Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a defrosting control method and a defrosting control device for an air conditioner, which are used for realizing defrosting control of the air conditioner under the condition that no communication line exists between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit for communication.
In order to achieve the purpose, the air conditioner control method provided by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

Or, the outdoor unit operation information includes an operation working current of the compressor, and the outdoor unit determines whether defrosting is required according to the outdoor unit operation information, and specifically includes: and the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the running working current and the target working current of the compressor.
In the above method, the determining, by the indoor unit, whether the outdoor unit enters the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode according to the indoor unit operation information specifically includes: the indoor unit obtains the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit, whether the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit meets the temperature condition of the coil pipe of the defrosting indoor unit is judged, and if the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit meets the temperature condition of the coil pipe of the defrosting indoor unit, the outdoor unit is judged to enter the defrosting operation mode of the outdoor unit.

the outdoor unit defrosting judgment unit is used for judging whether defrosting is needed or not according to the outdoor unit operation information by the outdoor unit;
the outdoor unit defrosting operation control unit is used for controlling the outdoor unit to enter an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode when the outdoor unit defrosting judgment unit judges that defrosting is needed;
the indoor unit defrosting judgment unit is used for judging whether the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode or not according to the indoor unit operation information;
and the indoor unit defrosting operation control unit is used for controlling the indoor unit to enter an indoor unit defrosting operation mode when the indoor unit defrosting judgment unit judges that the outdoor unit enters the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode.
The apparatus as described above, further comprising:
the defrosting sensor is used for detecting and outputting the detection information of the defrosting sensor;

the outdoor unit defrosting judgment unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the compressor operation gas-discharging temperature and the target gas-discharging temperature output by the compressor gas-discharging temperature detection unit.
Still alternatively, the apparatus as described above, further comprising:
the compressor working current detection unit is used for detecting and outputting the compressor running working current;
and the outdoor unit defrosting judgment unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the compressor running working current and the target working current output by the compressor working current detection unit.
The apparatus as described above, further comprising:
the indoor unit coil temperature detection unit is used for detecting and outputting the temperature of the indoor unit coil;
the indoor unit defrosting judgment unit acquires the indoor unit coil temperature output by the indoor unit coil temperature detection unit, judges whether the indoor unit coil temperature meets the known defrosting indoor unit coil temperature condition, and judges that the outdoor unit enters the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode if the indoor unit coil temperature meets the known defrosting indoor unit coil temperature condition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: according to the defrosting control method and the defrosting control device for the air conditioner, the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the operation information of the outdoor unit, and when defrosting is needed, the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode; the indoor unit judges whether the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode or not according to the operation information of the indoor unit, and when the outdoor unit is determined to enter the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode, the indoor unit enters the indoor unit defrosting operation mode; by adopting the method and the device provided by the invention, the outdoor unit is used as a control main body for executing defrosting operation, the indoor unit performs defrosting cooperation, communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is not needed, and defrosting operation when defrosting is needed in the heating operation state of the air-conditioning system can be realized, so that defrosting control of the air conditioner is realized under the condition that communication lines do not exist between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit for communication.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an embodiment of a defrosting control method for an air conditioner according to the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, no communication line is provided between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is not possible. For the air conditioner, the defrosting control in the heating mode is realized by adopting a method formed by the following steps:
step 11: the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the operation information of the outdoor unit, and when defrosting is needed, the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode.
In this embodiment, the outdoor unit is used as a determination subject and a control subject for determining whether to perform a defrosting operation, and during a heating operation, the outdoor unit continuously obtains operation information of the outdoor unit, and determines whether to perform defrosting operation by analyzing the operation information of the outdoor unit. If the defrosting is needed, the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode. The outdoor unit defrosting operation mode is an operation mode to be performed by the outdoor unit during defrosting operation, and includes, but is not limited to, reversing the four-way valve, using the outdoor heat exchanger as a condenser, releasing heat, and performing an outdoor unit defrosting operation.
The outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed according to the outdoor unit operation information, and specifically, the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed according to the outdoor unit operation information and the condition which is met by the known running information of the outdoor unit entering the defrosting mode. Whether defrosting is needed or not is judged according to the operation information of the outdoor unit, and the defrosting can be realized in various ways.
As one example, the outdoor unit operation information includes defrost sensor detection information; the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed according to the outdoor unit operation information, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the detection information of the defrosting sensor. For example, the defrosting sensor detects that the information is the outdoor unit coil temperature Te, and the condition that the running information entering the defrosting outdoor unit meets is that the outdoor unit coil temperature is not more than the outdoor condensation point temperature Tes. Then, after obtaining the coil temperature Te of the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit compares it with the current outdoor condensation point temperature Tes (which can be calculated according to the outdoor environment temperature). And if Te is less than or equal to Tes, determining that the outdoor unit needs defrosting.
In other embodiments, the outdoor unit operation information may further include an operating spitting temperature of the compressor; then, the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed according to the outdoor unit operation information, specifically including: and the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the running gas-discharging temperature of the compressor and the target gas-discharging temperature. For example, during the heating operation of the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit obtains the operating gas discharge temperature of the compressor according to the set sampling frequency, and calculates the difference between the operating gas discharge temperature of the compressor and the target gas discharge temperature. The target spitting temperature is a known temperature value stored in the outdoor unit memory, and reflects a target temperature of whether the outdoor unit needs defrosting. If the calculated difference reaches a set temperature difference value, for example, the set temperature difference value is 20 ℃, and the calculated difference is above 20 ℃, it is considered that the running gas-discharging temperature of the compressor is reduced rapidly due to the frosting of the outdoor unit, and it is determined that the outdoor unit needs defrosting.
In some other embodiments, the outdoor unit operation information may further include a compressor operation current; that door, whether the off-premises station needs the defrosting according to off-premises station operation information judgement specifically includes: and the outdoor unit judges whether defrosting is needed or not according to the running working current of the compressor and the target working current. For example, during the heating operation of the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit obtains the operating current of the compressor according to the set sampling frequency, and compares the current with the target operating current. The target operating current is a known current value stored in the memory of the outdoor unit, and is a target current value reflecting whether the outdoor unit needs defrosting. And if the outdoor unit is frosted, the running load of the compressor is reduced, the running working current of the compressor is also reduced, and if the running working current of the compressor is reduced below the target working current, the outdoor unit is determined to need defrosting.
In some other embodiments, the outdoor unit operation information may further include any two or three of defrosting sensor detection information, compressor operation discharge air temperature, and compressor operation operating current, and the determination of whether defrosting is required is performed based on the two or three outdoor unit operation information.
Step 12: the indoor unit judges whether the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode or not according to the operation information of the indoor unit, and when the outdoor unit is determined to enter the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode, the indoor unit enters the indoor unit defrosting operation mode.
The air conditioner realizes defrosting operation, and not only an outdoor unit is required to execute an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode, but also an indoor unit is required to execute an indoor unit defrosting operation mode, and the defrosting control of the system is completed in cooperation with the operation of the outdoor unit. Because the indoor unit and the outdoor unit cannot communicate with each other, and the outdoor unit is used as a judging body and a control body for defrosting operation, the indoor unit needs to cooperate with the outdoor unit according to the defrosting operation to complete the defrosting operation of the system. Specifically, the indoor unit judges whether the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode or not according to the operation information of the indoor unit, and when the outdoor unit is determined to enter the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode, the indoor unit enters the indoor unit defrosting operation mode. The defrosting operation mode of the indoor unit is an operation mode which should be executed by the indoor unit during defrosting operation, and includes but is not limited to stopping an indoor fan, using an indoor heat exchanger as an evaporator, and matching with an outdoor heat exchanger as a condenser to complete defrosting operation of the outdoor unit.
After the outdoor unit enters the defrosting operation mode, the operation information of the indoor unit is affected. The method comprises the steps that operation information of an indoor unit corresponding to an outdoor unit entering a defrosting operation mode is preset and stored, when the outdoor unit actually performs heating operation, the indoor unit can acquire real-time operation information of the indoor unit according to a set sampling frequency and compares the real-time operation information with known operation information of the indoor unit corresponding to the outdoor unit entering the defrosting operation mode, and if the real-time operation information of the indoor unit is matched with the operation information of the indoor unit corresponding to the outdoor unit entering the defrosting operation mode, the outdoor unit can be determined to enter the defrosting operation mode. After the outdoor unit is judged to enter the defrosting operation mode, the indoor unit also shifts to the indoor unit defrosting operation mode so as to perform defrosting operation in cooperation with the outdoor unit.
As a preferred embodiment, the indoor unit determines whether the outdoor unit enters the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode according to the indoor unit operation information, specifically including: the indoor unit obtains the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit, whether the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit meets the known defrosting coil pipe temperature condition of the indoor unit is judged, and if yes, the outdoor unit is judged to enter an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode. Specifically, if the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode, the outdoor unit is shut down for 3min first for protection; then, the outdoor machine carries out defrosting operation according to the starting and stopping frequency of starting and running for 1min and stopping for 1 min. The operation mode of the outdoor unit reflects that the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit continuously decreases within 3min, and then increases within 1min and decreases within 1 min. Then, the change rule of the temperature of the coil of the indoor unit can be stored as the temperature condition of the coil of the defrosting indoor unit, and if the temperature of the coil of the indoor unit is judged to meet the temperature condition of the coil of the defrosting indoor unit, the outdoor unit is determined to enter the defrosting operation mode of the outdoor unit.
It should be noted that, for the indoor unit, whether the outdoor unit enters the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode is determined according to the operation information of the indoor unit, besides the determination of the indoor unit coil temperature, other indoor unit operation information can be used as a determination basis, and all other possible embodiments belong to the scope of the claimed invention.
By adopting the method of the embodiment, the outdoor unit is used as the judging main body and the control main body for judging whether the defrosting operation is executed, the indoor unit performs the defrosting cooperation, the communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is not needed, and the defrosting operation when the defrosting is needed in the heating operation state of the air conditioning system can be realized, so that the defrosting control of the air conditioner is realized under the condition that the communication line does not exist between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit for communication.
Referring to fig. 2, there is shown a block diagram illustrating a structure of an embodiment of a defrosting control apparatus for an air conditioner according to the present invention. In this embodiment, no communication line is provided between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is not possible. For this type of air conditioner, the defrosting control in the heating mode is realized by an apparatus having the following structure.
Specifically, the control device of this embodiment includes the following structural units, the connection relationship between the structural units, and the function of each structural unit:
and an outdoor unit defrosting determination unit 21, configured to determine whether defrosting is required according to the outdoor unit operation information.
And an outdoor unit defrosting operation control unit 22 for controlling the outdoor unit to enter an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode when the outdoor unit defrosting judgment unit 21 judges that defrosting is required.
And the indoor unit defrosting judgment unit 23 is configured to judge whether the outdoor unit enters an outdoor unit defrosting operation mode according to the indoor unit operation information. The operation information of the indoor unit is affected by the operation mode of the outdoor unit, and if the outdoor unit defrosting operation control unit 22 controls the outdoor unit to enter the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode, the operation information of the indoor unit changes and is finally matched with the operation information of the indoor unit corresponding to the outdoor unit after entering the defrosting operation mode.
And an indoor unit defrosting operation control unit 24, configured to control the indoor unit to enter the indoor unit defrosting operation mode when the indoor unit defrosting determination unit 23 determines that the outdoor unit enters the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode.
As a preferred embodiment, the device may further include an indoor unit coil temperature detection unit for detecting and outputting an indoor unit coil temperature. In this case, the indoor unit defrosting determination unit 23 obtains the indoor unit coil temperature output by the indoor unit coil temperature detection unit, determines whether the indoor unit coil temperature meets the known defrosting indoor unit coil temperature condition, and if so, determines that the outdoor unit enters the outdoor unit defrosting operation mode.
In other embodiments, the apparatus may further include a defrost sensor for detecting and outputting defrost sensor detection information. Then, the outdoor unit defrosting determination unit 21 determines whether defrosting is necessary or not based on the defrosting sensor detection information output from the defrosting sensor.
In some other embodiments, the device may further include a compressor discharge air temperature detection unit for detecting and outputting the compressor operation discharge air temperature. Then, the outdoor unit defrosting determination unit 21 determines whether defrosting is necessary or not based on the compressor operating discharge air temperature and the target discharge air temperature output from the compressor discharge air temperature detection unit.
In some other embodiments, the apparatus may further include a compressor operating current detecting unit for detecting and outputting a compressor operating current. Then, the outdoor unit defrosting determination unit 21 determines whether defrosting is required based on the compressor operation current and the target operation current outputted from the compressor operation current detection unit.
In some other preferred embodiments, the device may further include any two or three of a defrost sensor, a compressor discharge air temperature detection unit, and a compressor operating current detection unit. Then, the outdoor unit defrosting determination unit 21 will collectively make a determination as to whether defrosting is necessary or not based on the outdoor unit operation information outputted from two or three units.
The defrosting control device with the structural units operates corresponding software programs and carries out defrosting control according to the control method, so that the defrosting operation of the air conditioner is realized under the condition that no communication exists between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. More specific defrosting control process can refer to the description of the defrosting control method described above.
