the action duration processing module 29 is configured to send out an overtime warning message to the observation server 1 when the stay duration of the maintenance staff in the position sampling area exceeds the warning duration, and the observation server 1 sends out an alarm call to a call device corresponding to the substation where the high-voltage switch cabinet is located after receiving the overtime warning message, or to a call device set in the observation device 3, or to a call device in a monitoring room where the high-voltage switch cabinet is located, so as to obtain information of the maintenance staff; the emergency help-seeking module is used for sending an emergency help-seeking signal to the observation server 1 or a monitoring room where the high-voltage switch cabinet is located.

the coordination processing module is used for performing data interaction and cooperative processing on each module in the observation server 1, and also provides a maintenance personnel operation port, so that an observer can initiate maintenance and point inspection operation control, monitor maintenance and point inspection operation in real time, export maintenance and point inspection operation data and verify a maintenance and point inspection operation table, set maintenance and point inspection operation tasks, and maintain and point inspection operation configuration files and operation;
the maintenance and point inspection analysis module is used for comprehensively analyzing and diagnosing the information uploaded by each observation device 3, forming the fault condition of the high-voltage switch cabinet and the execution time of the maintenance and point inspection operation task of the high-voltage switch cabinet by using the data information in the maintenance and point inspection operation process, analyzing whether the running health condition of the high-voltage switch cabinet is good or not and whether hidden dangers exist or not, and forming the development trend of the predicted hidden dangers;
the information query module is used for providing data information of each high-voltage switch cabinet, maintenance and point inspection operation data information, maintenance and point inspection operation historical information, health condition of the high-voltage switch cabinets, information on whether the high-voltage switch cabinets have hidden dangers or not and predicting hidden danger development trend information to maintenance and point inspection operators;
the maintenance and point inspection operation task circulation module is used for receiving, processing and circulating, filling in characters, photographing and uploading maintenance and point inspection operation tasks, and closed-loop management of the maintenance and point inspection operation tasks is formed.

An observation system in a closed high-voltage switch cabinet is characterized by comprising: the system comprises an observation server (1) and high-voltage switch cabinets (2) which are respectively in communication connection with the observation server (1); an observation device (3) is arranged on the high-voltage switch cabinet (2);
the observation device (3) comprises: an in-cabinet information acquisition mechanism (35) and an out-cabinet observation mechanism (37);
the in-cabinet information acquisition mechanism (35) includes: the system comprises a plurality of cameras (31) for shooting video information in the cabinet, an in-cabinet information communication module (32) which is respectively connected with each camera (31) and is used for transmitting the video information shot by the cameras (31), and an in-cabinet power supply module (36) for respectively supplying power to the cameras (31) and the in-cabinet information communication module (32);
the outside-cabinet observation mechanism (37) includes: the system comprises an outside-cabinet data communication module (33), a touch screen (34), a camera control module (39), an outside-cabinet storage module (40) and an outside-cabinet data processing module (38);
the outside cabinet data communication module (33) is used for being in communication connection with the inside cabinet information communication module (32) to acquire inside cabinet data information and establishing communication connection with the observation server (1) to enable the observation device (3) to acquire the data information from the observation server (1) and upload the data information to the observation server (1);
the camera control module (39) is used for respectively controlling the rotation, angle changing, zooming and fixed-point snapshot of each camera (31) in the cabinet;
the data processing module outside the cabinet (38) acquires video image information shot in the cabinet through the data communication module outside the cabinet (33), the data processing module outside the cabinet (38) is used for acquiring a camera control instruction through the touch screen (34), controlling the camera (31) to perform action shooting according to the acquired camera control instruction through the camera control module (39), displaying the shot video image on the touch screen (34), storing the acquired video information into the storage module outside the cabinet (40), and uploading the data to the observation server (1) through the data communication module outside the cabinet (33);
the in-cabinet information acquisition mechanism (35) further includes: the system comprises a high-voltage isolating switch information acquisition module, a high-voltage load circuit breaker information acquisition module, a high-voltage fuse information acquisition module, a current transformer information acquisition module, a voltage transformer information acquisition module, a bus information acquisition module, a phase modulator information acquisition module and a high-voltage switch cabinet information acquisition module;
the high-voltage isolating switch information acquisition module is used for acquiring the current state of the high-voltage isolating switch, the maintenance rules of the high-voltage isolating switch, the delivery time and the installation and use time;
the high-voltage load circuit breaker information acquisition module is used for acquiring the current state of the high-voltage load circuit breaker, the maintenance rules of the high-voltage load circuit breaker, the delivery time and the installation and use time;
the high-voltage fuse information acquisition module is used for acquiring the current state of the high-voltage fuse, the operation rule of the high-voltage fuse, the delivery time and the installation and use time;
the current transformer information acquisition module is used for acquiring the induced current information, the maintenance rules of the current transformer, the factory time and the installation and use time;
the voltage transformer information acquisition module is used for acquiring the induced voltage information, the maintenance rules of the voltage transformer, the factory time and the installation and use time;
the bus information acquisition module is used for acquiring the maintenance rules, the delivery time and the installation and use time of the bus;
the phase modulator information acquisition module is used for acquiring state information of a phase modulator, maintenance regulations, factory time and installation and use time of the phase modulator;
the high-voltage switch cabinet information acquisition module is used for acquiring the state information, maintenance regulations, delivery time and installation and use time of the high-voltage switch cabinet;
the off-cabinet data processing module (38) is also used for acquiring high-voltage isolating switch information, high-voltage load circuit breaker information, high-voltage fuse information, current transformer information, voltage transformer information, bus information, phase modulator information and high-voltage switch cabinet information, displaying the information on the touch screen (34), and uploading the data to the observation server (1) through the off-cabinet data communication module (33);
the observation server (1) comprises: the system comprises an information storage module, a communication module and a high-voltage switch cabinet layout setting module;
the information storage module is used for storing the information uploaded by each observation device (3);
the communication module is used for establishing communication connection with each observation device (3) respectively, acquiring data information of the observation devices (3) and sending the data information to the observation devices (3);
the high-voltage switch cabinet layout setting module is used for configuring the layout information of the electrical elements in each high-voltage switch cabinet into a high-voltage switch cabinet layout information map, setting a connection port of each high-voltage switch cabinet layout information map, outputting the high-voltage switch cabinet layout information map in the form of a two-dimensional code of the high-voltage switch cabinet layout information map, and scanning and acquiring the two-dimensional code arranged on the high-voltage switch cabinet;
the outside-cabinet observation mechanism (37) further includes: a code scanning module;
the code scanning module is used for scanning a two-dimensional code arranged on the high-voltage switch cabinet to acquire a layout information map of the high-voltage switch cabinet and displaying the layout information map through a touch screen.
2. The closed high voltage switchgear cabinet inside observation system of claim 1,
the observation server (1) further comprises: the system comprises a coding module, a position processing module, a maintenance time processing module and a maintenance time setting module;
the coding module is used for carrying out IP coding on each observation device (3), so that each observation device (3) has a unique IP code, binding the IP code of the observation device correspondingly used by each high-voltage switch cabinet, binding each high-voltage switch cabinet with at least one IP code of the observation device, and carrying out maintenance and point inspection operation on each high-voltage switch cabinet by using the bound observation device (3);
the maintenance time setting module is used for respectively setting the time of the maintenance and point inspection operation of each high-voltage switch cabinet and respectively sending the time of the maintenance and point inspection operation of each high-voltage switch cabinet to the corresponding observation device (3);
the maintenance time processing module is used for acquiring and recording maintenance time sent by the observation devices, judging whether the maintenance time sent by each observation device accords with corresponding maintenance and point inspection operation time of the high-voltage switch cabinet, and sending an alarm prompt to the observation devices when the maintenance and point inspection operation time does not accord with the corresponding maintenance and point inspection operation time if the maintenance and point inspection operation time does not accord with the corresponding maintenance and point inspection operation time;
the position processing module is used for acquiring the maintenance personnel positioning information sent by the observation devices, judging the maintenance personnel positioning information sent by each observation device, judging whether the maintenance personnel positioning information accords with the maintenance and point inspection operation high-voltage switch cabinet corresponding to the observation devices, if the observation devices do not accord with the corresponding maintenance and point inspection operation high-voltage switch cabinet, sending a position non-conformity alarm prompt to the observation devices, and prompting the corresponding maintenance and point inspection operation high-voltage switch cabinet positions.
3. The closed high voltage switchgear cabinet inside observation system of claim 2,
a position sampling area is arranged outside the high-voltage switch cabinet;
the observation server (1) further comprises: the high-voltage switch cabinet position information processing module;
the high-voltage switch cabinet position information processing module is used for acquiring positioning information of maintenance personnel in the position sampling area and the stay time of the maintenance personnel in the position sampling area;
the maintenance time processing module is also used for recording the total time length of the maintenance personnel in the maintenance and point inspection operation process, judging whether the total time length of the maintenance and point inspection operation meets the preset total time length of the maintenance and point inspection operation, and monitoring the stay time length of the maintenance personnel in each position sampling area of the high-voltage switch cabinet through the high-voltage switch cabinet position information processing module if the total time length of the maintenance and point inspection operation is not consistent with the preset total time length of the maintenance and point inspection operation, and whether the stay time length reaches the preset maintenance and point inspection operation time length of the power transformation equipment.

the observation device (3) further comprises: the system comprises a positioning module, a terminal maintenance time processing module and a terminal maintenance time acquisition module;
the positioning module is used for positioning the action position of the maintenance personnel in real time to form positioning information and uploading the positioning information to the observation server (1);
the terminal maintenance time acquisition module is used for acquiring the time corresponding to the maintenance and point inspection operation of the high-voltage switch cabinet from the maintenance time setting module of the observation server (1);
the terminal maintenance time processing module is used for acquiring action position information of maintenance personnel and time information corresponding to the action position information of the maintenance personnel according to the time of maintenance and point inspection operation of the high-voltage switch cabinet and uploading the time information corresponding to the action position information of the maintenance personnel to the observation server (1); and the system is also used for acquiring the positioning information of the maintenance personnel in the position sampling area and the stay time of the maintenance personnel in the position sampling area, and uploading the stay time to the observation server (1).
5. The closed high voltage switchgear cabinet inside observation system of claim 4,
the observation device (3) further comprises: an action duration processing module (29) and an emergency help-seeking module (30);
the action duration processing module (29) is used for sending out overtime warning information to the observation server (1) when the stay duration of a maintainer in the position sampling area exceeds the warning duration, and the observation server (1) sends out an alarm call to a call device corresponding to a transformer substation where the high-voltage switch cabinet is located after receiving the overtime warning information, or to a call device arranged on the observation device (3), or to a call device in a monitoring room where the high-voltage switch cabinet is located, so as to acquire information of the maintainer;
the emergency help-seeking module is used for sending an emergency help-seeking signal to the observation server (1) or a monitoring room where the high-voltage switch cabinet is located.
