The drive gear 324 is arranged coaxially with the worm 322 and the central axis coincides.
The driving gear 324 is an incomplete gear, and when the driving gear 324 rotates by a preset angle, the incomplete gear is meshed with one of the rotating gears 323, so that the hose 2 connected with the rotating gear 323 is driven to rotate and twist, and the purpose of closing or opening the hose 2 is achieved. The driving gear 324 continues to rotate to engage with another rotating gear 323, thereby starting to open or close another hose 2. Preferably, the toothed portion of the transmission gear 324 occupies the same angle as the preset angle of rotation of the hose 2.
In a preferred technical solution, two reset gears 325 are disposed between the two hoses 2, the two reset gears 325 are engaged with each other, and each reset gear 325 is engaged with one rotating gear 323, and the rotating gear 323 can drive the reset gear 325 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the transmission gear 324 drives the rotating gear 323 on the hose 2 in the closed state to rotate, and the hose 2 connected to the rotating gear 323 is changed from the closed state to the open state by the twisting deformation of the hose 2. At the same time as the rotation of the rotary gear 323 starts, the return gear 325 is rotated by the rotary gear 323, and the return gear 325 rotates the rotary gear 323 of the hose 2 in the initial open state, thereby starting the closing of the hose 2 in the initial open state.
The rotating gear 323 includes a partial complete gear and a partial incomplete gear, which are axially disposed, and in this embodiment, the two partial structures are integrally formed, the partial incomplete gear is engaged with the transmission gear 324, and a part of the complete gear is engaged with the reset gear 325. Preferably, the angle of the toothed portion of the partial gear portion of the rotary gear 323 to the entire gear is at least twice the preset angle. The reason why the rotary gear 323 is partially incomplete gear is to prevent the rotary gear 323 from interfering with the structure of the housing 1 during the actual assembly process. On the other hand, the valve in this embodiment is provided with two hoses 2, and in the initial installation state, one of the hoses 2 is in a closed state and the other hose 2 is in an open state, so that the hoses 2 molded by one mold can be used commonly in order to make the two hoses 2 identical, thereby reducing the production cost.
The rotating gear 323 can be an incomplete gear or a complete gear, and is determined according to actual conditions as long as the driving gear 324 rotates by a preset angle, so that one of the hoses 2 can be closed, and the other hose 2 can be opened. The full gear portion and the partial gear portion of the rotary gear 323 may be provided separately.
A sensing member 30 for sensing a position where the reset gear 325 is rotated is further installed at a predetermined position on the outer side of the housing 1, and the sensing member 30 installed on the housing 1 is a reed switch.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the initial installation stage and the valve operating state of the valve, the two hoses 2 are always in an open state and the other is in a closed state. In a specific technical scheme, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a first groove 21 and a second groove 22 are arranged on the outer wall of the hose 2 along the circumferential direction, and the first groove 21 and the second groove 22 are arranged in a crossed manner. The first groove 21 and the second groove 22 may be provided on the inner wall of the hose 2 in the same positional relationship as on the outer wall. The first and second grooves 21 and 22 are U-shaped cut grooves, and the first and second grooves 21 and 22 are provided to reduce the strength and hardness of the hose 2, so that the first and second grooves 21 and 22 are formed to facilitate the rotational twisting of the hose 2 and the deformation of the hose due to the back and forth movement caused by the twisting during the twisting.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, a preferred embodiment is that the second grooves 22 are symmetrically arranged about the center line of the ring shape of the first groove 21. The number of the second grooves 22 is two, at least two second grooves 22 are uniformly distributed on the hose 2 in the circumferential direction, the second grooves 22 are symmetrical about the central axis of the hose 2, and the intersection of the first grooves 21 and the second grooves 22 is a fan-shaped arc surface. The above arrangement is to make the deformation of the hose 2 uniform on both sides of the first groove 21 when the hose 2 is deformed.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 10, a spiral line boss 23 is provided on each hose 2 at an end close to the water outlet 20 or the water inlet 10. The outer shell 1 is further provided with a groove-shaped shell 11 connected with the hose 2, the groove-shaped shell 11 is provided with a spiral line groove 111, and the spiral line groove 111 is connected with the spiral line boss 23 in a matched mode. The spiral line boss 23 in this embodiment is disposed at an end of the groove-shaped shell 11 close to the water outlet 20, and the groove-shaped shell 11 is connected to the water outlet of the hose 2, so that the hose 2 can be conveniently rotated and twisted, and the overall structure is simple.
The groove-shaped shell 11 in this embodiment may be provided separately from the housing 1, or may be integrally formed, and the groove-shaped shell 11 may be located inside the housing 1, may be located outside the housing 1, or may extend to the outside of the housing 1. The valve in this embodiment uses the motor 31 to drive the worm wheel 321 and the worm 322 to rotate, and further drives the transmission gear 324 to rotate, so as to further drive the rotating gear 323 to rotate. The transmission gear 324 is engaged with the rotating gear 323 of the closed hose 2, the rotating gear 323 rotates to start the rotation of the closed hose 2 to gradually open, and simultaneously the rotating gear 323 drives the reset gear 325 engaged therewith to rotate, and simultaneously the two engaged reset gears 325 start to rotate together, so as to drive the other rotating gear 323 engaged with the reset gear 325 to rotate, thereby driving the open hose 2 to gradually close.
When the working state of the hose 2 gradually moves from the closed state to the open state to the position sensed by the sensing part 30, the rotating gear 323 stops working, and at this time, the hose 2 in the initial state is changed from the closed state to the open state, and the hose 2 in the initial state is changed from the open state to the closed state. The return gear 325 rotates the rotary gear 323 on the hose 2 to ensure that the hose 2 can be restored to the initial working state after each working. By repeating the above operations in sequence, the operating states of the two hoses 2 can be switched repeatedly.
The angle of the toothed part of the transmission gear 324 is the same as the angle that the hose 2 needs to rotate, the angle that the rotating gear 323 drives the hose 2 to rotate is small, the stroke of the hose 2 moving along the length direction is small, and the middle of the hose 2 cannot be sealed at this time. Meanwhile, if the rotation angle is too large, the stroke of the forward and backward movement of the hose 2 is increased due to the too large rotation angle, and the middle of the hose 2 is too large in distortion degree, so that the hose 2 cannot be sealed. Thus, the predetermined angle at which the hose 2 is rotated is set to have a predetermined relationship with the wall thickness of the hose 2. Based on the above two predetermined relationships, an appropriate wall thickness is selected and the angle of the toothed portion of drive gear 324 is determined.
By the relationship between the wall thickness of the hose 2 and the twist seal of the stroke of the hose 2, the thicker the wall thickness of the hose 2, the greater the deformation force required for the twist seal, and the greater the pressure that can be withstood when sealing the pipe. The thinner the wall thickness of the respective hose 2, the less pressure the pipe can withstand when sealed.
