The body 2 of the embodiment is provided with an isolating layer 4 on the flat and smooth surface of one side back to the inner drum 1 of the washing machine, namely one side which is not contacted with the outer wall of the bottom of the inner drum 1. The isolation layer 4 is a plastic isolation plate made of super-hydrophobic material and is fixedly connected to one side of the body 2 back to the washing machine inner barrel 1 through adhesive bonding. The hydrophobic isolation plate extends from the periphery of the connecting through hole at the center of the body 2 for installing the motor shaft 3 to the end of each supporting arm 5, and completely covers the surface of the side of the body 2 opposite to the inner drum 1 of the washing machine. The hydrophobic division board keeps apart washing water and body 2, forms hydrophobic level and smooth surface, can prevent that washing water from attaching to body 2, reaches waterproof antifouling rust-resistant, extension tripod life's purpose. The installation mode is convenient and fast and is easy to realize.
Example four
The body 2 of this embodiment is a triangular structure, and includes three support arms 5 that evenly distribute and radially extend along the circumference, and the cross section of each support arm 5 is "worker" style of calligraphy. All surfaces of the body 2 are coated with a barrier coating. The isolation coating is a plastic isolation coating or a rubber isolation coating which is dip-coated on all the surfaces of the body 2 by adopting a dip-molding process; or the electrophoretic paint is attached to the surface of the body 2 by adopting an electrophoresis mode to form an isolation coating; or the isolating coating formed by adding the electroplating paint on the surface of the body 2 in an electroplating way. The isolation coating enables all surfaces of the tripod body 2 to form a smooth waterproof surface, so that the waterproof and antifouling purposes are achieved.

The drum washing machine of the present embodiment is configured with the washing machine tripod in any of the above embodiments, the drum washing machine generally further comprises a housing, a washing machine outer cylinder and a washing machine inner cylinder 1 which are arranged in the housing, and a power device and a control system, wherein the bottom of the washing machine inner cylinder 1 is provided with an installation groove matched with the tripod of the inner cylinder 1, and the washing machine tripod is fixedly installed at the bottom of the washing machine inner cylinder 1 in a buckling manner and is fixed by a screw. The body 2 of the tripod is provided with an isolating layer 4 for isolating the body 2 from the washing water, and the isolating layer 4 enables the body 2 to form a smooth surface.

Claims (3)

1. A drum washing machine is characterized by comprising an inner drum and a washing machine tripod, wherein the washing machine tripod comprises a body, the body is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner drum, one side of the body is in contact with the outer wall of the bottom of the inner drum, and the other side of the body is not in contact with the outer wall of the bottom of the inner drum;
the contact part of the body and the inner drum of the washing machine is provided with a sealing structure for preventing washing water from entering the area between the body and the inner drum of the washing machine; the sealing structure comprises a strip-shaped mounting groove arranged at the outer edge of the body and facing one side of the inner drum of the washing machine, and a sealing element arranged in the mounting groove and used for contacting the surface of the inner drum of the washing machine, wherein the sealing element has elasticity;
the mounting groove is formed by two parallel raised strip-shaped ribs, the two strip-shaped ribs are separated by a certain distance, and the rubber sealing element is clamped between the two strip-shaped ribs and is higher than the strip-shaped ribs; when the inner barrel tripod is arranged on the inner barrel of the washing machine, the sealing element is extruded and deformed by the strip-shaped ribs and the inner barrel of the washing machine together to form sealed contact;
the body is provided with three support arms, the mounting grooves are divided into three groups and are correspondingly distributed on two sides of the support arms, and each group of mounting grooves extends from the end part of one support arm to the end part of the other support arm and is finished;
the surface of the side, which is not contacted with the outer wall of the bottom of the inner barrel, of the body is provided with an isolation plate for isolating the body from washing water, and the isolation plate extends to the end part of each supporting arm from the periphery of a connecting through hole used for installing a motor shaft in the center of the body and completely covers the surface of the side, which is back to the inner barrel of the washing machine, of the body.
2. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the separation plate is bonded or welded to the outer surface of the three support arms.
3. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the separation plate is a hydrophobic separation plate made of super-hydrophobic material for preventing the washing water from adhering to the surface of the body.
