The vest-shaped composite body formed by folding is in a vertical placing state, enters a torsion conveying channel from a vertical support, is clamped by a first torsion conveying belt and a second torsion conveying belt and is conveyed forwards, and the vest-shaped composite body is also gradually twisted into a horizontal placing state from the vertical placing state due to the fact that the torsion conveying channel is gradually changed into the horizontal state from the vertical state, and is sent out to a sealing and pressing device from the horizontal support.

The structure of the sealing and pressing convex strips and the light pressing strips is designed according to the specific structure requirement of the disposable corset, the distance between two outer convex strips on the sealing and pressing convex strips is equal to the distance between two adjacent vest-shaped composite bodies after molding, the vest-shaped composite bodies form two sealed side edges below the hand through holes through the cooperation of the sealing and pressing convex strips and the light pressing strips, and one side of each vest-shaped composite body after cutting is provided with the corresponding side edge, so that a closed structure is formed. The structure of other components of the sealing device is the same as that of the traditional sealing device, and the sealing roller is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to drive the sealing convex strips to cooperate with the light pressing strips to seal and press the vest-shaped composite body.
As shown in fig. 16 or 17, the cutting transfer device comprises a mounting bracket 34, a cutting bottom roller 35, a cutting roller 36 and a pressing belt 37, wherein the cutting bottom roller and the cutting roller are horizontally arranged in the mounting bracket in pairs, and the pressing belt is arranged on the mounting bracket and is positioned above the cutting bottom roller; as shown in fig. 17, a plurality of through holes are distributed on the surface of the cutting bottom roller, a negative pressure component is arranged on the inner side of the cutting bottom roller, and each through hole is communicated with a negative pressure cavity in the negative pressure component; the surface of the cutting roller is provided with a cutting knife 38, and the setting direction of the cutting knife is consistent with the axis direction of the cutting roller; the compacting belt comprises a conveying upper section 37-1 and a compacting lower section 37-2 which are connected, wherein the conveying upper section is inclined, the compacting lower section is arc-shaped, and the lower surface of the compacting lower section is contacted with the surface of the cutting bottom roller. The rotating shaft of the cutting bottom roller and two ends of the rotating shaft of the cutting roller are respectively arranged on the mounting bracket through bearings 42, and the rotating shaft of the cutting bottom roller and one end of the rotating shaft of the cutting roller are also connected through a transmission gear set 43 so as to ensure synchronous operation of the two; a driving component 39 is arranged below the cutting roller, and the driving component is a common driving device in the market; the inner side of the cylinder of the cutting bottom roller is provided with a negative pressure component externally connected with a negative pressure mechanism, the negative pressure component consists of a negative pressure disc 40, a negative pressure pipe 41 and other parts, a negative pressure cavity is arranged in the negative pressure disc, and the negative pressure component and the negative pressure mechanism externally connected with the negative pressure component are all of the same structure as the negative pressure component and the negative pressure mechanism in the existing negative pressure roller; in the compacting belt, driving rollers are respectively arranged on two sides of the compacting belt, each driving roller is arranged on the mounting bracket, and the positions of the driving rollers are set according to the shape of the compacting belt. When the device is used, the vest-shaped composite body is adsorbed on the surface of the cutting bottom roller through the negative pressure component, and is further compressed through the compression belt, so that the phenomenon that the vest-shaped composite body is separated from the surface of the cutting bottom roller when the device runs at high speed, particularly the phenomenon that the shoulder position easily floats is prevented, and the cutting roller is ensured to cut off the vest-shaped composite body smoothly.
The manufacturing equipment of the disposable corset can adapt to the high operation of sanitary equipment, and the main principle is as follows: the elastic rubber band is compounded between the upper layer of non-woven fabric and the lower layer of non-woven fabric to form a compound body, the material is cut off from the region corresponding to the head part position and the hand part position according to the shape required and set by the product, and then the compound body is folded, turned over, sealed, pressed and cut off, and then transferred to corresponding packaging equipment for folding and packaging.

the sealing device comprises a sealing support, a sealing upper roller and a sealing lower roller, wherein the sealing upper roller and the sealing lower roller are arranged in the sealing support in an up-down opposite manner; the outer cylindrical surface of the sealing pressing roller is provided with a sealing pressing convex strip, the surface of the sealing pressing convex strip is provided with two outer convex strips, the outer cylindrical surface of the sealing pressing roller is provided with a light pressing strip, and the surface of the light pressing strip is smooth; when the sealing and pressing device seals and presses the vest-shaped composite body, the sealing and pressing convex strips and the light pressing strips are correspondingly positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the vest-shaped composite body.
