Background
As is known, a baking apparatus is an apparatus for heating an object, and is generally applied to heating operations of photoelectric products or components thereof, such as PCBs, LCDs, Touch panels (Touch panels), and the like, and can perform drying, aging test, and other treatments on the photoelectric products or the components thereof.
Most of the conventional toasting devices comprise a box body, which is formed with a heating chamber for accommodating the object to be heated and heating therein, and a heating element (such as an electric heating tube), a blower, an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe, etc. disposed around the heating chamber, so as to form heat convection for drying or aging the object to be heated.
In the heating chamber of the baking device, a support frame is usually placed or fixed, and the support frame is used to support the object to be heated, so that the object to be heated can be stably placed in the heating chamber to be heated. However, in the operation process of the box body of the baking device, the box body is mostly influenced by the vibration frequency generated by the running of an internal blower or a motor, or the circulation flow of hot air and other factors, so that the box body can generate micro vibration under the conduction action of the vibration frequency; moreover, since the rack is usually placed or fixed on the inner wall of the heating chamber, the micro-vibration of the box body is also transmitted to the rack, so that the object placed on the rack is easily displaced due to the vibration of the rack, even the object falls off the rack, and the yield of the object being baked is affected.
In order to improve the above problem, manufacturers have mounted the blower or the motor at a position away from the casing to reduce the influence of the vibration frequency transmission generated when the blower or the motor is operated on the casing. However, this method not only increases the complexity of the structure of the hot air channel connected to the blower at the periphery of the box and the heating chamber, but also has a very limited effect of reducing the vibration of the box, so how to avoid the vibration of the box from being transmitted to the supporting frame becomes a technical subject to be overcome.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to prevent the vibration of the box from being transmitted to the supporting frame, so as to improve the problem that the object placed on the supporting frame falls off due to the vibration of the supporting frame.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a baking apparatus capable of preventing objects from falling, comprising:

Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, it is described that the inclined cross rod 23 is formed with a saw-toothed groove 231, the groove 231 is parallel to the predetermined direction in practice, and the object 30 can be guided to move towards the predetermined direction by the constraint of the groove 231, and the object 30 is prevented from moving towards the inclined cross rod 23 on both sides of the object 30.
