Abstract
The invention discloses a device and a method for detecting upward flanging of single mail pieces in a mail stack, and relates to the field of logistics transportation. The device comprises a supporting platform which is fixed on the frame and is used as the bottom surface of the frame; the lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the frame, penetrates through the supporting platform and moves up and down along the first vertical sliding rail; a mirror detector fixed to the side arm of the frame; a mirror arranged on the pressure attaching mechanism and provided with a side arm of the frame; the pressure attaching mechanism is fixed on the upper part of the frame and moves up and down along the second vertical sliding rail. The method comprises the following steps: the letter box containing the mail stacks is transmitted to the supporting platform; the lifting mechanism moves upwards along the sliding rail, passes through the through hole at the bottom of the letter box and lifts the mail stack, the additional pressing mechanism and the mirror reflector together; when the mirror counter lens is lifted to the height of the mirror counter detector, whether the mail stack is normal is judged through whether the optical path of the mirror counter detector is normal. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of logistics transportation, in particular to a device and a method for detecting upward flanging of single mail pieces in a mail stack.
Background
At present, automatic sorting of flat mails is realized in the logistics process, the sorted mails fall into a collecting container, and a plurality of mails are piled into mail stacks with different thicknesses in the collecting container. In the process that the mails fall into the collecting container, although most mails fall flatly, the flanging and tilting of the individual mails can also occur, and the lifted mails protrude out of the mail stack, so that the upper surface of the mail stack is abnormal, and the next procedure is affected.

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for detecting upward flanging of single mail pieces in a mail stack, thereby solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the device for detecting the upward flanging of the single mail piece in the mail stack comprises a frame, a supporting platform, a lifting mechanism, a mirror counter detector, a mirror counter lens and an attaching and pressing mechanism; the supporting platform is fixed on the frame and serves as the bottom surface of the frame; the lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the frame, penetrates through the supporting platform and moves up and down along the first vertical sliding rail; the mirror counter detector is fixed on a side arm of the rack; the mirror reflection lens is arranged on the pressure attaching mechanism and is arranged towards a side arm of the rack for fixing the mirror reflection detector; the auxiliary pressing mechanism is fixed on the upper part of the frame and moves up and down along the second vertical sliding rail.

The device for detecting the upward flanging of the single mail piece in the mail stack comprises a frame, a supporting platform 1, a lifting mechanism 2, a mirror counter detector 5, a mirror counter lens 6 and an attaching pressing mechanism 7; the supporting platform 1 is fixed on the frame and serves as the bottom surface of the frame; the lifting mechanism 2 is arranged at the bottom of the frame, penetrates through the supporting platform 1 and moves up and down along a first vertical sliding rail; the mirror counter detector 5 is fixed on a side arm of the frame; the mirror reflection lens 6 is arranged on the pressure attaching mechanism 7, and the mirror reflection lens 6 is arranged towards a side arm of the rack for fixing the mirror reflection detector 5; the pressure attaching mechanism 7 is fixed at the upper part of the frame and moves up and down along the second vertical sliding rail.

The letter box 3 is placed on the supporting platform 1, and a through hole matched with the working end of the lifting mechanism 2 is formed in the bottom surface of the letter box 3. The fork teeth penetrate through the supporting platform 1 and the through holes on the bottom surface of the letter box 3 which is transmitted to the supporting platform 1 and are in contact with the bottom surface of the mail stack, one end of the fork teeth, which is opposite to the working end, is a limiting end, and the limiting end cannot penetrate through the supporting platform 1.

The device for detecting the upward folding of a single mail piece in a mail stack according to the embodiment is applicable to a stack of flat articles formed by multiple layers of flat articles with different thicknesses, wherein the articles comprise flat mail pieces or paper sheets; when one or more flat mail folds are tilted, the device in this embodiment can detect the state of the upper surface of the flat object stack, so as to determine whether the flat object stack is abnormal.
