Technical Field

The noise-proof and dust-proof sealing tape according to the embodiment of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the noise-and-dust-preventing sealing tape according to the embodiment of the present invention is for being installed in a gap between a first component and a second component, a surface of the first component facing the second component is formed as a smooth surface 30, and a surface of the second component facing the first component is formed as a rough surface 40, wherein the noise-and-dust-preventing sealing tape includes a sealing body 10 and a sealing cap 20.
Specifically, the cross section of the seal body 10 is formed into an elongated shape and is arranged in the gap, one side of the seal body 10 is provided with at least one first seal lip 11, the first seal lip 11 is abutted against the smooth surface 30, the other side of the seal body 10 is provided with at least two second seal lips 12 which are arranged at intervals, one ends of the at least two second seal lips 12 are connected with the seal body 10, the other ends of the at least two second seal lips are abutted against the rough surface 40, the seal cap 20 is arranged at one end of the seal body 10, two ends of the seal cap 20 extend outwards beyond two sides of the seal body 10 respectively, one end of the seal cap 20 is matched with the first part and the seal body 10 to define a first cavity 13, and the other end of the seal cap 20 is matched with the second part and the second seal lip 12 to define a second cavity 14.
That is, the strip-shaped sealing body 10 can be installed between the first component and the second component, the first sealing lip 11 is arranged on one side of the sealing body 10, at least two second sealing lips 12 are arranged on the other side of the sealing body, and the two second sealing lips 12 are arranged at intervals, wherein the first sealing lip 11 is installed on one surface of the first component with a relatively smooth surface, and the second sealing lip 12 is installed on one surface of the second component with a relatively rough surface, so that the effects of shock insulation, sound insulation, dust insulation and heat insulation between the first component and the second component can be increased by the installation mode. It should be noted that the smooth surface 30 and the rough surface 40 mentioned in the present invention merely represent a comparison between two parts at the time of installation, and do not represent an absolute smooth surface or a rough surface.
The tip of seal body 10 still is connected with sealed cap 20, and the both ends of sealed cap 20 outwards extend and form the both ends that are wider than seal body 10 width, and the one end of sealed cap 20 forms first cavity 13 with first spare part and seal body 10 cooperation, and the other end of sealed cap 20 forms second cavity 14 with second spare part and second seal lip 12 cooperation, through first cavity 13 and second cavity 14 that form not only can effectual isolated heat, sound and dust, and strengthened the cushioning effect of sealing strip, reduced vibration and friction abnormal sound between first spare part and the second spare part, can effectively prevent simultaneously that the sealing strip from droing from the clearance. The sealing cap 20 can be flatly attached to the surface of the parallel portion of the first component according to the installation requirement, or can be pressed into the surface of the first component in the vertical direction, so that the sealing strip is suitable for the part gap assembled in various angles.
Therefore, according to the anti-noise dustproof sealing strip provided by the embodiment of the invention, heat, sound and dust can be isolated, vibration and friction among parts are reduced, the sealing strip is prevented from falling off, and gaps among parts matched in all directions can be adapted.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the sealing body 10 extends obliquely from the direction in which the second component is located toward the direction in which the first component is located, and the other end of the sealing body 10 is formed as the first sealing lip 11.
In other words, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the sealing body 10, to which the sealing cap 20 is connected, is inclined to one side of the second component when mounted, the other end of the sealing body 10 is formed with the first sealing lip 11, and the other end of the first sealing lip 11 is stopped against the surface of the first component, so that the first sealing lip 11 can be brought into closer contact with the first component by the inclined arrangement to enhance the sealing effect.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the number of the second sealing lips 12 is two, the two second sealing lips 12 are arranged in parallel at intervals along the length direction of the cross section of the sealing body 10, and the two second sealing lips 12 cooperate with the sealing body 10 and the rough surface 40 to define the third chamber 15.
That is, two second sealing lips 12 are provided in parallel on one side of the sealing body 10, which improves the tightness of the surface contact between the second sealing lips 12 and the second component, and further improves the sealing performance of the sealing strip. And the two second sealing lips 12 and the rough surface 40 are matched to form a third cavity 15, so that the buffer performance of the sealing strip is further enhanced, the friction between parts is reduced, and the noise and dust prevention effect is enhanced.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the sealing cap 20 is formed in an elongated shape perpendicular to the sealing body 10. The sealing cap 20 is arranged perpendicular to the strip-shaped sealing body 10, so that the sealing strip is more convenient to install.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the smooth surface 30 is formed in a plane, one end of the sealing cap 20 is perpendicular to the smooth surface 30, the rough surface 40 includes a first surface 41 and a second surface 42, the first surface 41 is parallel to the smooth surface 30, the second surface 42 is perpendicular to the first surface 41, the second sealing lip 12 is stopped against the first surface 41 and one end of the sealing cap 20 is covered and pressed against the second surface 42.
That is, the smooth surface 30 is a plane, the rough surface 40 includes a first surface 41 and a second surface 42, wherein the first surface 41 is parallel to the plane, the second surface 42 is perpendicular to the plane, and the second sealing lip 12 is mounted on the first surface 41, and one end of the sealing cap 20 may be perpendicular to the plane and adhered or pressed on the second surface 42, so that the sealing strip can adapt to two parts of different mounting directions, and the perpendicular in the present invention only indicates the connection position relationship between the sealing cap 20 and the elongated sealing body 10, for convenience of description of the present invention, and is not limited to the present invention.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the sealing body 10 and the sealing cap 20 are integrally formed by extrusion, and the integral extrusion is convenient to produce and not easy to damage.
Preferably, the noise-proof and dust-proof sealing strip is a butyl rubber part, and the butyl rubber material has the advantages of good air tightness, heat resistance, ozone resistance, aging resistance, chemical resistance and the like, has the performances of shock absorption and electric insulation, and can meet various use environments of the sealing strip. Meanwhile, the material does not release toxic gas, meets the requirement of environmental protection, can be safely applied to interior and exterior decorations and does not cause harm to human bodies and the environment.
In summary, according to the anti-noise dustproof sealing strip provided by the embodiment of the invention, heat, sound and dust can be effectively isolated, vibration and friction among parts are reduced, the sealing strip is prevented from falling off, gaps among parts matched in all directions can be adapted, and the anti-noise dustproof sealing strip is environment-friendly and does not cause harm to human bodies.
The vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the noise-proof and dust-proof sealing strip according to the embodiment, and the noise-proof and dust-proof sealing strip according to the embodiment of the invention has the technical effects, so that the vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention also has the corresponding technical effects, namely, the vehicle can effectively isolate heat, sound and dust, reduce vibration and friction abnormal sound among parts, prevent the sealing strip from falling off, and meet the environmental protection requirement.
