Abstract
The invention discloses a forklift with an integral fuel fan heater, which comprises a balance weight body, a forklift cab and a lifting system. The front end of the forklift cab is connected with a lifting system, and the rear end of the forklift cab is connected with a balance weight body. The upper end of the balance weight body is provided with a fuel fan heater, the fuel fan heater is respectively connected with the balance weight body and the forklift cab through the mounting bracket, and the fuel fan heater continuously provides warm air at 80-120 ℃ to the forklift cab through the warm air supply pipe, so that the temperature in the forklift cab is improved. The warm air blower adopts indirect combustion, has 100% clean and dry fresh hot air, and the circulated air can not be directly contacted with flame, and other harmful substances such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water vapor and the like after combustion can not be released into a forklift cab.

Background
The principle of the forklift fan heater is the same as that of an automobile fan heater, after engine cooling liquid is heated, part of the cooling liquid circulates between the engine and the fan heater, the cooling liquid is used as a medium to bring heat generated by the engine to the fan heater, and the fan heater blows the heat into a cab to warm a driver.
The warm air blower can perform a normal heating function under a common working condition, but under a cold temperature working condition of-40 ℃, the temperature of engine cooling liquid is only 60 ℃, and the heat generated by the engine only maintains the normal work of the warm air blower and can not provide redundant heat for the warm air blower. In such cold areas, the forklift cannot obtain heat from the original warm air blower of the forklift, and the temperature in the cab cannot be improved.

The fuel fan heater 1 is an integral fuel fan heater, and is provided with 8L of oil quantity and 0.2L of oil consumption per hour.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The installation and the dismantlement are convenient, and warm braw system independence is strong, does not receive engine operating condition to influence, and equipment safety in utilization, fault rate are low.
(2) The warm-air drier heats fast, need not the engine heating, need not to wait for the engine coolant liquid temperature to rise.
(3) The heating effect is obvious, the temperature of the outlet warm air can reach 80 ℃ within half a minute of starting, the highest temperature can reach 120 ℃, and the constant temperature control and adjustment are the most ideal choice in extremely cold areas.
(4) The warm air blower adopts indirect combustion, has 100% clean and dry fresh hot air, and the circulated air can not be directly contacted with flame, and other harmful substances such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water vapor and the like after combustion can not be released into a forklift cab.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a forklift with an integral fuel fan heater comprises a balance weight body 4, a forklift body 8, a forklift cab 9 and a lifting system 10, wherein the forklift cab 9 is connected to the upper side of the forklift body 8, the lifting system 10 is connected to the front end of the forklift cab 9, and the balance weight body 4 is connected to the rear end of the forklift cab 9. The upper end of the counterweight body 4 is provided with a fuel fan heater 1, and the fuel fan heater 1 is respectively connected with the counterweight body 4 and a forklift cab 9 through a mounting bracket 2.
The lower side of the fuel fan heater 1 is provided with an air inlet filter 11 and an exhaust pipe 12, one end of the air inlet filter 11 is inserted into a sleeve 21, and the other end of the air inlet filter 11 is connected to the left lower side of the fuel fan heater 1 through a section of bent pipe. The exhaust pipe 12 is an S-shaped bent pipe, the lower end of the exhaust pipe 12 passes through the exhaust pipe hole 231 and enters the balance weight body 4, and exhaust gas of the fuel fan heater 1 is discharged below the balance weight body 4.
The right side of the fuel oil fan heater 1 is connected with one ends of four warm air outlet pipes 3 with the same length, the other ends of the warm air outlet pipes 3 are connected to a warm air mixing box 5, and the bottom of the warm air mixing box 5 is connected to a mixing box hole 273 through four screws. The front side surface of the warm air mixing box 5 is connected with a warm air supply pipe 6, and the warm air supply pipe 6 is connected with the rear side plate of the forklift cab 9 through a mounting flange 7.
The fuel fan heater 1 is an integral fuel fan heater, has 8L of oil quantity and 0.2L of oil consumption per hour, and can continuously work for 40 hours.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the mounting bracket 2 includes a left riser 22, a lower riser 23, a right riser 26, an upper riser 27, and a rear baffle 28. The lower transverse plate 23 and the upper transverse plate 27 are parallel to each other, the left vertical plate 22 and the right vertical plate 26 are vertically connected between the lower transverse plate 23 and the upper transverse plate 27, and the rear baffle 28 is vertically connected to the rear side surfaces of the lower transverse plate 23 and the upper transverse plate 27. The rear baffle 28 serves to strengthen the strength of the bracket on the one hand and form a semi-closed inner cavity in the bracket on the other hand, so that the air inlet system of the integral fuel fan heater is prevented from being influenced by external bad weather and other environments.
The upper cross plate 27 is provided with a rectangular hole 271, four fan heater holes 272 and four mixing box holes 273. Four fan heater holes 272 are used for mounting the fuel fan heater 1. The lower sides of the four corners of the lower cross plate 23 are respectively connected with a mounting support 24, and the lower cross plate 23 is connected with the balance weight body 4 by a screw 25 passing through the central hole of the mounting support 24. The left side of the lower cross plate 23 is provided with an exhaust pipe hole 231. The middle position of the left vertical plate 22 is provided with a sleeve 21, the sleeve 21 is perpendicular to the left vertical plate 22, and the outer end part of the sleeve 21 is welded with an end sealing plate 211. The end sealing plate 211 and the sleeve 21 form a semi-closed space, and protect the air intake process of the air intake filter 11.
When the air heater works, the fuel oil fan heater 1 is started, and the fuel oil fan heater 1 continuously supplies warm air with the temperature of 80-120 ℃ to the forklift cab 9 through the warm air supply pipe 6, so that the temperature in the forklift cab is improved.
