The invention discloses a quantitative self-sealing oil gun which comprises a handle, a gun body and an oil quantity control display device arranged on the gun body, wherein a gun barrel is arranged at an oil outlet of the gun body, the gun body is provided with an oil duct which is communicated with an oil inlet and the oil outlet, the oil duct is provided with a control valve and a self-sealing executing mechanism which are used for controlling the opening and the closing of the oil duct, and the self-sealing executing mechanism comprises a motor, a movable rod, a self-sealing rod and a plurality of steel balls which are used for clamping the self-sealing rod; when oil is added to a set value, the motor drives the cam to rotate, the cam drives the movable rod to move upwards, the steel balls are allowed to leave and lose clamping on the self-sealing rod, the self-sealing rod moves upwards in the sealing spring, and the control valve is driven to close the oil duct to achieve a self-sealing effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fuel guns, in particular to a quantitative self-sealing fuel gun.
Background
At present, liquid or oil filling is assembled by a pump, a flowmeter, a sensor, a computer board and other complex devices, and has the advantages of high cost, large volume and no portability and mobile use.
Therefore, when the self-sealing oil gun is used for filling oil, the switch handle is lifted, the ejector rod opens the main valve, and pressure oil flows into the lower cavity of the main valve through the main valve. Under the action of pressure oil, the inclined valve is opened, so that the oil flows into the oil receiving container through the oil gun nozzle. During the oil flow, air in the cavity behind the inclined valve seat is entrained. When the oil receiving container is not filled with oil, the carried air is compensated by the air pipe and the air pipe mouth. When the oil receiving container is filled with oil, the air hole is blocked by the oil, air cannot be compensated, negative pressure is formed after the air in the cavity is taken away, at the moment, the diaphragm deforms upwards, and the diaphragm shaft moves upwards along with the diaphragm. The steel ball with the stopping function slides to the center, the shaft falls down, the function of a fixed fulcrum is lost, and the main valve is automatically closed under the action of the spring to realize the self-sealing function.
However, the self-sealing oil gun can be automatically closed to perform the self-sealing function only when the oil receiving container is full of oil, so that inconvenience is brought to operators, the operators generally need to visually observe, and then when the oil receiving container reaches a preset point, the flow is reduced and controlled gradually. Meanwhile, the self-sealing oil gun cannot achieve the self-sealing effect of quantitative oil filling.

Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a quantitative self-sealing oil gun which can automatically close to play a self-sealing role when oil is added to a set value.

when oil is added to a set value, the motor drives the cam to rotate, the cam drives the movable rod to move upwards, the steel balls are allowed to leave and lose clamping on the self-sealing rod, and the self-sealing rod moves upwards in the sealing spring to drive the control valve to close the oil duct.
The invention further provides that: the oil quantity control display device comprises an electronic display and a control circuit board, wherein the electronic display is coupled with the control circuit board, and the control circuit board is connected with the motor and used for controlling the motor to rotate.
The invention further provides that: the control valve comprises a control spring, an opening and closing seat and a push rod, one end of the opening and closing seat is abutted against the control spring, the other end of the opening and closing seat is connected with the push rod, the push rod penetrates out of the gun body to be abutted against the handle, when the push rod is pressed by the handle, the push rod drives the opening and closing seat to move to open an oil duct, the handle can drive the self-sealing rod to move downwards at the moment, the plurality of steel balls clamp the self-sealing rod, when oil is added to a set value, the motor drives the movable rod to move upwards through a cam, the plurality of steel balls are allowed to leave and lose clamping on the self-sealing rod, the self-sealing rod moves upwards at the sealing spring to drive the handle to reset, the handle is separated from the push rod, and the control spring drives the opening and closing seat to close the oil duct.
The invention further provides that: the cam is fixed on an output shaft of the motor, a pin shaft is arranged on the cam, and the movable rod is provided with a hook part for hooking the pin shaft.

The quantitative self-sealing oil gun comprises a handle 1, a gun body 2 and an oil quantity control display device 3 arranged on the gun body 2, wherein a gun barrel 4 is arranged at an oil outlet of the gun body 2, the gun body 2 is provided with an oil duct 21 communicated with an oil inlet and the oil outlet, the oil duct 21 is provided with a control valve 5 for controlling the opening and closing of the oil duct 21, the control valve 5 comprises a control spring 51, an opening and closing seat 52 and a push rod 53, one end part of the opening and closing seat 52 is in contact with the control spring 51, the other end part of the opening and closing seat is connected with the push rod 53, the push rod 53 penetrates out of the gun body 2 and is in contact with the handle 1,
