However, in the replacement process after the drive axle shaft is damaged, the tire is removed, the knuckle belt brake assembly is removed, the drive axle shaft can be replaced, the drive axle shaft is replaced, the assembly is resumed in sequence, and finally, the four-wheel positioning is performed on the vehicle. Referring to fig. 1, in the driving axle rim structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the driving axle rim structure 100 is applied to a front axle system of a vehicle, and comprises a driving half axle 110, a driving flange 120 and a hub 130, wherein the driving flange 120 is fixedly connected with the hub 130, an external spline is arranged on the outer surface of the driving half axle 110, an internal spline 121 is arranged on the inner ring of the driving flange 120, the driving half axle 110 is inserted into the inner ring of the driving flange 120 and is connected with the external spline, at least one tooth-missing structure 122 is further arranged on the inner ring of the driving flange 120, the at least one tooth-missing structure 122 is arranged in the internal spline 121, and the number of the internal spline 121 is smaller than that of the external spline.
The drive axle shafts 110 are a transmission structure for transmitting power to the wheel hubs 130 to drive the wheels in rotation. The driving half shaft 110 drives the driving flange 120 to rotate, so that the hub 130 fixed with the driving flange 120 is driven to rotate, and the effect of driving the wheels to rotate is achieved.
The driving half shaft 110 is in spline connection with the driving flange 120, specifically, in this embodiment, an external spline is disposed on the outer surface of the driving half shaft 110, an internal spline 121 is disposed on the inner ring of the driving flange 120, the driving half shaft 110 is inserted into the inner ring of the driving flange 120, so that the external spline and the internal spline 121 form spline connection, and the driving half shaft 110 drives the driving flange 120 to rotate through spline connection.
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 2, the inner ring of the driving flange is fully covered with the internal spline, and the internal spline is fully meshed with the external spline, and even the number of the internal spline and the external spline is intentionally increased to improve the connection strength, for example: under the condition that 25 teeth can meet the limit torque transmission requirement, 30 teeth are actually selected to enhance the connection strength of the driving flange and the diameter of the driving half shaft. In the driving axle rim structure 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, at least one tooth-missing structure 122 is further provided on the inner ring of the driving flange 120, the sum of the numbers of the tooth-missing structures 122 and the internal splines 121 is equal to the number of the external splines, and the shapes and sizes of the internal splines 121 and the external splines are adapted, for example: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, there are 5 tooth missing structures 122, and 5 tooth missing structures 122 are disposed between the internal splines 121. In the embodiment of the invention, the drive flange 120 with the tooth-missing structure 122 can be directly connected with the drive half shaft spline of the existing structure by adopting the tooth-missing structure 122 instead of adopting a tooth-missing mode, and the external spline of the existing drive half shaft is not required to be modified, so that the universality of the drive flange 120 is improved, and the modification cost is reduced.
By replacing the original position of the internal spline with the tooth missing structure 122, the number of the internal spline and the external spline is intentionally reduced, so that the coupling strength between the driving flange 120 and the driving half shaft 110 is reduced, in the embodiment, the safety torque between the internal spline 121 and the external spline is smaller than that of the driving half shaft, so that the coupling between the driving flange 120 and the driving half shaft 110 becomes the weakest link in the transmission system, and under the working condition that the transmission system of the vehicle exceeds the rated load safety coefficient, the driving flange 120 is damaged firstly to protect other parts including the driving half shaft 110. It should be noted that, although the coupling strength between the driving flange 120 and the driving half shaft 110 is reduced in the embodiment of the present invention, the coupling strength between the driving flange 120 and the driving half shaft 110 is still not lower than the minimum coupling strength between the driving flange and the driving half shaft in the vehicle standard.
Firstly, because the driving flange 120 is arranged on the outer side of the wheel, after the driving flange 120 is damaged, a driver stops the vehicle at the roadside to replace the driving flange 120, and a special maintenance tool or a special maintenance point is not needed for maintenance, so that the limitation of a maintenance site is avoided, and the maintenance flexibility is improved; secondly, the driving half shaft can be replaced after the tire is removed and the knuckle belt brake assembly is removed without the need of replacing the driving half shaft in the prior art in the process of replacing the driving flange 120, and the driving half shaft is replaced and then assembled again in sequence, and finally the vehicle is subjected to four-wheel positioning and other steps, so that the maintenance procedure is greatly slowed down, the maintenance time is shortened, and the maintenance cost is saved. In addition, the price of replacing the driving flange is lower than that of replacing the driving half shaft in the prior art, and the cost of replacing damaged parts in maintenance is further saved.
Optionally, the at least one tooth missing structure 122 is uniformly distributed in the internal spline 121. By uniformly distributing the at least one tooth-missing structure 122 in the inner ring of the driving flange 120, the plurality of internal splines 121 are uniformly stressed, and the service life of the internal splines 121 is prolonged on the premise that the safety torque between the internal splines 121 and the external splines is smaller than that of the driving half shaft.
Further, the number of internal splines 121 that are required to be determined between the safe torque of the drive half shaft 110 and the minimum safe torque criteria of the vehicle drive flange 120 may also be understood as determining the number of tooth missing structures 122. The number of the internal splines 121 calculated is different due to different vehicles and different materials, and the number of the internal splines 121 finally obtained may not be an integer. In this embodiment, the internal spline 121 is made of one of a forged aluminum alloy, a cast steel, and a medium carbon alloy structural steel. In the case where the number of internal splines 121 is an integer when the internal splines 121 are made of wrought aluminum alloy, the data calculated for the internal splines 121 made of cast steel may not be an integer.
In the case where the data of the internal spline 121 is calculated not to be an integer, the integer number of internal splines 121 may be adjusted by adjusting the length of the internal spline 121. For example: if the calculation result is 12.36 internal splines, 12 internal splines 121 can be taken, and the length of the 12 internal splines 121 can be prolonged; alternatively, 13 internal splines 121 may be used, and the length of the 13 internal splines 121 may be shortened. In this embodiment, the length of the internal spline 121 ranges from 12 mm to 30 mm.
Optionally, the driving flange 120 is provided with a plurality of first screw holes, the hub 130 is provided with second screw holes corresponding to the first screw holes in number and positions, and the driving flange 120 is connected with the hub 130 through the first screw holes and the second screw holes by bolts.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the disassembly of the damaged driving flange 120, the driving flange 120 is bolted to the hub 130. In other embodiments of the present invention, the driving flange 120 and the hub 30 may be fixed by welding, clamping, screwing, etc., which is not limited in the present invention.
