Abstract

本发明公开一种消防通道,包括设置在楼宇每层相同位置的消防间,所述消防间的楼板上设置洞口,所述洞口上固设撤离容器,所述撤离容器从所述洞口向下穿过所述楼板涡旋状地悬挂在所述楼板的下表面;所述撤离容器展开后的高度与所述楼宇的层高相当,上层撤离容器的下端能够对准下层撤离容器的上端。与现有技术相比,本发明占地小,方便,快捷,安全,绿色。

一种消防通道
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,也可能涉及消防技术领域,具体是一种消防通道。
背景技术
随时代的发现,社会的进步,高层楼越来越多。现行使用的消防通道,基本以楼梯为主。当发生火灾或危险时,电梯是肯定不能运行,现行有的安全消防通道只能是依靠内置楼梯或外置楼梯,但真正面临危险时,由于拥挤和踩踏,经常会出现非正常死亡现象,楼层高的,如果中间起火,就会更加危险;如有行走不便,或老年人速度跟不上,就很容易发生更为现实的安全问题。并且,在建筑方面,会额外占用很多空间,使住户公摊率提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中一来增加额外建设耗材,也增加了公摊面积。二来当真正危险来临时,容易发生踩踏现象的不足,提供一种新型消防通道,所采用的技术方案是:
一种消防通道,包括设置在楼宇每层相同位置的消防间,所述消防间的楼板上设置洞口,所述洞口上固设撤离容器,所述撤离容器从所述洞口向下穿过所述楼板涡旋状地悬挂在所述楼板的下表面;所述撤离容器展开后的高度与所述楼宇的层高相当,上层撤离容器的下端能够对准下层撤离容器的上端。
进一步地,所述撤离容器包括容器口,与所述容器口接续的容器颈,与所述容器颈接续的隧道;所述容器口与所述洞口形状相应并能够让人体进入,所述容器口向所述洞口四周延伸形成翻沿,所述翻沿通过紧固螺栓与所述楼板结合在一起;所述容器颈的高度大于所述楼板的厚度;所述隧道包括与所述容器颈宽度相应的弹性耐火塑料板,所述弹性耐火塑料板的两侧均匀且间隔地设置若干个角铁段,每个所述角铁段的横板与所述弹性塑料板的下表面固接,每个所述角铁段的立板上设置两个通孔,相邻两个所述角铁段上的通孔内固设一个拉簧,每个所述角铁段的立板内侧固接柔性耐火弹力布。
进一步地,所述弹性耐火塑料板两侧的相对两个所述角铁段上、所述柔性耐火弹力布的外侧固接一根弹性束缚带。
进一步地,所述容器颈与所述弹性耐火塑料板和柔性耐火弹力布通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起,每个所述角铁段的横板与所述弹性塑料板的下表面通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起,每个所述角铁段的立板内侧与柔性耐火弹力布通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起。
进一步地,所述角铁段的立板呈上小下大的等腰梯形。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.占地小,只需在楼顶或每层楼侧占一人横向宽度即可的地方。
2.方便,遇到危险时,人们可以跑进消防间,跳进撤离容器进行逃生。
3.快捷,在发生危险时,最重要的就是快速离开危险现场。
4.安全,柔性耐火弹力布加间隔布置的弹性束缚带,增加下滑阴力,从而提高安全性能。
5.绿色,所有材质均为国家质量安全保障材质,无毒、无味、环保。

一种消防通道,包括设置在楼宇每层相同位置的消防间,所述消防间的楼板1上设置洞口11,所述洞口上固设撤离容器2,所述撤离容器2从所述洞口向下穿过所述楼板涡旋状地悬挂在所述楼板1的下表面;所述撤离容器2展开后的高度与所述楼宇的层高相当,上层撤离容器2的下端能够对准下层撤离容器2的上端。所述撤离容器2包括容器口21,与所述容器口21接续的容器颈22,与所述容器颈22接续的隧道23;所述容器口21与所述洞口形状相应并能够让人体进入,所述容器口21向所述洞口四周延伸形成翻沿211,所述翻沿211通过紧固螺栓3与所述楼板1结合在一起;所述容器颈22的高度大于所述楼板的厚度;所述隧道23包括与所述容器颈22宽度相应的弹性耐火塑料板231,所述弹性耐火塑料板231的两侧均匀且间隔地设置若干个角铁段232,每个所述角铁段232的横板与所述弹性塑料板231的下表面固接,每个所述角铁段232的立板上设置两个通孔2321,相邻两个所述角铁段232上的通孔内固设一个拉簧233,拉簧233将整个隧道拉扯成涡旋状。每个所述角铁段232的立板内侧固接柔性耐火弹力布234。所述弹性耐火塑料板231两侧的相对两个所述角铁段232上、所述柔性耐火弹力布234的外侧固接一根弹性束缚带(图中未示出)。所述容器颈22与所述弹性耐火塑料板231和柔性耐火弹力布234通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起,每个所述角铁段232的横板与所述弹性塑料板231的下表面通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起,每个所述角铁段232的立板内侧与柔性耐火弹力布234通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起。所述角铁段232的立板呈上小下大的等腰梯形。
发生紧急状况时,人可以坐在洞口11外,两条腿伸进容器口21,由于隧道23呈扁平状,而容器口21与洞口的形状相应,因此在容器颈22和隧道23过渡的一段内,人从容器口21往下看只能看到隧道23弯曲的弹性塑料板或柔性耐火弹力布堵在容器口不远的下方,从而不会使人产生恐惧的感觉,对于有恐高症的人来讲非常合适。
随着人体往下滑溜,柔性耐火弹力布被撑开,弹性塑料板被逐渐压直、散卷,由于柔性耐火弹力布和一根根弹性束缚带的束缚作用,人体慢慢向下滑,直至到达下层楼板,此时人体呈现直立状态,下蹲、弯腰将头部挣脱出隧道23,隧道23在拉簧的作用下再次卷绕成涡旋状悬挂在所述楼板的下表面,以便其他人员撤离。
该人到达下层后,可再次通过撤离容器撤离到下下一层,依次类推直至到达地面安全区域。

1.一种消防通道,包括设置在楼宇每层相同位置的消防间,所述消防间的楼板(1)上设置洞口(11),其特征在于:所述洞口上固设撤离容器(2),所述撤离容器(2)从所述洞口向下穿过所述楼板涡旋状地悬挂在所述楼板(1)的下表面;所述撤离容器(2)展开后的高度与所述楼宇的层高相当,上层撤离容器(2)的下端能够对准下层撤离容器(2)的上端;所述撤离容器(2)包括容器口(21),与所述容器口(21)接续的容器颈(22),与所述容器颈(22)接续的隧道(23);所述容器口(21)与所述洞口形状相应并能够让人体进入,所述容器口(21)向所述洞口四周延伸形成翻沿(211),所述翻沿(211)通过紧固螺栓(3)与所述楼板(1)结合在一起;所述容器颈(22)的高度大于所述楼板的厚度;所述隧道(23)包括与所述容器颈(22)宽度相应的弹性耐火塑料板(231),所述弹性耐火塑料板(231)的两侧均匀且间隔地设置若干个角铁段(232),每个所述角铁段(232)的横板与所述弹性塑料板(231)的下表面固接,每个所述角铁段(232)的立板上设置两个通孔(2321),相邻两个所述角铁段(232)上的通孔内固设一个拉簧(233),每个所述角铁段(232)的立板内侧固接柔性耐火弹力布(234)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防通道,其特征在于:所述弹性耐火塑料板(231)两侧的相对两个所述角铁段(232)上、所述柔性耐火弹力布(234)的外侧固接一根弹性束缚带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防通道,其特征在于:所述容器颈(22)与所述弹性耐火塑料板(231)和柔性耐火弹力布(234)通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起,每个所述角铁段(232)的横板与所述弹性塑料板(231)的下表面通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起,每个所述角铁段(232)的立板内侧与柔性耐火弹力布(234)通过铆钉或粘合剂固接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消防通道,其特征在于:所述角铁段(232)的立板呈上小下大的等腰梯形。
