技术领域
本发明涉及到电缆生产制造技术领域,尤其是一种轻质通信电缆用填充绳。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,电力电缆的基本结构由线芯(导体)、填充层、绝缘层、屏蔽层和外护套四部分组成。线芯是电力电缆的导电部分,用来输送电能,是电力电缆的主要部分。绝缘层是将线芯与大地以及不同相的线芯间在电气上彼此隔离,保证电能输送,是电力电缆结构中不可缺少的组成部分。15KV及以上的电力电缆一般都有导体屏蔽层和绝缘屏蔽层。电缆一般在线芯设置填充层保护,填充层的作用是能够提高电缆的韧性、抗拉伸性能,防火阻燃,保护电力电缆免受外界杂质和水分的侵入,以及防止外力直接损坏电力电缆。
填充层的作用在电缆的使用中显得尤为重要,现有技术中电力电缆填充层材料的保护作用往往不理想,综合性功能较差,需要改良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻质通信电缆用填充绳,具有优异的阻燃性、耐腐蚀性和抗老化性,重量轻,柔韧性适中,可根据电缆线芯的不同结构来填充空隙,填充性和物理性能好,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种轻质通信电缆用填充绳,按照重量份由以下成分组成:碳酸钙料15-30份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、聚丙烯树脂30-60份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯12-20份、纳米二氧化硅8-14份、氧化镁5-10份、石棉绒3-8份、增强剂4-7份、微晶纤维素6-15份、白炭黑4-9分、煅烧膨润土10-15份和抗拉剂3-6份。
进一步的,上述一种轻质通信电缆用填充绳,按照重量份由以下成分组成:碳酸钙料20-30份、聚乙烯醇12-15份、聚丙烯树脂45-60份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯17-20份、纳米二氧化硅10-14份、氧化镁7-10份、石棉绒6-8份、增强剂5-7份、微晶纤维素10-15份、白炭黑6-9分、煅烧膨润土12-15份和抗拉剂5-6份。
进一步的,上述一种轻质通信电缆用填充绳,按照重量份由以下成分组成:碳酸钙料20份、聚乙烯醇12份、聚丙烯树脂45份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯17份、纳米二氧化硅10份、氧化镁7份、石棉绒6份、增强剂5份、微晶纤维素10份、白炭黑6分、煅烧膨润土12份和抗拉剂5份。

一种轻质通信电缆用填充绳,按照重量份由以下成分组成:碳酸钙料30份、聚乙烯醇15份、聚丙烯树脂60份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯20份、纳米二氧化硅14份、氧化镁10份、石棉绒8份、增强剂7份、微晶纤维素15份、白炭黑9分、煅烧膨润土15份和抗拉剂6份。
实施例3
一种轻质通信电缆用填充绳,按照重量份由以下成分组成:碳酸钙料20份、聚乙烯醇12份、聚丙烯树脂45份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯17份、纳米二氧化硅10份、氧化镁7份、石棉绒6份、增强剂5份、微晶纤维素10份、白炭黑6分、煅烧膨润土12份和抗拉剂5份。
