Abstract
The invention discloses a heating non-combustion tobacco core capsule suction device which comprises a cap, a tobacco core capsule cavity, a shell, a battery cavity, a smoke gas circuit and a filter rod cavity, wherein the cap is arranged on the shell; the tobacco core capsule cavity is provided with air holes on the cavity wall, is communicated with the air path and comprises a capsule heating sheet; the battery cavity, the battery is connected with the capsule heating plate in which the cavity is placed through the circuit control. The heating plate in the capsule heating cavity designed by the invention is controlled by the spring, so that the capsule with the cigarette core in any shape can be clamped, and the filter rod cavity can be embedded into a filter rod with any structure, thereby being capable of helping to adjust inlet smoke. The invention is portable and easy to carry and use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical electronic products, and particularly relates to a heating non-combustion tobacco core capsule suction device.
Background
The traditional cigarette is heated by ignition, so that open fire is generated during ignition, harmful and carcinogenic substances are generated during combustion in air, and certain influence is caused to the environment along with the release of the flow measurement smoke into the environment.

However, according to the continuous alternation of market demands, when the shape of the traditional heating non-burning cigarette is changed, such as a cigarette core capsule (CN 205337578U), the heating device with a fixed shape cannot achieve the optimal heating effect. Therefore, the development of a smoking article suitable for various shapes of heated non-combustible cigarettes is a good method for helping to improve the consumer's consumption experience.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a heating non-combustion tobacco core capsule suction device which can be used for embedding a tobacco core capsule into the device for heating to form smoke for suction. The heating plate can be contracted and loosened, so that the tobacco core capsules with any shape can be fixed in the heating cavity and clung to the heating cavity, and the heating efficiency is improved; after the suction is finished, the heating plate can be loosened, so that the tobacco core capsule can be conveniently replaced.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a heating non-combustion tobacco core capsule suction device comprises a cap 1, a tobacco core capsule cavity 2, a shell 3, a battery cavity 7, a smoke gas path 9 and a filter rod cavity 10. Wherein, the cavity 2 is placed in the capsule of the tobacco core, the cavity wall is provided with an air hole 4 which is communicated with an air path 9 and is provided with a capsule heating plate 5; the battery cavity 7, the battery 8 and the capsule heating plate 5 of the placing cavity are connected through the circuit control 6.
The cap 1 is linked with the shell 3, the cigarette core capsule placing cavity 2 can be closed/opened in a rotating mode or a pushing and pulling mode, and the cap 1 is provided with air holes, so that the smooth flow of gas is ensured.
The tobacco core capsule cavity 2 contains a plurality of pairs of capsule heating sheets 5, and the number of the capsule heating sheets can be 1-8 pairs; the connecting part of the capsule heating plate 5 and the cavity body of the tobacco core capsule cavity 2 is provided with a spring, the spring is controlled by the cover cap, when the cover cap is opened, the heating plate is loosened, and when the cover cap is closed, the heating plate is clamped; the material of the capsule heating plate 5 can be one of a metal heating plate, a ceramic heating plate and a film heating plate.
The number of the flue gas paths 9 can be 1-10; the shape can be one of straight-through type, spiral type and wave type; the length of the air path can be 1/2 to 5 times of the length of the device.
The diameter of the filter rod cavity 10 can be 40-100mm, and the depth can be 10-50mm; the inserted filter rod material can be one of acetate fiber and polypropylene fiber, and the structure can be one of hollow structure, binary structure and multiple structure.
The whole length of the device can be 50mm-200mm; the shape may be one of a cylinder, a shuttle structure, an asymmetric oval structure, etc.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, a heating non-combustion tobacco core capsule suction device comprises a cap 1, a tobacco core capsule cavity 2, a shell 3, a battery cavity 7, a smoke gas path 9 and a filter rod cavity 10. Wherein, the cavity 2 is placed in the capsule of the tobacco core, the cavity wall is provided with an air hole 4 which is communicated with a flue gas path 9 and comprises a capsule heating plate 5; the battery cavity 7, the battery 8 and the capsule heating plate 5 of the placing cavity are connected through the circuit control 6.
The whole length of the device can be 100mm and is shaped as a cylinder. The cap 1 is linked with the housing 3, and the capsule placing cavity 2 of the tobacco core is closed/opened in a push-pull manner. The cavity contains 2 pairs of capsule heating plates 5, and the material of the cavity is a metal heating plate. The number of the smoke gas paths 9 linking the smoke core capsule cavity 2 and the filter rod cavity 10 is 4, the shape is straight-through type, and the gas path length can be 2/3 of the length of the device. The filter rod cavity 10 has a diameter of 74mm and a depth of 20mm. After the tobacco core capsule is put into the cavity, the pushing cap 1 closes the tobacco core heating cavity 2, and the filter rod cavity 10 is connected with the filter rod, so that the suction can be performed.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 2, a heating non-combustion tobacco core capsule suction device comprises a cap 1, a tobacco core capsule cavity 2, a shell 3, a battery cavity 7, a smoke gas path 9 and a filter rod cavity 10. Wherein, the cavity 2 is placed in the capsule of the tobacco core, the cavity wall is provided with an air hole 4 which is communicated with a flue gas path 9 and comprises a capsule heating plate 5; the battery cavity 7, the battery 8 and the capsule heating plate 5 of the placing cavity are connected through the circuit control 6.
The overall length of the device may be 120mm, shaped as a shuttle. The cap 1 is linked with the housing 3 to close/open the capsule housing cavity 2 by rotating. The cavity contains 2 pairs of capsule heating plates 5, and the material of the cavity is ceramic heating plates. The number of the smoke gas paths 9 linking the smoke core capsule cavity 2 and the filter rod cavity 10 is 3, the shape is straight-through type, and the gas path length can be 3/4 of the length of the device. The filter rod cavity 10 has a diameter of 55mm and a depth of 10mm. After the tobacco core capsule is put in, the tobacco core heating cavity 2 is closed by rotating the cap 1, and the filter rod is connected into the filter rod cavity 10, so that suction can be performed.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 3, a heating non-combustion tobacco core capsule suction device comprises a cap 1, a tobacco core capsule cavity 2, a shell 3, a battery cavity 7, a smoke gas path 9 and a filter rod cavity 10. Wherein, the cavity 2 is placed in the capsule of the tobacco core, the cavity wall is provided with an air hole 4 which is communicated with a flue gas path 9 and comprises a capsule heating plate 5; the battery cavity 7, the battery 8 and the capsule heating plate 5 of the placing cavity are connected through the circuit control 6.

After the tobacco core capsule is put in, the tobacco core heating cavity 2 is closed by rotating the cap 1, and the filter rod is connected into the filter rod cavity 10, so that suction can be performed. This embodiment is the preferred embodiment.

the tobacco core capsule cavity (2) contains 1-8 pairs of capsule heating sheets (5); the connecting part of the capsule heating plate (5) and the cavity body of the tobacco core capsule cavity (2) is provided with a spring, the spring is controlled by the cover cap (1), when the cover cap (1) is opened, the heating plate (5) is loosened, and when the cover cap (1) is closed, the heating plate (5) is clamped; the capsule heating plate (5) is made of one of a metal heating plate and a ceramic heating plate.

A heated non-combustion wick capsule suction apparatus as in claim 1 wherein: the diameter of the filter rod cavity (10) is 40-100mm, and the depth is 10-50mm; the inserted filter stick is made of one of acetate fiber and polypropylene fiber, and the structure of the filter stick is one of hollow structure, multielement structure, single-explosion bead structure and multi-explosion bead structure.
3. A heated non-combustion wick capsule suction apparatus as in claim 1 wherein: the length of the device is 50mm-200mm; the shape is one of a cylinder, a shuttle-shaped structure and an asymmetric elliptic structure.
