As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the anti-backflow valve device 3 for blood sample collection according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a first connection seat 31 with a first through hole 301 in the middle, an elastic backflow prevention valve 32 installed on the first connection seat 31, and a second connection seat 33 cooperating with the first connection seat 31 to form a cavity 302 accommodating the elastic backflow prevention valve 32; the second connecting seat 33 is provided with a concave cavity 331 and is in clamping connection with the first connecting seat 31; the second connecting seat 33 is provided with a second through hole 303 communicated with the outside. In this embodiment, the second connecting seat 33 is engaged with the first connecting seat 31, and the second connecting seat 33 is provided with a cavity 331, as shown in fig. 5, which is mounted on the first connecting seat 31 in a close fit, so as to form a cavity 302 for accommodating the elastic anti-backflow valve 32. The second connecting seat 33 is provided with a second through hole 303 communicated with the outside.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic backflow prevention valve 32 preferably includes: a valve main body 321, a first elastic angle 322 integrally arranged at the front end of the valve main body 321 and used for being inserted and installed in the first through hole 301, at least two deformable second elastic angles 323 integrally arranged at the rear end of the valve main body 321 and used for propping against the inner bottom wall of the concave cavity of the second connecting seat 33 so as to enable the valve main body 321 to unidirectionally close the first through hole 301, and a convex ring edge 3211 covering the end part of the first through hole 301 is arranged in the middle of the valve main body 321; the deformable second elastic angle 323 is used to prop against the bottom wall in the concave cavity of the second connecting seat 33, as shown in fig. 2, so that the valve main body 321 opens and closes the first through hole 301 to be in a normally closed state by default and to receive negative pressure to be in an open state.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the first elastic angle 322 is a taper angle with a tip end, i.e., a first elastic taper angle; the second elastic angle 323 is a taper angle with a tip end in a pointed shape, namely, a second elastic taper angle. The cross section of the first elastic taper angle (first elastic angle 322 shown in fig. 4) is triangular, the cross section of the second elastic taper angle is triangular, and the second elastic taper angles are two and symmetrically arranged at one end of the valve main body 321.
In this embodiment, the outer edge of the convex ring edge 3211 may be circular, square or polygonal. As long as the elastic backflow prevention valve 32 is in a default state, the convex ring edge 3211 can cover the first through hole 301, and seal to prevent backflow of blood.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic anti-backflow valve 32 in the blood sample collection anti-backflow valve device 3 is in a normally closed state in a default state, that is, the convex ring edge 3211 of the elastic anti-backflow valve 32 props against the bottom wall in the concave cavity of the second connecting seat 33 through the deformable second elastic angle 323 in the default state, as shown in fig. 2, so that the convex ring edge 3211 of the valve main body 321 covers the first through hole 301 and is in a normally closed state in default; when the second through hole 303 receives the negative pressure, the second elastic angle 323 is pressed to deform, so that the elastic anti-backflow valve 32 is in an open state, blood collection is performed, and blood collection is completed, the deformable second elastic angle 323 of the elastic anti-backflow valve 32 props against the bottom wall in the concave cavity of the second connecting seat 33, so that the convex ring edge 3211 of the valve main body 321 covers the first through hole 301 and is restored to a normally closed state. In addition, the whole sterile treatment of the blood collection container can be omitted, and the cost is saved.
In summary, the blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device and the blood taking needle provided by the invention comprise: the device comprises a first connecting seat, an elastic anti-reflux valve and a second connecting seat, wherein a first through hole is formed in the middle of the first connecting seat, the elastic anti-reflux valve is arranged on the first connecting seat, and the second connecting seat is matched with the first connecting seat to form a cavity for accommodating the elastic anti-reflux valve; the second connecting seat is provided with a concave cavity and is in clamping connection with the first connecting seat; the second connecting seat is provided with a second through hole communicated with the outside; the elastic reverse flow prevention valve includes: the valve body is integrally arranged at the front end of the valve body and used for inserting and installing the first elastic conical angle of the first through hole, the valve body is integrally arranged at the rear end of the valve body and used for propping against the inner bottom wall of the concave cavity of the second connecting seat so as to enable the valve body to unidirectionally close at least two deformable second elastic conical angles of the first through hole, and the middle part of the valve body is provided with a convex ring edge covering the end part of the first through hole; the bottom wall in the concave cavity of the second connecting seat is propped by the deformable second elastic conical angle, so that the valve main body is opened and closed, the first through hole is normally closed, and negative pressure is received and is in an opened state.
Compared with the prior art, the blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device is provided with the elastic anti-reflux valve which is in a normal closed state and is in a linear slit structure for receiving negative pressure and is in an open state; in the process of blood collection of the vein of the human body, the elastic backflow prevention valve is in an open state, after blood collection is finished, the elastic backflow prevention valve returns to a normally closed state, and the negative pressure blood collection container is pulled out, so that blood in the negative pressure blood collection container is prevented from instantaneously returning to the human body, the negative pressure blood collection container is completely isolated from the human body, and even if bacteria exist in the negative pressure blood collection container, the negative pressure blood collection container does not harm the human body.
In the blood sampling process, the blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device of the blood taking needle is opened, the sampled blood can pass through the connecting part, and after the blood collection is finished, the blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device is closed immediately, and the sampled blood cannot flow back through the connecting part. Through the arrangement of the blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device, the collected blood can flow to the direction of the tube plug puncture needle only through the connecting part by the venous blood taking needle, so that the collected blood is effectively prevented from flowing back into the human body, and the damage to the human body caused by the entering of the contaminated blood into the human body is avoided. In addition, the whole sterile treatment of the blood collection container can be omitted, and the cost is saved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (6)

1. A blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device, comprising: the device comprises a first connecting seat, an elastic anti-reflux valve and a second connecting seat, wherein a first through hole is formed in the middle of the first connecting seat, the elastic anti-reflux valve is arranged on the first connecting seat, and the second connecting seat is matched with the first connecting seat to form a cavity for accommodating the elastic anti-reflux valve; the second connecting seat is provided with a concave cavity and is in clamping connection with the first connecting seat; the second connecting seat is provided with a second through hole communicated with the outside;
the blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device is provided with an elastic anti-reflux valve with a linear slit structure which is in a normally closed state and receives negative pressure and is in an open state in a default state, and the elastic anti-reflux valve is used for preventing the back flow of the extracted blood to the vein;
the elastic reverse flow prevention valve includes: the valve body is integrally arranged at the front end of the valve body and used for inserting and installing the first elastic angle of the first through hole, the two deformable second elastic angles are integrally arranged at the rear end of the valve body and used for propping against the inner bottom wall of the concave cavity of the second connecting seat so as to enable the valve body to unidirectionally close the first through hole, and the middle part of the valve body is provided with a convex ring edge covering the end part of the first through hole; the bottom wall in the concave cavity of the second connecting seat is propped by the deformable second elastic angle, so that the valve main body opens and closes the first through hole to be in a normally closed state by default and receives negative pressure to be in an open state;
the two deformable second elastic angles are symmetrically arranged;
the inner wall of the concave cavity of the second connecting seat is provided with a convex edge for pressing the mounting part of the elastic anti-backflow valve so as to prevent the elastic anti-backflow valve from shaking;
the first elastic angle is a conical angle with a pointed tail end, namely a first elastic conical angle; the second elastic angle is a conical angle with a pointed tail end, namely a second elastic conical angle;
the cross section of the first elastic taper angle is triangular, the cross section of the second elastic taper angle is triangular, and the number of the second elastic taper angles is two and is symmetrically arranged at one end of the valve main body;
the first connecting seat comprises: the first lug boss is used for clamping and installing the elastic anti-backflow valve, and the first connector is arranged on the opposite side of the first lug boss and integrally formed with the first lug boss and is used for being connected with a connecting hose connected with a blood sampling puncture needle; a protruding ring cover for covering the concave cavity of the second connecting seat is formed between the first boss and the first interface in a protruding way, and the first through hole penetrates from the upper surface of the first boss to the first interface; the elastic anti-backflow valve is clamped into the through hole of the first boss; then the second connecting seat is covered, and the bottom wall in the concave cavity of the second connecting seat is propped by the deformable second elastic angle, so that no backflow can be caused when no negative pressure is generated after blood collection;
the second connecting seat comprises: the cavity is used for being matched with the first connecting seat to form a cavity for accommodating the elastic backflow prevention valve, the second interface is connected to the opposite side of the cavity and is integrally formed with the cavity, and a connector used for being connected with a pipe plug puncture needle of a negative pressure pipe is arranged on the second interface;
the elastic anti-reflux valve in the blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device is in a normally closed state in a default state, namely, the convex ring edge of the elastic anti-reflux valve props against the bottom wall in the concave cavity of the second connecting seat through a deformable second elastic angle in the default state, so that the convex ring edge of the valve main body covers the first through hole and is in the normally closed state by default; when the second through hole receives the negative pressure, the second elastic angle is extruded to deform, so that the elastic anti-backflow valve is in an open state, blood collection is carried out, and the blood collection is completed.
2. The blood sample collection valve assembly of claim 1, wherein the outer edge of the collar is rounded, square or polygonal.
3. The blood sample collection anti-reflux valve device according to claim 1, wherein a first circular socket portion for socket-connecting with one end of the first connecting seat and a second circular socket portion for forming the cavity for accommodating the elastic anti-reflux valve are sequentially provided in the cavity from outside to inside, and an inner diameter of the second circular socket portion is smaller than that of the first circular socket portion.
4. The blood sample collection valve device of claim 1, wherein the first and second through holes are disposed on a common line; the elastic anti-reflux valve is a food-grade silica gel one-way anti-reflux valve.
5. A lancet, comprising: the device comprises a vein blood taking needle for penetrating blood taking, a tube plug puncture needle for connecting a negative pressure blood taking tube and a connecting part for connecting the vein blood taking needle and the tube plug puncture needle;
the connecting part comprises a blood taking needle handle, a connecting hose and a one-way backflow prevention valve device which are sequentially connected, wherein the one-way backflow prevention valve device is the blood sample collection backflow prevention valve device according to any one of claims 1-4;
the blood taking needle handle is connected with the vein blood taking needle, the tube plug puncture needle is connected with the blood sample collection backflow prevention valve device, and the blood sample collection backflow prevention valve device is provided with an elastic backflow prevention valve for preventing the backflow of the extracted blood back to the vein.
6. The lancet of claim 5, wherein the intravenous lancet is sheathed with a lancet protective sheath and the stopcock lancet is sheathed with a lancet protective sheath.
