技术领域
本发明公开了一种矿井管道清洗装置,具体涉及一种矿井排水管道内壁清理装置。
背景技术
矿井中的排水管路在长时间的排水后,水中的煤泥砂石等杂质会在排水管内壁上逐渐沉淀形成积垢,导致排水管道内径减小,降低原本的排水效率,排水的效率过慢积水所排出的所需时间较长,还会影响到煤矿石的开采生产进程,且井下的积水过多还会有安全隐患,严重还会造成安全事故等,而通常的清理方式需要将排水管道进行拆分清理,不仅需要大量时间,且还会影响到正常的排水工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矿井排水管道内壁清理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有技术的不足,该装置能够通过对积水排出时的冲刷进行驱动利用,对排水管道内壁进行旋转式清理。
本发明公开了一种矿井排水管道内壁清理装置,包括清洗主体1和平衡支撑主体2,所述清洗主体1外侧均匀设有多组内壁平移转轮3,所述清洗主体上设有伸缩槽4,所述平衡支撑主体2中部设有牵拉线孔5,所述牵拉线孔5内设有清洗牵拉线6,所述清洗牵拉线6与平衡支撑主体内2的中心固定球7连接,所述平衡支撑主体2上设有支撑调节滑槽8,所述支撑调节滑槽8内设有支撑调节片9。
优选的,所述清洗主体1与平衡支撑主体2之间通过弹性支撑杆10连接,所述清洗主体1前壁上设有固定卡11,可充分利用水流的冲击力带动滑动。
优选的,所述平衡支撑主体2内设有中心平衡轴12,所述中心平衡轴12外侧设有向心连接圈13,所述向心连接圈13外侧设有四组垂直支撑伸缩臂14,所述垂直支撑伸缩臂14末端与联动伸缩轴15连接,所述联动伸缩轴15中心设有牵拉轴16,所述右侧的垂直支撑伸缩臂14上设有同向移动调节片17。
优选的,所述同向移动调节片17与支撑调节滑槽内的支撑调节片9连接。
优选的,所述内壁平移转轮3的转轮轴18与传动皮带19内壁连接,所述传动皮带19内左端设有带动轴20,所述带动轴20与刷洗轮21的刷洗转轴22表面接触连接,所述刷洗轮21表面上设有刷洗刮片23,所述转轮轴18后端可转动的与固定支架24连接,所述固定支架24固定在清洗主体外壁1上。
优选的,所述刷洗转轴22直径小于带动轴20直径,所述带动轴20旋转能够带动刷洗转轴22进行快速的旋转,所述固定支架24倾斜的将内壁平移转轮3固定在清洗主体1外壁上,所述内壁平移转3轮在排水管内倾斜转动时带动清洗主体1进行旋转。

一种矿井排水管道内壁清理装置,包括清洗主体1和平衡支撑主体2,所述清洗主体1外侧均匀设有多组内壁平移转轮3,所述清洗主体上设有伸缩槽4,所述平衡支撑主体2中部设有牵拉线孔5,所述牵拉线孔5内设有清洗牵拉线6,所述清洗牵拉线6与平衡支撑主体内2的中心固定球7连接,所述平衡支撑主体2上设有支撑调节滑槽8,所述支撑调节滑槽8内设有支撑调节片9。
所述清洗主体1与平衡支撑主体2之间通过弹性支撑杆10连接,所述清洗主体1前壁上设有固定卡11,可充分利用水流的冲击力带动滑动。
所述平衡支撑主体2内设有中心平衡轴12,所述中心平衡轴12外侧设有向心连接圈13,所述向心连接圈13外侧设有四组垂直支撑伸缩臂14,所述垂直支撑伸缩臂14末端与联动伸缩轴15连接,所述联动伸缩轴15中心设有牵拉轴16,所述右侧的垂直支撑伸缩臂14上设有同向移动调节片17。
所述同向移动调节片17与支撑调节滑槽内的支撑调节片9连接。
所述内壁平移转轮3的转轮轴18与传动皮带19内壁连接,所述传动皮带19内左端设有带动轴20,所述带动轴20与刷洗轮21的刷洗转轴22表面接触连接,所述刷洗轮21表面上设有刷洗刮片23,所述转轮轴18后端可转动的与固定支架24连接,所述固定支架24固定在清洗主体外壁1上。
所述刷洗转轴22直径小于带动轴20直径,所述带动轴20旋转能够带动刷洗转轴22进行快速的旋转,所述固定支架24倾斜的将内壁平移转轮3固定在清洗主体1外壁上,所述内壁平移转3轮在排水管内倾斜转动时带动清洗主体1进行旋转。
本发明所提供的一种矿井排水管道内壁清理装置,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:初始状态下将清洗主体1放置排水管道内,放置过程中各组弹性支撑杆10进行同等距离的伸缩,并使清洗主体1与排水管道圆形内壁贴合。
步骤二:可选择性的将挡板固定在固定卡11上,增大水流的冲击力度为内壁清理提供更强的动力,手持支撑调节片9在支撑调节滑槽8内向外侧滑动,通过同向移动调节片17对垂直支撑伸缩臂14向外侧的牵拉使联动伸缩轴15外侧与弹性支撑杆10进行挤压使内壁平移转轮3紧固的贴近在排水管道内壁。
步骤三:水流对清洗主体1、平衡支撑主体2进行冲击时,带动内壁平移转轮在排水管道内壁上进行滚动。
步骤四:内壁平移转轮的转轮轴18滚动带动传动皮带19和带动轴20进行转动,带动轴20与刷洗转轴22接触联动后带动刷洗轮21转动,且通过带动轴20与刷洗转轴22直径差距使刷洗转轴,22与刷洗轮21快速转动,刷洗轮21上的刷洗刮片23对管道内壁上的积垢进行快速碰撞剥离,且通过内壁平移转轮3的倾斜使内壁平移转轮3沿管道内壁进行倾斜滚动,刷洗刮片23对转动滑动接触到的积垢进行清理,对管道内壁全方位的积垢进行清理。
本发明的一种矿井排水管道内壁清理装置,提供一种更高效、更实用的内壁清理装置,该装置通过利用积水排出冲刷为动力,带动本发明装置在排水管内壁上进行移动清理,且在移动清理过程中进行整体转动,保证能够对排水管内壁进行全方位清理。

所述内壁平移转轮的转轮轴与传动皮带内壁连接,所述传动皮带内左端设有带动轴,所述带动轴与刷洗轮的刷洗转轴表面接触连接,所述刷洗轮表面上设有刷洗刮片,所述转轮轴后端可转动的与固定支架连接,所述固定支架固定在清洗主体外壁上;
所述刷洗转轴直径小于带动轴直径,所述带动轴旋转能够带动刷洗转轴进行快速的旋转,所述固定支架倾斜的将内壁平移转轮固定在清洗主体外壁上,所述内壁平移转轮在排水管内倾斜转动时带动清洗主体进行旋转;
所述平衡支撑主体内设有中心平衡轴,所述中心平衡轴外侧设有向心连接圈,所述向心连接圈外侧设有四组垂直支撑伸缩臂,所述垂直支撑伸缩臂末端与联动伸缩轴连接,所述联动伸缩轴中心设有牵拉轴,右侧的垂直支撑伸缩臂上设有同向移动调节片。
