Housing selection is a problem that every family faces. When selecting a house, a user usually needs to balance multiple indexes such as the position of the house, price, house area and the like, and the house position can be regarded as the most important factor for house selection. In the past work, the address problem was widely studied and applied to the location selection process of convenience stores, outdoor billboards, toll booths, and ambulance stations. Experts in the field of data mining often use data mining methods to solve the multi-index decision problem in the addressing problem. However, in the address selection problem, the preferences and demands of different users are greatly different, and in order to reflect the preferences and domain knowledge of different users in the address selection process, a visual analysis method is required to be used for visually encoding the reachability attribute and other attributes of the housing so as to assist the users to generate reachability constraints according to schedules to compare and screen the housing.
The existing online address selecting system lacks the support of determining the position of a house according to a schedule. Therefore, when a user wishes to filter the locations of candidate houses through a schedule, the existing address selection system cannot filter the house sources through the schedule by establishing reachability constraints due to lack of support for establishing reachability constraints through the schedule.
In order to facilitate the users to generate accessibility constraints to screen houses according to schedules, a set of system with intuitive visual design and interaction needs to be designed and realized, and the system is used for helping the users to screen houses according to the schedules and the attributes of the candidate houses.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an interactive visual house address selecting system, which selects houses through schedule planning, thereby obtaining candidate house sources which are more in line with the needs of users.
