Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有蓄电功能的喷水推进装置,进水格栅外设置有预旋导轮,所述预旋导轮由预旋导管和预旋叶片组成,所述预旋叶片的旋向与前导叶体、导叶轮和后导叶体的旋向相同,导管后端设置有导管定子槽,导管定子槽中安装发电机定子,在旋转轴上设计与发电机定子相对应的发电机转子,发电机转子和发电机定子组成的发电机给船上的蓄电池充电。本发明水流在进入喷水推进装置的进水管道之前,先经过预旋导轮,使水流产生了一个预旋的效果,预旋的水流再进入进水管道内通过导叶轮进行旋转加速,提高了推进效率。喷出的高速水流带动发电机工作,将能量储存在蓄电池中,充分利用了尾流。

技术领域
本发明属于泵喷水推进领域,具体涉及一种带有蓄电功能的喷水推进装置。
背景技术
喷水推进利用推进泵喷出水流的反作用力推动船舶前进,具有推进效率高、抗空化性能强、振动和水下辐射噪声小、主机不易超负荷、适合浅水航行等常规螺旋桨所不及的众多优点。面对国内内河航线复杂多变的情况,喷水推进方式比螺旋桨有着更强的适航性;喷水推进推进效率、节能减排等方面也比传统的螺旋桨更有优势;此外,喷水推进的浅水效应相对较小、传动机构简单、附体阻力小、主机不需要反转等优点。
然而,在喷水推进船舶上,喷出的水流带走了很多能量,造成了能量的浪费,如何充分使用这些能量是一个问题。
发明内容
针对现有的喷水推进装置的尾流能量损失的问题,本发明提出一种带有蓄电功能的喷水推进装置,利用喷出的尾流进行发电储存起来。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种带有蓄电功能的喷水推进装置,包括导管,所述导管内设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设置有导叶轮和后导叶体,所述导管前端设置有进水格栅,所述旋转轴上还设置有前导叶体,所述前导叶体位于所述进水格栅和所述导叶轮之间,所述进水格栅外设置有预旋导轮,所述预旋导轮由预旋导管和预旋叶片组成,所述预旋叶片的旋向与所述前导叶体、导叶轮和后导叶体的旋向相同,所述导管后端设置有导管定子槽,所述导管定子槽中安装发电机定子,在所述旋转轴上设计与发电机定子相对应的发电机转子,发电机转子和发电机定子组成的发电机给船上的蓄电池充电;
优选地,所述预旋叶片与预旋导管的内壁固定连接;
优选地,所述预旋叶片、前导叶体、导叶轮和后导叶体均为翼型剖面。
通过采用上述技术方案,水流在进入喷水推进装置的进水管道之前,先经过预旋导轮,使水流产生了一个预旋的效果,预旋的水流再进入进水管道内通过导叶轮进行旋转加速,提高了推进效率。喷出的高速水流带动发电机工作,将能量储存在蓄电池中,充分利用了尾流。

一种带有蓄电功能的喷水推进装置,包括导管1,所述导管1内设置有旋转轴2,所述旋转轴2上设置有导叶轮3和后导叶体4,所述导管1前端设置有进水格栅5,所述旋转轴2上还设置有前导叶体6,所述前导叶体6位于所述进水格栅5和所述导叶轮3之间,所述进水格栅5外设置有预旋导轮7,所述预旋导轮7由预旋导管8和预旋叶片9组成,所述预旋叶片9的旋向与所述前导叶体6、导叶轮3和后导叶体4的旋向相同,所述导管后端设置有导管定子槽10,所述导管定子槽10中安装发电机定子11,在所述旋转轴2上设计与发电机定子11相对应的发电机转子12,发电机转子12和发电机定子11组成的发电机给船上的蓄电池充电;
优选地,所述预旋叶片9与预旋导管8的内壁固定连接;
优选地,所述预旋叶片9、前导叶体6、导叶轮3和后导叶体4均为翼型剖面。

1.一种带有蓄电功能的喷水推进装置,包括导管,所述导管内设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设置有导叶轮和后导叶体,所述导管前端设置有进水格栅,其特征在于,所述旋转轴上还设置有前导叶体,所述前导叶体位于所述进水格栅和所述导叶轮之间,所述进水格栅外设置有预旋导轮,所述预旋导轮由预旋导管和预旋叶片组成,所述预旋叶片的旋向与所述前导叶体、导叶轮和后导叶体的旋向相同,所述导管后端设置有导管定子槽,所述导管定子槽中安装发电机定子,在所述旋转轴上设计与发电机定子相对应的发电机转子,发电机转子和发电机定子组成的发电机给船上的蓄电池充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有蓄电功能的喷水推进装置,其特征在于,所述预旋叶片与预旋导管的内壁固定连接。
