The working principle is as follows: when a user needs to stir and pave cement on the ground of a building site, the user can place cement ingredients in the stirring box, then the user can start the speed reducing motor, the speed reducing motor drives the second gear to rotate, the second gear drives the first gear to rotate, the first gear drives the first rotating rod to rotate, the first rotating rod drives the first stirring blade to rotate, so that the first stirring blade stirs the cement ingredients, so that cement is formed, after the cement is formed, the user can continue to stir the cement by the first stirring blade without closing the speed reducing motor, so that the cement is prevented from being solidified too fast, then the user can start the electric wheel, the electric wheel drives the rotating disc to rotate clockwise, the rotating disc drives the rocker to rotate clockwise, the rocker drives the second sliding block to move downwards in the second sliding rail, when the second sliding block moves to the lower side in the second sliding rail, the rocker drives the second sliding block to move leftwards, thereby driving the second slide rail to move leftwards, the second slide rail driving the first movable rod to move leftwards, the first movable rod moving leftwards through the first slide rail, the first movable rod driving the baffle plate to move leftwards, so that the baffle plate can not block the blanking pipe any more, thereby leading the cement in the stirring box to fall down from the blanking pipe and fall onto the ground through the through hole, when the rocker drives the second slide rail and the second slide block to be positioned at the left side of the turntable, the rocker drives the second slide block and the second slide rail to move rightwards, thereby driving the baffle plate to move rightwards to block the discharging pipe, so that the cement in the stirring box can not fall down, the user then pushes the device to move to the left, dropping the cement to a different location on the ground, when the cement on the ground is not below the mounting plate, the user can manually flatten the cement, thereby realize the laying of cement, after cement laying accomplished, the user can close electric wheel and gear motor.

The cement on-site distribution device has the advantages that the effects of time and labor saving in the working process and capability of thoroughly paving cement are achieved, cement can be rapidly distributed on the building site on site in a mode of jointly rotating the first stirring blade and the second stirring blade to stir the cement, manual carrying distribution is avoided, cement can be evenly and intermittently fed and paved in a mode of horizontally moving the baffle and the paving plate, and working hours are prevented from being overlong due to manual paving.
