Background
The emergency materials are necessary guarantee materials in emergency disposal processes of emergent public events such as severe natural disasters, emergent public health events, public safety events, military conflicts and the like, most common emergency equipment adopts an inflation structure, but the installation is difficult, the inflation process is slow, the inflation efficiency is low, the control capability of a part of automatic inflation structures is poor, and the practical use problems are more.
The invention is provided in order to solve the problems, the invention overcomes the problems of large volume, labor-consuming operation, convenient carrying, slow inflation, time and labor consumption and the like of the currently used inflation device due to the adoption of a compressed air structure with larger size, and solves the problems of low inflation efficiency, poor control capability and the like due to the adoption of a direct inflation mode, inaccurate inflation process control, even air leakage and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a quick inflator of the insert-mount type to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the problems that the currently used inflating device is low in inflating efficiency, poor in control capability and the like due to the fact that a direct inflating mode is adopted, the inflating process is not accurate in control, even air leakage and the like occur, are solved, and the problems that the currently used inflating device is low in inflating efficiency, poor in control capability and the like are solved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, an insertion-mounted rapid inflator includes a fixed mounting cylinder 9, a limiting mounting plate 13 is vertically and upwardly disposed at a middle position of an upper end of the fixed mounting cylinder 9, an internal thread lifting cylinder 14 is vertically embedded at a middle position of the limiting mounting plate 13, a lifting threaded column 15 is vertically disposed in cooperation with the internal thread lifting cylinder 14, an internal hexagonal turntable 16 is horizontally and concentrically disposed at an upper end of the lifting threaded column 15, a plurality of force-receiving mounting columns are vertically and upwardly disposed at equal angles in cooperation with the internal hexagonal turntable 16 at an upper end of the limiting mounting plate 13, a force-receiving mounting ring plate 17 is disposed at an upper end of the force-receiving mounting column in cooperation with the internal hexagonal turntable 16, a medicine storage mounting cylinder 10 is vertically embedded at a middle position of an upper half section of the fixed mounting cylinder 9, a partition mounting cylinder 25 is vertically embedded at a middle position inside the medicine storage mounting cylinder 10, the lower end of the upper end of the partition mounting cylinder 25, which is provided with the lifting thread column 15 in a matched manner, is provided with an airtight extrusion starting structure, the airtight extrusion starting structure comprises a starting mounting column 12, the middle position of the lower end of the lifting thread column 15 is vertically arranged downwards, the lower end of the upper end of the partition mounting cylinder 25, which is matched with the starting mounting column 12, is horizontally provided with an aluminum foil partition plate 26, the lower end of the starting mounting column 12 is provided with a cone starting block 24, the outer side of the starting mounting column 12, which is arranged at the upper side of the cone starting block 24, is concentrically provided with an airtight rubber ring 23, the lower end of the partition mounting cylinder 25 is horizontally and concentrically provided with an overflow mounting cylinder 18, the lower end of the medicine storage mounting cylinder 10 is matched with a fixed mounting cylinder 9 and is provided with a slow flow reaction cover 8, the slow flow reaction cover 8 is matched with the overflow mounting cylinder 18 and is provided with a constant pressure overflow structure, the constant pressure overflow structure comprises a plurality of material blocking columns 20, which are arranged at equal angles with the lower end of the medicine storage mounting cylinder 10, an overflow mounting cylinder 18 is horizontally arranged at the middle position of the upper end of a slow flow reaction cover 8 downwards through a mounting cylinder, the overflow mounting cylinder 18 extends outwards at equal angles and is provided with an overflow discharging cylinder 19, overflow one-way rubber valves 22 are embedded in the overflow discharging cylinder 19, the inner side of a fixed mounting cylinder 9 below the slow flow reaction cover 8 is vertically embedded with a flow guide cavity 4, the upper end of the flow guide cavity 4 is matched with the slow flow reaction cover 8 and is provided with a conical surface flow equalizing cylinder 6 downwards, the lower end of the slow flow reaction cover 8 is connected with the conical surface flow equalizing cylinder 6 through a horizontally arranged porous slow flow plate 21, the conical surface flow equalizing cylinder 6 is uniformly provided with a plurality of flow equalizing holes 7 outwards, the lower end of the conical surface flow equalizing cylinder 6 vertically extends downwards out of the fixed mounting cylinder 9 and is provided with an inflatable flow guide cylinder 3, the upper half section of the inflatable flow guide cylinder 3 is matched with the flow guide cavity 4 at equal angles and is provided with a backflow flow guide hole 5, and the middle position of the lower end of the inflatable flow equalizing cylinder 3 is embedded with an inflatable overflow rubber valve 1, the vertical equidistant extension in the upper end outside of a fixed mounting section of thick bamboo 9 is provided with a plurality of inflation spacing rings 11, and the 3 outsides of aerifing draft tube of a fixed mounting section of thick bamboo 9 downside are provided with the conical surface through installation external screw thread downwards and insert an installation section of thick bamboo 2, and the inboard cooperation of the upper end that the conical surface inserted an installation section of thick bamboo 2 is provided with the installation internal thread.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the limiting installation disc 13 descends together with the fixed installation cylinder 9 by the action of external force on the stressed installation ring plate 17, the installation cylinder 2 is inserted by the conical surface, the limiting ring 11 is fixed by expansion, the lifting threaded column 15 and the conical starting block 24 move downwards to puncture the aluminum foil partition 26 by rotating the inner hexagonal rotary disc 16, the medicine in the partition installation cylinder 25 is led into the medicine storage installation cylinder 10 by the extrusion action of the airtight rubber ring 23 and the partition installation cylinder 25 through the overflow discharge cylinder 18 and the overflow one-way rubber valve 22 arranged in the overflow discharge cylinder 18 and flows into the slow flow reaction hood 8 below the medicine storage installation cylinder 10 together with the mixed medicine from the material blocking column 20, the reaction liquid medicine of a gas carrier generated by reaction in the slow flow reaction hood 8 enters the conical surface flow equalizing cylinder 6 from the porous slow flow plate 21, and finally flows out through the inflatable flow guide cylinder 2 and the inflatable overflow rubber valve 1 arranged at the lower end of the inflatable flow guide cylinder, the inflating device solves the problems of low inflating efficiency, poor control capability and the like caused by inaccurate control of the inflating process, even air leakage and the like because of adopting a direct inflating mode, improves the inflating device used at present, has the advantages of compact structural design, high integration level, perfect function, simple control, small size, portability, quick and stable installation and the like because of harsh requirements on installation conditions.
