Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a drainage curb, including a curb body 11, a drainage channel extending from a pavement sidewall to another side (i.e., a side far from the pavement) is formed on the curb body 11, a coarse filtering unit 12 and a fine filtering unit 13 are sequentially disposed on the drainage channel along a drainage direction, and an overflow buffer channel 14 is formed between the coarse filtering unit 12 and the fine filtering unit 13. Preferably, the coarse filtering unit 12 is disposed on a side wall of the road surface of the curb body 11, the fine filtering unit 13 is disposed on another side wall of the curb body 11, and a relatively long overflow buffer channel 14 is disposed between the coarse filtering unit and the fine filtering unit, so as to facilitate the sedimentation and collection of dirt, and the filtered matter filtered by the fine filtering unit 13 is temporarily stored in the overflow buffer channel 14, so that the drainage curb is prevented from being blocked due to accumulation of the filtered matter, and the drainage efficiency is ensured. Further preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the overflow buffer channel 14 is located below the coarse filtering unit 12 and the fine filtering unit 13, so as to improve the settling effect of the dirt and facilitate the collection of the filtered matter, and avoid that the sediment in the overflow buffer channel 14 continuously washes the fine filtering unit 13 to affect the filtering effect. In practical applications, generally, the bottom end of the water passing through the coarse filtration unit 12 is flush with or slightly higher than the road surface, so that the bottom of the overflow buffering channel 14 is located below the road surface, and for the case that the height of the curb body 11 is smaller than the depth of the overflow buffering channel 14, the soil or roadbed below the curb body 11 can be utilized.
As a preferred embodiment, the above-mentioned curb body 11 is generally a concrete structure, such as C30 concrete. The coarse filtration unit 12 adopts a grating plate 121, and the grating plate 121 can be a grating plate 121 made of concrete or a grating plate 121 made of metal such as cast iron, for example, a cast iron structure is embedded in curb concrete; in this embodiment, the coarse filtration unit 12 further includes a grating frame 122, the grating plate 121 is detachably mounted in the grating frame 122, for example, slots are formed on the grating frame 122, the grating plate 121 can be vertically inserted into the slots, and a handle is mounted on top of the grating plate 121 to realize that the grating plate 121 is mounted in the grating frame 122 in a pluggable manner. The grid frame 122 is preferably a rectangular frame and may be embedded in the curb concrete as described above. The fine filter unit 13 is also preferably in a plate structure, that is, the fine filter unit 13 includes a filter plate 131, and the filter plate 131 is detachably mounted on the curb body 11; similarly, the detachable mounting mode of the grating plate 121 can be used as a reference, namely, a filter plate frame 132 is arranged on the curb body 11, the filter plate 131 is mounted on the filter plate frame 132 in a pluggable manner, and the specific structure is omitted; it will be readily appreciated that the filter plate 131 should be capable of filtering dirt/debris of smaller particle size than the grid plate 121, and may be of a filter screen type construction. In this embodiment, the place where the curb is applied is considered to be rough, especially for the internal road of the iron and steel enterprise, and the water quality is poor, so that the grid type and plate type filtering units are adopted, but it is not excluded that other fine filtering structures can be adopted, for example, the coarse filtering unit 12 can also adopt a filter screen, and the fine filtering unit 13 can adopt a bag type filtering unit, a tubular type filtering unit and the like.
As a further optimized embodiment, the fine filtering unit 13 may further include a filter material in addition to the filter plate 131, that is, the filter plate 131 has a packing cavity, and the packing cavity is filled with the filter material, so that the filtering effect of the fine filtering unit 13 may be effectively improved. Based on the structure that the filter plate 131 is detachably mounted on the curb body 11, the filter plate 131 can be replaced to realize the replacement of the filter material, so that the drainage effect and the filtering effect of the curb are ensured, and different filter materials can be adopted according to different using road sections; or the filter plate 131 is of a detachable structure, so that the filter material therein can be replaced conveniently, specifically, the filter plate 131 comprises a plate frame, a front filter screen arranged on a front panel of the plate frame and a rear filter screen arranged on a rear panel of the plate frame, the front panel of the plate frame and the rear panel of the plate frame can be connected in a detachable mode by adopting a buckle, hinging or connecting through a threaded fastener and the like, and the front filter screen and the rear filter screen are arranged at intervals so as to form the filling cavity in a surrounding manner.
Further preferably, the filter material comprises graded filter gravel or oil removal filter material, and the oil removal filter material comprises at least one of oil absorption felt, activated carbon and modified fiber balls. The grading filtering gravel is suitable for common sites, and the degreasing filtering material is suitable for greasy dirt sites; therefore, the drainage curb provided by the embodiment is suitable for roads with possible oil stains, such as relevant factory roads of steel enterprises, and the like, so that the oil stains are prevented from entering the factory drainage system to influence the use of a drainage pipe network, and the burden of subsequent sewage treatment is reduced.
In further embodiments, the water bottom end of the fine filtration unit 13 is located below the water bottom end of the coarse filtration unit 12 in order to increase the drainage efficiency. Specifically, the bottom end of the filter plate 131 is located below the bottom end of the grid plate 121, and in this embodiment, the height difference between the two is in the range of 2-5 cm, preferably 3cm.
For the design of the relative positional relationship of the coarse filter unit 12 and the fine filter unit 13, this embodiment provides two specific embodiments:
(1) As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the coarse filter unit 12 is disposed opposite to the fine filter unit 13, and the curb of this structure is easy to design and manufacture.
Further, the cavity of the overflow buffer channel 14 is divided into a first deposition area and a first oil removing area by a first partition wall, the overflow direction is from the first deposition area to the first oil removing area, and a first filtering oil removing mechanism is arranged on the first partition wall and/or in the first oil removing area. Wherein, the first partition wall may be a partition wall vertically arranged, the first sedimentation area and the first oil removal area may be sequentially arranged along the width direction of the curb body 11, and the first sedimentation area is close to the road side; the first partition wall may be an inclined partition wall, and preferably has a top end connected to the top of the grid frame 122 and a bottom end connected to a wall of the overflow buffer channel 14 (i.e., a wall of the channel directly below the fine filter unit 13) away from the road surface. The drainage path of the drainage channel is a coarse filtration unit 12, a first sedimentation zone, a first oil removal zone and a fine filtration unit 13; greasy dirt in the water body can be trapped through the first filtering and degreasing mechanism. As will be readily appreciated, the first partition wall may employ the oil removal filter plate 131 with the oil removal filter material described above to constitute the first filtering oil removal mechanism described above; for the mode of arranging the first filtering oil removing mechanism in the first oil removing area, the first partition wall can adopt a filter screen so as to be convenient for water to flow, and oil removing filter materials such as oil absorption felt, activated carbon or modified fiber balls are filled in the first oil removing area. Preferably, the first partition wall is obliquely arranged, and the oil removing filter material such as modified fiber balls or activated carbon is piled above the first partition wall, so that the solid filter material can be guaranteed to be settled at the bottom of the overflow buffer channel 14, and the filter material above the first partition wall can be cleaned during raining or road flushing due to the design of an opening at the top of the overflow buffer channel 14 (or the overflow of the filter material is prevented by using a steel wire mesh or the like at the top of the overflow buffer channel), so that the filtering efficiency and the filtering effect of the filter material can be improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first partition wall 15 is also a filter screen type partition plate that is obliquely arranged, and two ends of the partition wall are respectively fixed on two tank walls of the overflow buffer channel 14, a splitter plate 16 is arranged above the first partition wall 15, the splitter plate 16 is in an inverted V shape or a W shape, and two ends of the splitter plate 16 are respectively fixed at the bottom of the grid frame 122 and the bottom of the filter plate frame 132, and a filler area is formed between the first partition wall 15 and the splitter plate 16 for stacking the oil-removing filter materials such as modified fiber balls or activated carbon; the purpose of the splitter plate 16 is to separate the incoming water from the outgoing water and ensure that the incoming water flows out of the flow-through buffer channel 14 after passing through the packing area, as shown in fig. 3, a W-shaped splitter plate is preferably used, which has two lower bending parts and one upper bending part, wherein the two lower bending parts are preferably in the structure of a trapezoid groove, and the horizontal bottom of the trapezoid groove is a filter screen type bottom plate convenient for water passing.
(2) Along the length direction of the curb body 11, the coarse filtering unit 12 and the fine filtering unit 13 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the coarse filtering unit and the fine filtering unit are preferably completely staggered, that is, the projections of the coarse filtering unit and the fine filtering unit on the same vertical plane do not have an overlapping area. This way, the length of the overcurrent buffer channel 14 can be extended, and thus a better dirt settling effect can be achieved.
Further, the groove cavity of the overflow buffer channel 14 is divided into a second precipitation area and a second oil removal area by a second partition wall, the second precipitation area and the second oil removal area are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the curb body 11, and a second filtering oil removal mechanism is arranged on the second partition wall and/or in the second oil removal area. In this embodiment, the second partition wall is preferably disposed vertically; it is easy to understand that the second sedimentation zone is located right below the coarse filtration unit 12, the second oil removal zone is located right below the fine filtration unit 13, and the drainage path of the drainage channel is the coarse filtration unit 12-the second sedimentation zone-the second oil removal zone-the fine filtration unit 13, so that the oil dirt in the water body can be trapped by the second oil removal mechanism. Likewise, the second partition wall may employ the oil removing filter plate 131 with the oil removing filter material to form the second filtering oil removing mechanism; for the mode of arranging the second filtering oil removing mechanism in the second oil removing area, a filter screen can be adopted by the second partition wall so as to facilitate water passing, and oil removing filter materials such as oil absorption felt, activated carbon or modified fiber balls are filled in the second oil removing area. The length of the overflow buffer channel 14 is relatively longer, so that the arrangement of the second sedimentation area and the second oil removing area is facilitated, the oil removing effect is ensured, and the drainage flow is not influenced; further, a direction from the second sedimentation zone to the second oil removal zone may be set, and the bottom of the overflow buffer channel 14 has a certain gradient, so that the water body can circulate from the second sedimentation zone to the second oil removal zone.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention relates to a road, including a roadbed 2, where at least one side of the roadbed 2 is provided with a partition belt, the partition belt includes a plurality of curb stones connected in series along the length direction of the road, at least one of the curb stones adopts the drainage curb provided in the first embodiment, and the specific structure of the drainage curb is not described herein.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-3, the road surface adjacent the drainage curb has a slope, preferably no less than 1%, to direct the road surface water to the drainage curb. It is preferable to have drainage slopes in both the road length direction and the road width direction so as to form a depressed area converging toward the coarse filtration unit 12.
Further, a section of drainage ramp 3 is arranged at the rear side of the fine filtering unit 13, the drainage curb is connected with a drainage ditch or a drainage pipe network, the drainage ramp 3 is preferably made of M10 mortar, has a gradient of not less than 1%, is used for guiding sewage and is isolated from other areas.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
