The invention provides a transformer homonymous end detection device which comprises a transformer to be detected, a test box body, a signal generation module, a test module, a power supply module and an indication module, wherein the signal generation module, the test module, the power supply module and the indication module are arranged in the test box; the signal generating module generates a signal with a certain frequency; the testing module amplifies the frequency signal generated by the signal generating module, samples, shapes and compares the output signal of the transformer to be tested to form a response signal, and sends the response signal to the indicating module; and the indication module judges the same name end of the tested transformer according to the response signal and displays the judgment result. According to the invention, the judgment result is directly displayed by transmitting the circuit signal of the judgment result to the indication module only through the circuit design, so that an operator does not need to have theoretical knowledge, does not need to observe the winding direction of the coil, does not need to use auxiliary instruments such as an ammeter and the like, and can identify the same-name end of the transformer.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an electronic instrument technology, in particular to a detection device for the homonymous ends of a mutual inductor.
Background
The transformer is also called as an instrument transformer, and is a generic term of a current transformer and a voltage transformer. The high voltage can be changed into low voltage and the large current can be changed into small current, so that the standardization and miniaturization of the measuring instrument, the protection equipment and the automatic control equipment can be realized. At present, the homonymous terminal judging method mainly comprises a winding method, a direct current method, an alternating current method and the like; the method requires operators to master theoretical basic knowledge to a certain extent, has high requirements on production assembly staff and debugging staff, is easy to damage components of the tested piece due to improper operation, and has long time consumption and low debugging efficiency.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the device for detecting the same-name end of the mutual inductor, which does not need to fix a test instrument in a test box, only generates a judging result circuit signal through circuit design and transmits the judging result circuit signal to an indicating module to directly display the judging result, and has simple and quick identification.

In order to more conveniently test the same-name ends of the transformers, the preferable technical scheme is that the same-name end detection device of the transformers further comprises a measurement panel, wherein the measurement panel comprises a power key, an indication panel and a transformer jack to be tested. The measuring panel is arranged, four ports of the transformer to be measured can be directly inserted into corresponding jacks on the panel, the work of connecting the coils of the transformer to be measured into the circuit one by one is reduced, and the judgment result is prevented from being influenced by wrong connection.

In order to facilitate field operation, no external power supply is provided, and preferably, the power supply module comprises 4 dry batteries with 9V power supply voltage, and the 4 dry batteries are connected in series. The detection device is powered by the dry battery, so that the portable electric power device is convenient to carry out.
In order to more intuitively display the judgment result of the same name end, the preferable technical scheme is that the indication module is a light-emitting diode lamp and/or a buzzer. The light-emitting diode can directly emit red, yellow, blue, green, cyan, orange, purple and white light, and the light-emitting diode with a striking and dazzling color is selected to more intuitively prompt an operator to judge the same-name end of the transformer to be tested. The buzzer is a sound producing device capable of converting an electric signal into a sound signal and is used for prompting or alarming, and can intuitively prompt an operator as well as judge the same name end of the tested transformer.
The preferable technical scheme is that the signal generation module adopts an STC8F2K16S2 singlechip.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the test instrument is not required to be fixed in the test box, the judging result circuit signal is only generated through the circuit design and is transmitted to the indicating module, and the judging result is directly displayed through the on-off of the LED indicating lamp or the sound and the non-sound of the buzzer, so that an operator does not need to have theoretical knowledge, observe the winding direction of a coil, and the auxiliary instrument such as an ammeter is not required, the same-name end of the transformer can be identified, the operation is simple, the judging speed is greatly improved, the shipment production time of the product is greatly shortened, the quality of the product is ensured, and the production efficiency of the product is improved.

The using method of the mutual inductor homonymous terminal detection device comprises the following steps: during testing, a power plug is plugged in, a power key 7 is pressed to take electricity, four ports of a finished transformer to be tested are inserted into the jack 10 of the voltage transformer to be tested of the testing box 6, and whether the LED lamp 8 is lightened or not and whether the buzzer 9 is sounded or not are observed; when the same name end of the tested voltage transformer is the same as the same name end of the standard voltage transformer, the LED lamp 8 is on, the buzzer 9 sounds, and the quality of the tested voltage transformer is qualified; when the same name end of the tested voltage transformer is opposite to the same name end of the standard voltage transformer, the LED lamp 8 is turned off, and the buzzer 9 does not sound, so that the quality of the tested voltage transformer is unqualified.
