dew point temperature of the air, comparing the difference value between the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with a first preset value; if the difference value is larger than the first preset value, comparing the change rate of the average value relative to the standard current value with a second preset value; and judging whether to execute a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit or not according to the comparison result.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result includes: and if the change rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is greater than a second preset value, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result further includes: and if the variation rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is not greater than a second preset value, not executing the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value includes: if the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit is greater than or equal to the dew point temperature of the air, comparing the difference value between the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with a third preset value; if the difference value is larger than the third preset value, comparing the change rate of the average value relative to the standard current value with a fourth preset value; and judging whether to execute a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit or not according to the comparison result.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result includes: and if the change rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is greater than a fourth preset value, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result further includes: and if the variation rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is not greater than the fourth preset value, not performing the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value further includes: and if the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with the first preset value reach the first preset times, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the above self-cleaning control method, the step of determining whether to execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value further includes: and if the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with a third preset value reach a second preset time, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit.
In a preferred technical solution of the above self-cleaning control method, the first preset value is equal to a third preset value, and the second preset value is greater than a fourth preset value.
The technical scheme includes that when the air conditioner is in refrigeration operation, whether condensation is generated in the indoor unit or not and whether the temperature of a coil of the indoor unit is too high or not are judged, if condensation is generated in the indoor unit and the temperature of the coil of the indoor unit is too high, the change rate of the average value of a plurality of fan current values of the indoor unit relative to a standard current value is compared with a second preset value, and whether a self-cleaning mode is executed on the indoor unit or not is judged according to the comparison result; and if the indoor unit does not generate condensation, comparing the change rate of the average value of the current values of the plurality of fans of the indoor unit relative to the standard current value with a fourth preset value, and judging whether to execute a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result. In practical application, since the generation of the condensation can reduce the fan current of the indoor unit, the second preset value is set to be higher than the fourth preset value, so that when the condensation is generated in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the change rate of the average value of the fan current values of the indoor unit relative to the standard current value can be compared with a slightly higher preset value. Through the arrangement, no matter the air conditioner generates condensation or does not generate condensation, the air conditioner can execute the self-cleaning mode under a reasonable condition, namely, the condition that the air conditioner frequently executes the self-cleaning mode to waste energy due to the fact that the air conditioner is judged to be ash-deposited due to condensation of the indoor unit by mistake through introducing judgment conditions of the coil temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the dew point temperature of air can be avoided.
Further, on the basis of the control mode, the invention also provides another control mode, namely when condensation is generated on the indoor unit of the air conditioner, if the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with the first preset value reach the first preset times, the self-cleaning mode is executed on the indoor unit; and when the indoor unit of the air conditioner does not generate condensation, if the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with a third preset value reach a second preset time, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. By the control mode, when the fan current of the indoor unit is detected to be in fault (namely the fan current of the indoor unit cannot be acquired), the time for entering the self-cleaning mode can be judged by calculating the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with the first preset value when the indoor unit generates condensation; the time for entering the self-cleaning mode can be judged by calculating the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with the third preset value when the indoor unit does not generate condensation, so that the condition that the self-cleaning mode is not executed all the time because the air conditioner cannot execute the self-cleaning mode through the first control mode is avoided.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present invention has been described with reference to an indoor unit of an air conditioner, since the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner have a symmetrical structure, the principle of the present invention is also applicable to the self-cleaning of the outdoor unit during the heating operation of the air conditioner, and at this time, the fan current of the indoor unit is replaced by the fan current of the outdoor unit and the coil temperature of the indoor unit is replaced by the coil temperature of the outdoor unit.
The problem that the existing air conditioner frequently executes the self-cleaning mode due to misjudgment is easily caused by judging the single condition of the current of the fan of the indoor unit based on the background technology. The invention provides a self-cleaning control method for an air conditioner and the air conditioner, aiming at preventing the air conditioner from frequently executing a self-cleaning mode due to misjudgment caused by the fluctuation of the current of a fan of an indoor unit.
Specifically, the air conditioner of the present invention includes an indoor unit, and as shown in fig. 1, the self-cleaning control method of the present invention includes: when the air conditioner operates in a refrigerating mode, acquiring the temperature of a coil pipe of an indoor unit and the dew point temperature of air; acquiring a plurality of fan current values of an indoor unit within preset time; calculating the average value of a plurality of fan current values of the indoor unit; comparing the coil temperature of the indoor unit with the dew point temperature of air; and judging whether to execute a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit or not according to the comparison result and the average value. The coil temperature of the indoor unit can be acquired through the coil temperature sensor of the indoor unit, and the dew point temperature of air is acquired through the air dew point temperature sensor. It should be noted that the current of the fan of the indoor unit can directly reflect the dust deposition degree of the air conditioner, because the load of the fan is determined at a certain rotation speed, when the load of the fan is increased at the same rotation speed, and accordingly, the current of the fan is decreased, it is indicated that the wind resistance of the fan is increased, that is, the dust deposition on the indoor unit is performed, and the more serious the dust deposition is, the smaller the current of the fan is, so the dust deposition degree of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be fully determined according to the current of the fan.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the step of determining whether to perform the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value includes: if the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit is lower than the dew point temperature of the air, comparing the difference value between the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with a first preset value; if the difference value is larger than the first preset value, comparing the change rate of the average value relative to the standard current value with a second preset value; judging whether to execute a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result; and if the difference value is not greater than the first preset value, not executing the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. The step of judging whether to execute the self-cleaning mode to the indoor unit according to the comparison result comprises the following steps: if the change rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is greater than a second preset value, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit; and if the variation rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is not greater than a second preset value, not executing the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. It should be noted that, in the technical description of the present invention, "the self-cleaning mode is not performed" may be understood as not immediately performing the self-cleaning mode, i.e., performing the self-cleaning mode with a delay. According to the mode, whether condensation is generated in the indoor unit of the air conditioner is judged by comparing the coil temperature of the indoor unit with the dew point temperature of air, when the coil temperature of the indoor unit is lower than the dew point temperature of the air, water vapor in the air can be pre-cooled on the indoor unit to generate condensation, the fan current of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be reduced to a certain extent due to the generation of the condensation, at the moment, whether the coil temperature of the indoor unit is too high is judged, and if the coil temperature of the indoor unit is not high, self-cleaning of the indoor unit is not carried out; if the temperature of the coil of the indoor unit is too high, the change rate of the average value of the fan currents relative to the standard current value and the second preset value are continuously compared, in practical application, the specific value of the second preset value can be set to be lower, for example, the second preset value is set to be 0.2, namely, when the change rate of the average value of the fan currents relative to the standard current value is greater than 0.2, the air conditioner can execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. Certainly, the second preset value may also be other values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the second preset value in practical application, as long as the demarcation point determined by the second preset value can determine whether the indoor unit is dusted or not under the condition that the indoor unit generates condensation. In addition, the first preset value can be set to be 2 ℃, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set a specific numerical value of the first preset value in practical application as long as whether the coil temperature of the indoor unit is too high can be judged through the demarcation point determined by the first preset value.
Preferably, the step of determining whether to perform the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value includes: if the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit is greater than or equal to the dew point temperature of the air, comparing the difference value between the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with a third preset value; if the difference value is larger than the third preset value, comparing the change rate of the average value relative to the standard current value with a fourth preset value, and judging whether to execute a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result; and if the difference value is not greater than the third preset value, the self-cleaning mode is not executed on the indoor unit. The step of judging whether to execute the self-cleaning mode to the indoor unit according to the comparison result comprises the following steps: if the variation rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is greater than a fourth preset value, a self-cleaning mode is executed on the indoor unit; and if the variation rate of the average value relative to the standard current value is not greater than the fourth preset value, not performing the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. In this way, whether condensation occurs in the indoor unit of the air conditioner is judged by comparing the coil temperature of the indoor unit with the dew point temperature of air, when the coil temperature of the indoor unit is not less than the dew point temperature of air, condensation does not occur on the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the fan current of the indoor unit is not affected by condensation, so that the specific value of the fourth preset value can be set to be slightly lower, for example, the fourth preset value is set to be 0.1, that is, when the variation rate of the average value of the plurality of fan current values relative to the standard current value is greater than 0.1, the air conditioner can execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. Certainly, the fourth preset value may also be other values, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific value of the fourth preset value in practical application, as long as the demarcation point determined by the fourth preset value can determine whether the indoor unit is dusted or not under the condition that the indoor unit does not generate condensation. In addition, in order to consider the influence of the condensation on the fan current of the indoor unit when the indoor unit generates the condensation, the second preset value should be always set higher than the fourth preset value. In addition, similar to the first preset value, the third preset value may be set to 2 ℃, and a person skilled in the art may flexibly set a specific numerical value of the third preset value in practical application, as long as the demarcation point determined by the third preset value can determine whether the coil temperature of the indoor unit is too high.
In the embodiment of the invention, the standard temperature value and the standard current value can be measured before the air conditioner leaves a factory, namely, the air conditioner is in a completely clean state, so that the air conditioner operates under a standard working condition, and the standard temperature value (namely, the standard coil temperature) and the standard current value respectively corresponding to the fan of the indoor unit at different rotating speeds are measured in the process of operating the air conditioner under the standard working condition. In addition, the standard current value can also be an average value calculated according to the acquired current values of the plurality of fans of the indoor unit within the first preset time when the air conditioner is in heating operation. For example: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of fan current values on the first day of the beginning of the month, calculating to obtain an average value, taking the average value as a standard current value, obtaining a plurality of fan current values in each day thereafter (namely the preset time at the moment is in units of days), calculating the average value, comparing the average value calculated in each day thereafter with the standard current value, and executing a self-cleaning mode on an indoor unit of the air conditioner on the day when the change rate of the average value in the day relative to the standard current value is larger than a preset value. Of course, the preset time is not limited to every day, but may be quarterly, every year, or any set period of time, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the duration of the preset time in practical applications, as long as the average value calculated by the current values of the plurality of fans within the set preset time can be compared with the standard current value, so that the air conditioner can execute the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit.
Preferably, the step of determining whether to perform the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value further includes: and if the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with the first preset value reach the first preset times, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. The first preset times can be set by a person skilled in the art through an experimental manner, or can be set through an empirical manner, as long as the air conditioner can execute the self-cleaning mode through the demarcation point determined by the first preset times. For example, the first preset number of times may be 5, that is, when the number of times of performing the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with the first preset value reaches 5, the air conditioner immediately and automatically performs the self-cleaning mode.
Preferably, the step of determining whether to perform the self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit according to the comparison result and the average value further includes: and if the execution times of the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with a third preset value reach a second preset time, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. The second preset number may be set by a person skilled in the art through an experiment, or may be set through an experience, as long as the air conditioner can execute the self-cleaning mode through the demarcation point determined by the second preset number. For example, the second preset number of times may also be 5, that is, when the number of times of performing the step of comparing the difference value between the coil temperature of the indoor unit and the standard temperature value with the third preset value reaches 5, the air conditioner immediately and automatically performs the self-cleaning mode.
Preferably, the self-cleaning control method of the present invention further comprises: and if the running time of the air conditioner reaches the set time, executing a self-cleaning mode on the indoor unit. The setting time may be set experimentally or empirically by a person skilled in the art, as long as the air conditioner can execute the self-cleaning mode through the demarcation point determined by the setting time. For example, the set time may be 10h (hours), that is, when the operation time of the air conditioner reaches 10h, the air conditioner automatically performs the self-cleaning mode immediately. By the control mode, when an indoor unit coil temperature sensor for detecting the coil temperature of the indoor unit is in failure/damage and the fan current of the indoor unit is also in failure, the time for entering the self-cleaning mode can still be judged according to the running time of the air conditioner.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
