Abstract
The invention provides an electrostatic air purification plate and an air purification device thereof, which comprise electrostatic dust removal units arranged in an array manner, wherein each electrostatic dust removal unit comprises a cylindrical cavity, a needle seat and a discharge needle, the needle seat is arranged in the middle of the cylindrical cavity, and the discharge needle is arranged at the top end of the needle seat.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air purification, in particular to an electrostatic air purification plate and an air purification device thereof.
Background
With the development of industry, air pollution is more serious, and industrial waste gas, dust, PM2.5 and the like all can harm human health. At the present stage, people have higher and higher pursuits for self health, and people pay more and more attention to the living environment or the working environment no matter in daily life or in work. The air purifier filters air in a small range to remove harmful substances in the air.
At present, the technology of the air purifier is mainly divided into two main categories, one is a filter screen type, the other is an electrostatic type, the filter screen type is common, air is directly filtered through a built-in filter screen, and the air purifier has the advantages of simple structure, low technical threshold and low price, but the air purifier has the defects that the filter screen needs to be frequently replaced, and the subsequent maintenance cost is high; the filtering effect depends on the quality of the filter screen, and the common filter screen has poor filtering effect on small particles; the electrostatic type has the advantages that no material consumption is needed for subsequent maintenance and cleaning, and the electrostatic type is very effective for removing small particles; but it is expensive and high voltage will produce some ozone.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an electrostatic air purification plate which comprises electrostatic dust removal units arranged in an array manner, wherein each electrostatic dust removal unit comprises a cylindrical cavity, a needle seat and a discharge needle, the needle seat is arranged in the middle of the cylindrical cavity, and the discharge needle is arranged at the top end of the needle seat.
Preferably, the discharge needle comprises a needle plate and a needle point arranged on the needle plate, and the needle plate is fixed on the needle seat.

Preferably, the cross section of the cylindrical cavity is one of a regular hexagon, a square, a circle or a regular triangle, and the needle plates of the discharge needles are fixed on the same inner surface of the cylindrical cavity.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-7.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the present invention provides an electrostatic air purification plate 10, which comprises a plurality of electrostatic dust removal units arranged in an array, that is, a plurality of electrostatic dust removal units are arranged in an array, each electrostatic dust removal unit comprises a cylindrical cavity 11, a needle seat 12 and a discharge needle 13, the needle seat 12 is arranged at the center of the cylindrical cavity 11, and the discharge needle is arranged at the top end of the needle seat 12. The needle base 12 supplies power to the discharge needles 13, and compared with the traditional air purifier, the air purifier has the advantages that the purification plate is divided into a plurality of independent electrostatic dust removal units which are arranged in an array mode, and each cavity type is used for treating a part of air, so that the treatment efficiency can be effectively improved, and the air quality can be effectively improved. As long as the depth length of the cylindrical cavity is reasonably set, the air in different environments can be effectively treated. Meanwhile, the power required by each processing unit is reduced due to the distribution pattern, so that the power can be realized by using smaller voltage.
In the invention, the discharge needle comprises a needle plate 131 and a needle tip 132 arranged on the needle plate, and the needle plate 131 is fixed on the needle seat.
The needle point is arranged on the needle plate, so that the needle point can be conveniently and fixedly connected with the needle seat 12, meanwhile, the contact surface with the needle seat 12 is increased, and the needle seat is more stable when power is supplied through the needle seat.
The needle seat 12 can guide the air entering from the outside to move to a position close to the inner surface of the cylindrical cavity 11, thereby being more convenient for adsorption.
The electrostatic dust removal units are arranged in an array manner, the cylindrical cavities 11 are connected with each other, and the cylindrical cavities 11 can be conducted with each other, so that extra wires for configuring the cylindrical cavities can be omitted.
Fig. 3 is an array arrangement in an embodiment of the present invention, in the embodiment, the purification plate is composed of a plurality of rectangular electrostatic dust removal units, and the cross section of the cylindrical cavity is square, as can be seen from the figure, the cross section of the purification plate is in a shape composed of a plurality of squares.
Fig. 4 and 5 are schematic structural diagrams of another embodiment of the invention, the cross section of the cylindrical cavity is regular hexagon or regular triangle, and the cross section of the purification plate formed by regular hexagon and regular hexagon is honeycomb; of course, it may be circular in addition to the several figures mentioned in the present invention.
Correspondingly, the section of the needle seat is one of a regular hexagon, a square, a circle or a regular triangle, and the section of the needle plate is one of a regular hexagon, a square, a circle or a regular triangle.
In the invention, the distance from the center of the cylindrical cavity to the inner surface is 1.0-1.2 cm. Meanwhile, the distance between the outer surface of the needle seat and the inner surface of the cylindrical cavity is not more than 0.5 cm. Through the guide effect of needle file, be more convenient for adsorb electrified dust. Taking the cylindrical cavity as a square as an example, the side length of each unit is 2-2.4cm, which is too small to facilitate the flow of air and can cause blockage after a long time; too large may affect the effectiveness and quality of the treatment. It is therefore preferable that the distance from the center of the cylindrical cavity to the inner surface is 1.0 to 1.2 cm.

the electrostatic air purification plate comprises electrostatic dust removal units arranged in an array manner, wherein each electrostatic dust removal unit comprises a cylindrical cavity 21 and a plurality of discharge needles 22, the plurality of discharge needles 22 are arranged in the same cylindrical cavity 21, each discharge needle comprises a needle plate and a needle point arranged on the needle plate, and the needle plates are fixed in the cylindrical cavities.
The arrangement of a plurality of discharge needles 22 can treat particles in air in the channel of the cylindrical cavity at a higher probability, and the treatment effect is enhanced.
In this embodiment, no needle seat is provided, the air to be treated flows through the cylindrical cavity without flow guiding of the needle seat, and the particles in part of the air are far away from the inner surface of the cylindrical cavity, so in this embodiment, a plurality of flow guiding blocks 23 are provided in the cylindrical cavity. The guide blocks 23 are fixed on different inner surfaces of the cylindrical cavity in a staggered manner. The shape of the flow guide block is not limited and is set according to actual requirements.
In one embodiment of the invention, the cross section of the cylindrical cavity is one of a regular hexagon, a square, a circle or a regular triangle, and a plurality of needle plates of a plurality of discharge needles are fixed on the same inner surface of the cylindrical cavity, as shown in fig. 6.
In another embodiment of the invention, the cross section of the cylindrical cavity is one of a regular hexagon, a square, a circle or a regular triangle, and a plurality of needle plates of the plurality of discharge needles are fixed on different inner surfaces of the cylindrical cavity in a staggered manner, as shown in fig. 7.
Preferably, the voltage of the discharge needle is 5 KV-6 KV.
The invention also provides an air purification device, which comprises a shell, wherein the shell comprises an air inlet and an air outlet (not shown), an electrostatic air purification plate is arranged in the shell, and a fan is arranged on one side of the electrostatic air purification plate.
