Background
In the process of rapid development of portable devices such as mobile phones, people have increasingly strong requirements on the functionality of products, and sound production devices are used as important parts of the products, so that the performance requirements are increasingly high.
The sound production device of the related art includes a frame, a vibration system fixed to the frame, and a magnetic circuit system. In order to increase the volume of the magnetic circuit system to increase the acoustic performance of the sound production device, the structure of the basin frame is reduced as much as possible, so that the structural strength of the basin frame is limited, and even the strength of the basin frame is unstable. Therefore, an annular clamping plate made of carbon steel is injected on the basin frame to enhance the structural strength of the basin frame.
However, due to the thickness and material requirements of the clamping plate, the non-magnetic-conductive part of the clamping plate needs to protrude out of the plastic surface of the basin frame made of plastic material, so that the space of the magnetic circuit system is occupied, and the acoustic performance of the sound production device is limited.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new sound generation device to solve the above technical problems.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a sounder device 100, which includes a frame 1, a vibration system 2, a magnetic circuit system 3, a front cover 4 and a clamping plate 5.
The basin stand 1 has an accommodating space 10, and includes a main body wall 11 in an annular shape, a plurality of support walls 12 arranged at intervals and extending from the main body wall 11, and an extending portion 13 extending from one end of the main body wall 11 close to the clamping plate 5 into the accommodating space 10.
Specifically, the support wall 12 includes a fixing post 121 extending from the main body wall 11, and a support portion 122 extending from the fixing post 121 in a direction away from the main body wall 11. In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 122 is coplanar with a side of the main body wall 11 away from the accommodating space 10. In the present embodiment, the case where the main body wall 11 has a rectangular structure will be described as an example.
The vibration system 2 and the magnetic circuit system 3 are respectively and fixedly supported on the basin frame 1, and the vibration system 2 and the magnetic circuit system 3 jointly generate an electromagnetic field for driving the vibration system 2 to vibrate and sound.
The vibration system 2 comprises a diaphragm 21 fixed on the frame 1 and a voice coil 22 for driving the diaphragm 21 to vibrate and sound. In this embodiment, the vibrating diaphragm 21 is fixed to the main body wall 11 of the frame 1.
The magnetic circuit system 3 comprises a magnetic yoke 31 fixed on the basin stand 1, and a main magnetic steel 32 and an auxiliary magnetic steel 33 fixed on the magnetic yoke 31. The secondary magnetic steel 33 is disposed on the peripheral side of the primary magnetic steel 32 and spaced apart from the primary magnetic steel 32 to form a magnetic gap (not numbered), and the voice coil 22 is inserted and suspended in the magnetic gap. In the present embodiment, the yoke 31 is fixed to the support wall 12 of the frame 1. Preferably, the yoke 31 is fixed to a support portion 122 of the support wall 12.
The front cover 4 is covered and fixed on the basin frame 1 and is attached to the vibrating diaphragm 21 to form a sound production channel.
The clamping plate 5 is annular and is embedded and fixed on the basin frame 1. In this embodiment, the basin stand 1 and the clamp plate 5 are formed as a whole by injection molding.
Specifically, the clamp plate 5 includes a ring-shaped reinforcement ring portion 51 completely embedded in the frame 1, and a clamp plate portion 52 extending from the reinforcement ring portion 51 toward the inner side of the frame 1. The extension portion 13 is formed by extending an end of the main body wall 11 near the clamping plate portion 52. The extension portion 13 abuts on a side of the clamping plate portion 52 away from the secondary magnetic steel 33. In the present embodiment, the clamping plate portion 52 is coplanar with a side of the main body wall 11 away from the accommodating space 10.
Specifically, the reinforcing ring portion 51 is embedded in the main body wall 11, and at least a part of the reinforcing ring portion 51 is made of stainless steel. Compared with the carbon steel structure in the related art, in the sound production device 100 of the present invention, the reinforcing ring portion 51 is made of stainless steel, so that the forming is easy, the size can meet the more extreme requirement, and the reinforcing ring portion can be embedded into the tub frame 1 made of plastic, so as to effectively improve the structural strength of the tub frame 1, i.e., increase the reliability thereof.
The plate portion 52 is fixed to the support wall 12, and the magnetic permeability of the plate portion 52 is greater than that of the reinforcement ring portion. The clamping plate portion 52 is attached to a side of the sub magnetic steel 33 away from the magnetic yoke 31. In the present embodiment, the clamping plate portion 52 is made of a high permeability material, such as Hiperco 27, which is an iron-chromium-cobalt soft magnetic alloy, but is not limited thereto. This structure allows the clamping plate portion 52 to serve as a part of the magnetic circuit system 3, and forms a magnetic shielding effect on the magnetic circuit system 3, thereby reducing the magnetic leakage phenomenon, and improving the acoustic performance of the sound generating device 100.
In the present embodiment, the support walls 12 include four and are equally provided on both sides of the main body wall 11 in the longitudinal direction thereof. The two clamping plate portions 52 are oppositely arranged, that is, the two clamping plate portions 52 are respectively located on two sides of the main body wall 11 along the long axis direction thereof and fixed to the support wall 12.
Specifically, the clamping plate portion 52 is provided with a fixing hole 521 penetrating therethrough to be engaged with the fixing post 121. The fixing hole 521 is fixedly fitted to the fixing post 121, and the clip portion 52 is interposed between the reinforcing ring portion 51 and the support portion 122. The magnetic circuit system 3 is fixed to the support portion 122 of the support wall 12. The reinforcing ring portion 51 covers a portion of the fixing hole 521. As shown in fig. 5, the clamping plate 5 is injection molded with the frame 1 as a whole.
Compared with the prior art, the sound production device is characterized in that the clamping plate is embedded and fixed in the basin frame and comprises the reinforcing ring part and the clamping plate part, the reinforcing ring part of the clamping plate is completely embedded in the main body wall of the basin frame, so that the basin frame is higher in structural strength and better in reliability, and in addition, the reinforcing ring part can be arranged in a weaker area of the basin frame according to the structure of the basin frame, so that the reliability of the basin frame is improved; the clamping plate part of the clamping plate is made of high-permeability materials, and the auxiliary magnetic steel is pressed on and serves as a part of structure of the magnetic circuit system and is used for blocking magnetism of the magnetic circuit system and reducing leakage of a magnetic field, so that the acoustic performance of the sounding device is enhanced.

A sounder comprises a basin frame with an accommodating space and a magnetic circuit system fixed in the accommodating space, wherein the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke fixed on the basin frame, and main magnetic steel and auxiliary magnetic steel which are fixed on the magnetic yoke, the auxiliary magnetic steel is arranged on the periphery of the main magnetic steel and is arranged at an interval with the main magnetic steel, the sounder is characterized by further comprising an annular clamping plate which is embedded and fixed on the basin frame, the clamping plate comprises an annular reinforcing ring part embedded in the basin frame and a clamping plate part extending from the reinforcing ring part to the inner side direction of the basin frame, the clamping plate part is attached to one side of the auxiliary magnetic steel, which is far away from the magnetic yoke, the magnetic permeability of the clamping plate part is greater than that of the reinforcing ring part, and at least part of the reinforcing ring part is made of stainless steel;
the basin stand comprises an annular main body wall and a plurality of supporting walls which are arranged at intervals and extend from the main body wall, the reinforcing ring part is embedded in the main body wall, and the clamping plate part is fixed on the supporting walls;
the supporting wall comprises a fixing column extending from the main body wall and a supporting part extending from the fixing column to the direction far away from the main body wall; the fixing hole is sleeved and fixed on the fixing column and enables the clamping plate portion to be clamped between the reinforcing ring portion and the supporting portion.
2. The sounder device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping plate portion is an iron-chromium-cobalt soft magnetic alloy.
3. The sounder device according to claim 1, wherein the body wall has a rectangular shape, the two opposite clamping plates are disposed, and the four support walls are disposed on two sides of the body wall along a long axis direction thereof.
4. The sounding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an end of the main body wall close to the clip portion is provided with an extension portion extending into the receiving space, and the extension portion abuts against a side of the clip portion away from the secondary magnetic steel.
5. The sounder device according to claim 1, wherein the support portion is coplanar with a side of the body wall remote from the receiving space.
6. The sounder device according to claim 5, wherein the bezel portion is coplanar with a side of the body wall remote from the receiving space.
7. The sounder device according to claim 1, wherein the stiffening ring portion covers a portion of the securing aperture.
