Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The waterproof polyolefin foam material is in a sheet shape, the thickness of a sheet layer is not more than 10mm, and the number of closed pores is larger than that of open pores in unit area. The closed-cell rate is 95-100%, the pores in the structure are fine, the average diameter of the pores is 50-100 μm, and the surface of the flaky foamed sheet is coated with a layer of acrylic waterproof coating. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), 15-25 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 30-40 parts of ethylene-octene copolymer (POE), 1-3 parts of organic silicon elastomer and 4-6 parts of foaming agent, wherein the organic silicon elastomer is a mixture of polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked copolymer and cyclomethicone. The oil filling rate of the ethylene propylene diene monomer is 30-50%. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer VA (the name of VA is vinyl acetate) content is 18% -22%. Wherein, the selection of each component and the content are combined together, which produces unique technical effect and leads the waterproof performance to reach IPX7 level.
Specifically, 15-25 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is selected, along with the increase of the EVA content, the 25% compression strength is reduced, the compression ratio is increased, the flexibility is improved, but the flexibility is improved insignificantly when the EVA content exceeds 25 parts, the size of the foam hole is increased, the waterproof effect is reduced, and the flexibility is reduced when the EVA content is less than 15 parts, so that the application of the EVA in the sealing field is limited. The addition of EVA is related to compression and softness performance and is related to the structure of foam pores, the smaller the foam pores are, the better the waterproof performance is, and the closed pore structure can obviously improve the waterproof performance.
